This research delves into the captivating historical figure of Gajah Mada, exploring his leadership prowess and strategic acumen within the context of the Majapahit Empire. By focusing on understanding the impact and legacy of his leadership, this study synthesizes existing scholarly works, analyzes primary sources, and applies relevant theories to unravel Gajah Mada's remarkable qualities and achievements. By examining his traits, visionary approach, and ability to unite diverse regions, this research sheds light on the profound lessons and insights derived from his leadership style. Moreover, by critically evaluating his strategic thinking, military campaigns, diplomatic endeavors, and economic policies, this study unveils the fascinating story of Gajah Mada and his indelible mark on Indonesian history. The findings of this research contribute to a deeper understanding of leadership and strategic thinking while emphasizing the enduring significance of Gajah Mada's legacy in shaping the Majapahit Empire and the subsequent course of Indonesian history.

The struggle of Arung Palakka in leading the people of Bone out of slavery in Makassar was one of the most historic events in Bone's independence. Arung Palakka who also was a nobleman of Bone was brought to Makassar to be used as a slave felt sorry to see his people suffering from forced labor carried out by Sultan Hasanuddin as the leader of the Makassar Kingdom. How the strategies and roles are carried out by Arung Palakka which are reflected in the context of the total war is the main purpose of this historical research. The method used in this study is a historical method that follows the flow of heuristic steps, sources of criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Based on the analysis conducted, it can be proven that in his efforts to bring the people of Bone out of slavery in Makassar, Arung Palakka collaborated with several kingdoms and even with VOC to succeed in providing strong resistance to Makassar and gaining victory.

Clean air quality plays an important role in maintaining the health of living things and climate change. Significant exposure to dirty air results in premature aging, lung cancer, especially exposure to carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) gases. Increasing air pollution requires solutions to reduce the impact of air pollution. The first solution is air quality monitoring. The thingspeak platform air quality monitoring has channel ID restrictions. Based on these problems, this research focuses on updating using an open source platform that does not have channel ID restrictions. In this study, an IoT-based NO2 and CO Gas Monitoring Application was designed. QOS test results obtained packet loss reached a distance of 120m and throughput obtained in the bad category at LOS. The distance of the transmitter and receiver affects throughput and packet loss. The results of the application have no channel restrictions, gas notifications are detected and dangerous gas works, and the color of the circular progress bar can indicate the gas category.

Tourism has become an important sector in economic development and regional development in Batam, Riau Archipelago. In order to take advantage of the maritime tourism potential of the City of Batam, the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is crucial to facilitate the development and management of tourism destinations. This study aims to investigate the use of GIS in developing tourism in Batam. This research method involves literature study and analysis of secondary data collected from various reliable sources. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to identify tourism potential in Batam and evaluate the use of GIS in tourism development. The results of this study indicate that the use of GIS has made a significant contribution to the development of marine tourism in Batam. GIS enables the collection, integration and visualization of adequate geographic data, which enables better decision-making in infrastructure development, determination of tourist locations and mapping of natural resources. In addition, GIS also increases the efficiency of tourism management, including management of tourist information, environmental monitoring and security oversight. However, this study also identified several challenges faced in using GIS in developing tourism in Batam. These challenges include a lack of awareness and understanding of the benefits of GIS, limited human resources skilled in using GIS technology, as well as infrastructure and connectivity issues. To optimize the use of GIS in developing tourism in Batam, this study recommends efforts to increase awareness and training for stakeholders regarding the implementation of GIS. Close collaboration between the government, tourism managers and the local community is also important to create a conducive environment for the development of sustainable marine tourism

Sorting waste is the process of separating the types of waste based on their categories or characteristics. The purpose of segregating waste is to facilitate waste management in a more effective and efficient manner, as well as to support better recycling or waste management activities. One of the current problems is waste contamination. When the waste that has been separated is mixed again in the process of collecting or transporting waste. This can happen if there is no clear separation between the different types of waste or if there is negligence in the waste management process. Contamination of waste reduces the effectiveness of sorting and can hinder recycling efforts. What can be done to overcome this problem is to adopt technology to support a smarter and more sustainable waste sorting process, one of which is implementing the Internet of Things (IoT) in the waste sorting process can help increase efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize waste management efficiently. Whole. This study aims to create a prototype of an Internet of Things-based Smart Waste Sorting Tool which is expected to increase efficiency in the waste sorting process. Prototyping of this tool utilizes the Arduino Nano and Wemos D1 microcontrollers as operating centers. The input to this tool is in the form of sensors to distinguish types of plastic and paper waste using ultrasonic sensors while for metal waste using inductive sensors. To send and receive notifications using the Blynk app.

