Abstract

This paper aimed to determine the handling system receiving TBS in PT.Bio Nusantara Teknologi to three supplier of partners supplier, plasma supplier and general supplier and how opportunities for improvement that can be done. This study used decriptive analysis and F test to examined wether there is discrimination in handling treatment and price of TBS among suppliers. The results showed that there are several steps that must be passed TBS suppliers to sell it to the POM: 1) taking a queue number, 2) The calling queue number, 3) Weighing, and 4) Sorting and loading and unloading. There was no difference in the treatment of the company against a third supplier, but the difference is the quality of fruit that would affect the price. The price difference was tested using the Tukey’s test or BNJ. From the results of the research sequence starting price of the highest rates of plasma suppliers, partners supplier and then general supplier.

Abstract

Fisherman community in Bengkulu city which divided into groups based on ethnic and authority of production  asset. Sumberjaya  district is the modern area fishery, the profit sharing system indicates the large imbalance  relatively  in distribution  which  cause  distribution  not  covered  all  out relatively  in eaming distribution. And in Teluk Sepang district which is fishery area, the profit sharing system indicates small imbalance relatively, even still cause distribution which not covered all out. The tightly relationship client patron  has seen clearly  in Sumberjaya district  which make  high dependance  relatively  between owner of production equipment with laborer of ship fisherm8n, hence pONerty will keep existing, while in Teluk  Sepang  district  has not  seen the patron  client  relationship,  however  the pONerty  still  existing because of the limited production tool. Marketing distribution of fish based on kind of fisherman exertion. FIsherman exertion which using ·purseine", "gill ner,  and "trammel net"  chain of marketing to 'consumer is long precisely.    This matter  is because  of the commodity  which  resulted  is the export  commodity, because  of the commodffy  wich resulted is the  export,  while  kind of fisherman  exertion  which  using·waiing·,  fishing  rod  and"mono  filament", the marketing  chain  is short relatively  because  of the local commodity.  However,  the  existing  long  chain  marketing  cause  narrow  margin  which  received  by fisherman.

Abstract

Contemporary  peasant  movements   are still important to be studied, especially under the reformation era (or the democracy transition).  The objective of this study were to analyze the relationship  of the determinant  factors on peasant  movement. Qualitative  approach was applied in  this  case. Data  was  employed in triangulation using  dept  interviews, documentations,   and secundary data. Result showed that the combination   of political opportuniiq structure and structure of resource  mobilization   affords  groups a certain structural  potential for action, they remain, in the absence of two other factors,  insuffisient to account for peasant movement.  The two factor were the sub-culture  of peasant opposition as the antecedent factor and collective framing  as the mediating factor.

Abstract

The successful  of Bengkulu Regional Deoelopmeni   Project  was very determined    by  the society participation   in  all of the project activities. Without their participation,   those activities would not  be done as  the expectation.   In  order to  optimize the society's participation  in the development  project  (BRDP),  a good participative  communication   was needed to create a feedback  between the people involved in BRDP and the society. This research is aimed to analyze:  a) participating  on communication   in BRDP process,  b) the factors  influenced  the participation  between  the society and facilitator  in BRDP activities. The community participatory  communication   in the planning stage had a real connection with ability.  The community participatory  communication  in the stage of process was very connected with the capability changer too. The members of UPKD had given chances to ask questions,  opinions,  and suggestions   connected  with BRDP activities in Pondok  Kubang village, but the low of education,  experience, and financial capital of the society resulted  in their low participation  in BRD P activities. The low capability also reduced their motivation to participate.  The community  participatory  communication  in the stage of evaluation  had a real relation  with the honesty  changer.  In this stage, the community expected  the honesty UPKD and  transparency   in  case "who" has to get the right to get  the fund.    The community's dissatisfaction   toward the unhonestg UPKD member  in case of the facility development  projects  in Pondok  Kubang  village  has reduced participative  communication between the UPKD members and the communitf.
