Abstract

Aceh is known as the only region in Indonesia that applies IslamicSharia in a strict manner in everyday life. The people of Aceh are indeed veryfamiliar with Islamic Sharia. Because Islamic Sharia has been implementedsince the time of the Islamic kingdom in Aceh. Islamic Sharia is the law thatregulates all aspects of social life. Such as education, economy, social society,culture, lifestyle, food, and household. Islamic Sharia only applies to allMuslims living in Aceh. However, as a sovereign region, Aceh is not onlyinhabited by Muslims or Acehnese people. Several ethnic groups also enliventhe diversity of Acehnese society, one of which is the Chinese ethnic group.Islamic Sharia also regulates non-Muslim people living in Muslim areas. InIslam, this group is called zimmi infidels. So, how do ethnic Chinese live theirreligious life under the umbrella of Islamic Sharia? In this article, the authorwants to explain more deeply the implementation of Islamic Sharia towardsethnic Chinese.

Abstract

Judge's decision, which is fair Abstract: In order to create a good and fair judiciary, the most important thing is to build the law as an instrument of legal institutions in order to carry out its duties as a law enforcement institution. Good law is law that supports justice and equality without discrimination. One of the mechanisms used by law enforcement institutions is a system of providing sanctions for those who violate legal norms. If it is related to criminal law enforcement, what must be developed is the construction and formulation of statutory regulations regarding criminal impositions, or in other words, the formulation of sentences in addition to reducing the scope for subjectivity in judges' judgments. One of the judge's decisions that caused concern for most of the public was when the judge tried a murder case committed by Inspector General Ferdy Sambo and his subordinates. They were all charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, but the judge who tried their case imposed varying sentences. This is because: The formulation of punishment in the Criminal Code Article 340 does not explicitly determine it basic punishment for each role. Criminal impositions vary only based on the judge's subjective judgment and beliefs. The formulation of Article 340 in the Criminal Code is: "Whoever deliberately and with premeditation takes the life of another person, is threatened with premeditated murder, with the death penalty or life imprisonment or for a certain period, a maximum of twenty years." The amount of authority given to judges by the State through Law No. 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power. In Article 1 "Judicial Power is the power of an independent state to administer justice to uphold law and justice based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, for the sake of the implementation of the Rule of Law of the Republic of Indonesia. This verse clearly states that judicial power is "independent" power. The word independence means that in adjudicating, assessing and deciding to impose a crime on someone, no intervention is permitted, unless their independence is put forward and firmly upheld. If we analyze the two statements above, what makes the judge's decision seem discriminatory or does not fulfill the elements of justice is due to the law/sentencing formula which provides an opportunity for the judge to make an unfair sentencing decision. Second, the judge has too much authority in assessing and deciding criminal cases in accordance with his considerations and beliefs.