The movement of cadets needs to be monitored because it is one of the benchmarks of the seriousness of the cadets in every outdoor exercise carried out in the field. It is also an evaluation material in every outdoor exercise carried out in the field. The goal is that the implementation of outdoor exercises carried out in the field can be achieved. Therefore, a tool is needed that can monitor the movement of ATMega 16 microcontroller-based cadets. Therefore, it is necessary to design a cadet movement monitoring tool when carrying out microcontroller-based outdoor training combined with GPS as a marking position and assisted by RF YS 1020 The microcontroller as a sender and receiver of coordinate data position. The goal is that the author can design and make ATMega 16-based cadet movement monitoring tools as well as design and manufacture interfaces on a computer/laptop using the Delphi language. The ATMega 16 microcontroller-based cadet movement monitoring tool uses the EM411 GPS module as a provider of cadet coordinate position data via serial communication. The tool can work well and the interface on a computer/laptop using the Delphi 7 language with additional comport objects to process serial data from the RF YS 1020 and is depicted on Google Map can be operated properly.

Generation Z, consisting of individuals born between 1997 and 2012, faces new challenges in harnessing technological advancements, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). Despite AI offering various benefits and significant potential, there are several challenges that need to be addressed to ensure the personal resilience of Generation Z in utilizing it. This research aims to analyze the challenges faced by Generation Z in leveraging AI and its impact on their personal resilience. Through qualitative data collection, the researchers analyze factors influencing the utilization of AI by Generation Z and its effects on aspects of mental well-being, privacy, and social intelligence, particularly in relation to the responsibility and ethics of AI utilization. The findings of this study identify several challenges encountered by Generation Z in the utilization of AI. Firstly, the uncertainty and rapid changes in AI technology can lead to anxiety and the inability to keep up with the latest developments. Secondly, the irresponsible use of AI can have negative effects on the mental well-being of Generation Z, such as excessive dependency or information manipulation. Thirdly, privacy and security concerns can pose serious threats when Generation Z uses AI applications that require access to their personal data. Lastly, the possibility of job displacement by AI can impact the career sustainability of Generation Z.

The increasing security risks today have driven the development of more sophisticated protection solutions, especially for personal electronic goods. This study aims to design and implement an innovative Internet of Things (IoT)-based security device, designed to protect electronic goods such as mobile phones, laptops, and other electronic devices. The technology used includes the integration of smart sensors, such as GPS, Ultrasonic, and Passive Infrared, which function to detect threats accurately and responsively. This prototype-based system is equipped with smart sensors designed to detect potential threats to personal goods. In addition, a user application was successfully developed to support efficient interaction between users and the system. The test results show that this system is portable and capable of providing real-time notifications to users regarding threats to electronic goods, as well as responding to these threats quickly and appropriately. The approach taken not only emphasizes physical security, but also integrates modern technology to provide an efficient, practical, and easily accessible monitoring experience. This study offers an innovative solution in protecting personal electronic goods in the digital era.

Salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam budidaya ikan adalah nilai pH (Power of Hydrogen) pada air. Sesuai PP No 82 Tahun 2001 kadar pH yang direkomendasikan untuk budidaya ikan air tawar adalah 6 sampai 9. Nilai pH sangat berpengaruh dengan keberhasilan budidaya ikan tawar, oleh karena itu pembudidaya ikan memerlukan aerasi untuk meningkatkan kadar oksigen terlarut dalam kolam karena nilai pH serbanding lurus dengan kadar oksigen yang terlarut dalam air. Sistem aerator (kincir air) sangat dibutuhkan dalam budidaya ikan, akan tetapi petani budidaya ikan sering diperhadapkan pada masalah kincir air akibat beban listrik yang tinggi atau penggunaan bahan bakar minyak yang relatif mahal sehingga menimbulkan masalah ekonomi. Dengan demikian diperlukan sistem aerasi untuk penambahan udara dalam air untuk meningkatkan kadar oksigen dengan volume yang cukup banyak serta mempertimbangkan faktor ekonomis dan usaha untuk mendorong diversifikasi energi, yaitu dengan menggunakan alat aerator menggunakan panel surya sebagai sumber energi yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menghasilkan kadar oksigen dan lebih bijak dalam pemanfatan energi alam. Berdasarkan hasil pembuatan dan pengukuran sistem kontrol motor listrik AC 1 phasa yang digunakan pada ATOS ini sudah bekerja dengan baik, sebagai penggerak aerator, dengan rata-rata waktu respon pada pengujian pada pH air asam sebesar 3,8 detik, pengujian pada pH air basa 9 detik dan pengujian pada air netral sebesar 3,65 detik
