Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has brought Indonesia into a complex era of digital transformation. On the other hand, this advancement has also given rise to new challenges in the form of non-military cyber threats that pose significant risks to national stability. This research aims to examine the forms and characteristics of non-military threats in cyberspace and to analyze the effectiveness of Indonesia’s national defense strategies in responding to these threats. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. The findings indicate that although the government has established the Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN) and issued various regulations, such as Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection and Minister of Defense Regulation No. 82 of 2014, the strategies implemented have not been fully effective. This is due to weak interagency coordination, limited human resources, and suboptimal law enforcement. Therefore, strengthening governance, improving digital literacy, and fostering cross-sector collaboration are essential to building a resilient national cyber defense system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the production costs of cassava farming, the income of cassava farming, and the feasibility of cassava farming in the study area. The research location was determined purposively based on the consideration that the studied area is one of the centers of cassava production of the Cimanggu variety for chips, which is a potential food ingredient in East Lampung Regency, but cassava grown locally by farmers still has low productivity. In order to increase cassava productivity and production, one of the farmers in Jabung Village, Jabung District, East Lampung Regency developed a superior cassava variety, the Cimanggu variety. This study aims to determine revenue, R/C ratio, and constraints of cassava farming of the Cimanggu variety by farmers in Jabung Village, Jabung District, East Lampung Regency. The results of our research using 2024–2025 data show production costs of Rp12,395,366.67 with revenue of Rp56,848,425.00; the results obtained are Rp44,453,058.33 per hectare with an R/C ratio of 3.59, which means that cassava farming is very profitable or feasible to be developed. The technical constraints faced are limited fertilizer, cassava seeds, and white pest attacks. The economic constraint is the low price of wet cassava tubers in the market.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low comprehension of Zakat Fitrah among fifth-grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 57 Parepare. Initial observations indicated that 70% struggled with core concepts, while only 20% could apply the knowledge practically, largely due to reliance on traditional lecture methods. The aim of this research was to improve students’ understanding of Zakat Fitrah through implementation of the Repetitive Method. Utilizing a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach based on the Kurt Lewin model, this study employed a qualitative, interpretive method and was conducted in two cycles. Data were collected through observation (of teacher and student performance), comprehension tests, and analysis of learning artifacts. Data validation was carried out through triangulation to ensure the credibility of the findings. The results showed significant improvement in students’ understanding. The mastery learning rate increased dramatically from 30% in the pre-cycle phase to 70% at the end of Cycle I and reached 100% by the end of Cycle II. This improvement covered the cognitive (conceptual and procedural understanding), affective (internalization of philanthropic values and social awareness), and psychomotor (practical application skills) domains. Teacher performance also showed notable improvements in adaptive and reflective classroom management. The conclusion of this study affirms that the Repetitive Method is effective in facilitating holistic understanding, active participation, and independent learning among students on the Zakat Fitrah material. This method successfully transformed rote learning into deep, applicable meaning-making, in line with constructivist and contextual learning principles

Abstract

Inclusive education is an approach that places all students, including those with special needs, in an equal and equitable education system. In the context of Christianity, inclusive education is not only a response to pedagogical needs, but also a manifestation of theological values such as love, justice, acceptance, and recognition of the dignity of every human being as the image and likeness of God (Imago Dei). This article analyzes inclusive education from a Christian perspective by reviewing the basic principles of inclusivity and pedagogy, the legal foundations, as well as those underlying its application. This research also reviews the role of churches and schools in forming inclusive educational communities, including in curriculum development, provision of infrastructure, and social-spiritual empowerment. The method used is a literature study of academic literature and biblical texts. The results of the study show that inclusive education in Christianity is not just a social obligation, but a deep call of faith to restore and embrace all of God's creation in its entirety. The Church and Christian educational institutions are required to be exemplary in building a humane and liberating education system.

Abstract

Christian education in a multicultural environment is crucial to develop amidst Indonesia's complex diversity. While existing studies have explored its implementation, teacher roles, and curriculum integration, a comprehensive framework for its strategic development as a proactive reform movement remains underexplored. This study aims to analyze the historical and contemporary development of Christian education in multicultural settings, identify current challenges and opportunities, and formulate strategic principles for its effective and transformative advancement. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach, this research draws on James A. Banks' multicultural education theory and examines relevant historical, theological, and contextual sources. The findings highlight that Christian education must evolve beyond adaptation to actively shape inclusive, values-oriented, and hopeful learning environments. Strategic principles proposed include orienting education toward love and appreciation of diversity, fostering non-violent character formation, and promoting faithful engagement with pluralism. This study contributes practical guidance for educators and policymakers, enriches academic discourse on multicultural religious education, and supports the development of Christian education as a force for social harmony and unity in diversity.