Abstract

Retail business is an activity related to selling goods and services directly to consumers. PT. Sentral Retailindo Dewata (Pepito), which is one of the retail businesses in Indonesia, experienced a decline in sales, low promotional contributions and different promotional media details in each period affecting finances and positioning of promotional items. Regarding this condition, PT. Sentral Retailindo Dewata (Pepito) must implement a marketing business strategy by implementing 7 marketing mix concepts consisting of product, price, promotion, place, people, process and physical evidence. This research examines the implementation of the retail business marketing mix at PT. Sentral Retailindo Dewata (Pepito) and the obstacles faced in implementing the marketing mix. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of direct observation, interviews, document study and literature study. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of this research is the implementation of the marketing mix at PT. Sentral Retailindo Dewata (Pepito) is quite good, however, there are obstacles in the promotional and people marketing mix.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how Islamic law reviews the phenomenon of divorce through social media in this case through WhatsApp status. This study uses a normative legal approach method, namely a method that reviews and discusses research objects by emphasizing the legal aspects of this study will be analyzed using a qualitative analysis method, namely an analysis based on data collection obtained from the field then supported by library data and conclusions will be drawn with a normative legal approach. In many cases, although WhatsApp status can be considered initial evidence, the court may require additional evidence such as witnesses or other evidence that strengthens the divorce claim. It is important to consult a lawyer or legal expert who is experienced in family law and electronic law to get the right advice regarding the use of WhatsApp status as evidence in the divorce process in court. Therefore, there must be legal harmonization between fiqh and the laws governing the determination of divorce. In theory, steps towards legal harmonization can be taken in two formulation steps, namely harmonization of formulation policies (regulatory systems) and harmonization of materials (substance). The first point refers to the steps for formulating the harmonization of the legal system, and the second point refers to the steps for formulating the harmonization of norms (legal materials). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bagaimana hukum Islam meninjau fenomena talak melalui media sosial dalam hal ini melalui status whatsapp. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendakatan yuridis normatif, yaitu metode yang meninjau dan membahas objek penelitian dengan menitikberatkan pada segi -segi yuridis penelitian ini akan dianalisis mengunakan metode analisis kualitatif, yaitu analisis yang didasarkan pada pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari lapangan kemudian dengan ditunjang dari data kepustakaan dan akan ditarik kesimpulan dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Dalam banyak kasus, meskipun status WhatsApp dapat dianggap sebagai bukti awal, pengadilan mungkin memerlukan bukti tambahan seperti saksi-saksi atau bukti lain yang memperkuat klaim perceraian. Penting untuk berkonsultasi dengan pengacara atau ahli hukum yang berpengalaman dalam hukum keluarga dan hukum elektronik untuk mendapatkan nasihat yang tepat terkait dengan penggunaan status WhatsApp sebagai bukti dalam proses perceraian di pengadilan. Oleh sebab itu harus ada harmonisasi hukum antara fiqih dan undang-undang yang mengatur tentang penetapan talak. Secara teori langkah untuk menuju harmonisasi hukum dapat dilakukan dalam dua langkah perumusan, yaitu harmonisasi kebijakan formulasi (sistem pengaturan) dan harmonisasi materi (subtansi). Untuk hal pertama menunjuk pada langkah perumusan harmonisasi sistem hukumnya, dan hal kedua menunjuk pada langkah perumusan harmonisasi norma-norma (materi hukum).

Abstract

Hepatitis B virus (VHB) infection is a global health problem. Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) as a serologic marker of hepaitis B virus infection can be detected by immunochromatography and Enzyme Linked Fluorescent Assay (ELFA). The aim of this study is to prove the agreement of immunochromatographic test with ELFA to detect HBsAg. This study used a cross-sectional analytic method on 30 patients for HBsAg examination at the Central Laboratory of Clinical Pathology. HBsAg was tested in patient's serum using immunochromatography and ELFA test. The agreement between the two methods was analyzed using the Kappa test. The Kappa coefficient between the two tests was 0.69 with good strength. The concordance of immunochromatographic assay with ELFA to detect HBsAg in this study gave good results.. : infeksi virus hepatitis b (VHB) merupakan maslah kesehatan global. Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) sebagai penanda serologi infeksi virus hepaitis B dapat dideteksi dengan uji imunokromatografi dan Enzyme Linked Fluorescent Assay (ELFA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan kesesuaian uji imunokromatografi dengan ELFA untuk mendeteksi HBsAg. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik potong lintang terhadap 30 pasien untuk pemeriksaan HBsAg di Laboratorium Sentral Patologi Klinik. Pemeriksaan HBsAg terhadap serum pasien menggunakan uji imunokromatografi dan ELFA. Kesesuaian antara kedua metode dianalisis menggunakan uji Kappa. Koefisien Kappa antara kedua pemeriksaan ini adalah 0,69 dengan kekuatan yang baik. Kesesuaian uji imunokromatografi dengan ELFA untuk mendeteksi HBsAg pada penelitian ini memberikan hasil yang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effectiveness of Marketing Mix on the Level ofEcotourism Visits in the Oi Marai Area, a tourist attraction in Kawinda To'i Village,Tambora District, Bima Regency. Marketing, which includes a marketing mix strategy, isused as the main tool to attract tourists, focusing on products, prices, places, andpromotions. Using a descriptive research method, researchers selected 48 respondentsconsisting of tourists and area managers using the Purposive Sampling technique. Based onthe results of the study, it was found that the level of effectiveness of Oi Marai tourismmarketing was very high, with an effectiveness ratio reaching 90% and above in 2019-2020and increasing to 100% and above in 2021-2022. Partially and simultaneously, all elementsof the marketing mix were proven to have a significant influence on the level of tourist visits,with a significant value of less than 0.05. These results indicate that the marketing strategyimplemented in Oi Marai was successful in attracting tourist visits and increasing theeffectiveness of local tourism.