Abstract

Natural fiber-reinforced composite materials are increasingly replacing plastics in engineering applications such as architecture, construction, and the automotive industry. Among them, jute fiber has shown potential to improve the mechanical properties of polymer composites. The advantages of natural fibers include biodegradability, renewability, and environmental friendliness. However, due to their anisotropic nature, further research is required to enhance the performance of natural fiber-reinforced composites. This study aims to evaluate the effect of fiber layer number and resin type on the flexural strength of jute fiber-reinforced polymer composites, with the goal of developing a potential replacement material for the motorcycle center body cover. Specimens were fabricated using the vacuum resin infusion process with variations of 1, 2, 3, and 4 fiber layers, and two types of resin—polyester and epoxy. The flexural strength was evaluated using a three-point bending test according to the ASTM D7264 standard. The results indicated that the highest flexural strength of 96.88 MPa was obtained in jute fiber–polyester composites with a three-layer configuration, while the lowest value of 68.27 MPa was observed in jute fiber–epoxy composites with a single-layer configuration. The superior performance of the polyester matrix is attributed to its better compatibility and interfacial bonding with jute fibers.

Abstract

The emergence of the AUR Party on September 19, 2019, led by George Simion, is a socio-political picture of Romania. AUR was established ahead of the 2020 local and parliamentary elections. In the local elections, AUR received 1 percent of the vote and in the parliamentary elections received 9 percent of the vote. AUR campaigns on four programs: family, nation, orthodox Christians, and freedom. In the 2024 parliamentary elections, AUR received 18 percent, the second largest after the PSD Party with 22.8 percent. The purpose of this research is to uncover the meaning, explore understanding, and analyze George Simion's efforts to gain the support of the Romanian people within the framework of Ramania's membership in the EU by using the integration of Heider's attribution theory with Dan Nimmo's political communication theory. The results of the study explain that there was an increase in votes in the Parliament. George Simion's campaign received increased public support in the parliamentary and presidential elections. On the other hand, there was resistance from the community which was manifested in the second round of the presidential election which was won by Nicorsur Dan, from the independent pro-EU group. George Simion 's defeat in the presidential election was analyzed through George Simion 's political communication attribution theory.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Salvinia molesta compost on the growth of Shorea balangeran planted in peatland. The experiment was conducted on peatland in Manen kaleka Village, Pulang Pisau Regency, from July to December 2024. A Randomized Block Design (RBD) was applied with three treatments: P0 (no compost), P1 (200 g kiambang compost), and P2 (400 g kiambang compost), each replicated three times. Observed parameters included plant height increment, stem diameter, number of leaves, and survival rate. Data were analyzed using ANOVA at a 5% significance level, followed by Least Significant Difference (LSD) test for mean comparison. Results showed that Salvinia molesta compost significantly affected Shorea balangeran growth in the field. The P1 treatment (200 g) produced the highest growth with mean height increment of 9.83 ± 1.15 cm and diameter increment of 1.02 ± 0.09 mm compared to the control. The improvement was attributed to increased nutrient availability (N, P, K) and better soil structure due to organic matter addition from decomposed kiambang. Here, Salvinia molesta compost is a promising eco-friendly organic fertilizer for peatland restoration and reforestation efforts.

Abstract

The consumption of Boy’s Love (BL) has rapidly expanded across various Asian countries and has become increasingly prominent in Indonesia due to enhanced digital access and the pervasive influence of transnational popular culture. This development raises questions regarding the understanding of BL consumption within the framework of Islamic values, particularly in relation to the spiritual well-being of Muslim individuals. This study aims to analyze Islamic perspectives on BL consumption through the Spiritual Well-Being framework, which encompasses Religious Well-Being (RWB) and Existential Well-Being (EWB). A literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach was conducted on 80 articles published between 2020 and 2025, sourced from Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, ScienceDirect, and ResearchGate. The analysis employed thematic techniques to identify the relationships among BL media consumption, user motives, Islamic moral values, and individual spiritual dynamics. Findings indicate that BL consumption has the potential to challenge RWB, as the depiction of same-sex relationships conflicts with Islamic law and may influence moral sensitivity as well as the clarity of an individual's relationship with God. In the EWB dimension, BL serves as a space for escapism, identity exploration, and emotional fulfillment; however, the resulting meanings often misalign with Islamic life orientation, leading to existential dissonance. The study underscores that spiritual well-being in Islam requires the prudent management of media consumption to maintain the moral balance and spiritual orientation of Muslim individuals.

Abstract

The retrofitting work of the East Java Province Public Works Office Building into a Green Building encountered several obstacles during the construction process that caused delays in the execution of the work. Therefore, scheduling control is needed using the Critical Chain Project Management method. CCPM aims to manage scheduling design and process control by concentrating on eliminating multitasking, Parkinson's Law, and student's syndrome, which have been considered to cause suboptimal field work execution time and increased waste in terms of time. CCPM also has a buffer mechanism used in scheduling as a tool to protect project schedules from uncertainty, ensuring that every task can be completed on time. By using the Critical Chain Project Management method, a project buffer value of 26 days and a feeding buffer of 11 days were obtained, so that the original work duration of 180 days would become 143 days if the entire buffer of 37 days was not applied. The implementation cost with a value of Rp. 32,048,830,700 can be more efficient at Rp. 30,584,593,995 if the entire buffer is not used, with a project buffer saving of Rp. 1,028,923,090 and feeding buffer savings of Rp. 435,313,615, resulting in a total work cost savings of Rp. 1,464,236,705.