Abstract

The Effect of Mobile Banking Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua, KCU Kota Jayapura.The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of the quality of mobile banking services on customer satisfaction at PT. Papua Regional Development Bank, KCU Jayapura. The research method used in the sampling technique is non-probability sampling with the Accidental Sampling Technique, where this type of sampling technique is based on the determination of the sample by accident (accidental).The data was tested using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscenity tests and statistical data tests. And the results of this study show that the quality of mobile banking services affects customer satisfaction PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua, KCU Jayapura.As evidenced by the results of the t-test, the gis value for the mobile banking service quality variable was 0.001 < 0.05 and the tcount value was greater than the ttable (16.619 > 1.984). The magnitude of the influence of mobile banking service quality variables on customer satisfaction was 73.8%. Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Mobile Banking Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua, KCU Kota Jayapura.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan penggunaan mobile banking terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua, KCU Jayapura. Metode penelirian yang digunakan dalam teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non – probability sampling dengan Teknik Accidental Sampling, yang mana teknik pengambilan sampel jenis ini berdasarkan penentuan sampel secara tidak sengaja (Kebetulan/Accidental).Data diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastitas dan uji data statistic data diolah dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 27. Dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layana mobile banking berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua, KCU Jayapura. Yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t memperoleh nilai sig untuk variabel kualitas layanan mobile banking sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (16,619 > 1,984). Besarnya pengaruh variabel kualitas layanan mobile banking terhadap kepuasan nasabah adalah 73,8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 15 Bone dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Discourse Multy Reprecentacy. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 34 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pada setiap akhir siklus sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian awal di temukan bahwa, pada tes awal terdapat sebanyak 14 orang siswa atau sekitar 30% yang memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) dari jumlah keseluruhan siswa sebanyak 34 orang.Penerapan siklus I terdapat 16 orang siswa yang hasil belajarnya menunjukkan kategori tidak tuntas dengan jumlah persentase sebesar 30% dan 18 orang siswa yang hasil belajarnya berada dalam ketegori tuntas dengan persentase sebesar 70%. Sementara di siklus II terdapat 6 orang siswa yang hasil belajarnya berada didalam kategori tidak tuntas dengan persentase sebesar 15% dan 28 orang siswa yang hasil belajarnya masuk dalam kategori tuntas dengan jumlah persentase sebesar 85% dan siklus III siswa yang memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) terdapat 34 orang siswa, jika di persentasekan sebesar 100%. Maka dapat disimpulkan dari data yang di dapatkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Siswa Kelas X.6 SMA Negeri 15 Bone mengalami peningkatan setelah dilaksanakan proses belajar mengajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran discourse multy reprecentacy (DMR).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and describe the performance of the Kaimana District Government and the factors influencing the performance of the Kaimana District. The data used in this study are primary data. Primary data is processed from observations, interviews, and evaluating the extent to which leadership and culture factors influence the performance of the Kaimana District government. The analytical unit in this study is the Kaimana District Office as an organization. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Kaimana District government is categorized as low. This can be seen from the indicators of tangibles/appearance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This research also shows that the inhibiting factors in the implementation of public services in the Kaimana District Office are the lack of human resources, employees who are lazy to come to the office, a dirty district office environment, most employees who hold dual positions as village secretaries in villages that do not yet have definitive village heads, employee's lack of discipline in terms of early attendance, lack of awareness among employees in serving the community, and inadequate supporting infrastructure for services.

Abstract

Universitas Safin Pati adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan di Kabupaten Pati yang telah berkembang pesat. Seiring dengan perkembangan tersebut, diikuti dengan bertambahnya Sumber Daya Manusia. Pada setiap akhir bulan Universitas Safin Pati melakukan penggajian kepada seluruh pegawainya. Sistem penggajian meliputi beberapa bagian yang saling berkaitan yaitu administrasi umum bertanggungjawab mengenai rekap kehadiran, administrasi keuangan bertanggungjawab mengenai pengelolaan gaji dan Ketua Universitas Safin Pati sebagai penanggung jawab. Sistem penggajian tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga proses penghitungan gaji membutuhkan waktu yang lama.Universitas Safin Pati membutuhkan suatu Rancangan Sistem Informasi Penggajian untuk mengatasi permasalahan tesebut. Cakupan masalah dalam proyek ini adalah pembahasan sistem penggajian termasuk data pegawai, pencatatan absensi, lembur dan penghitungan gaji pegawai.Tujuan dari proyek ini yaitu membuat rancangan sistem informasi penggajian yang dapat membantu administrasi keuangan dalam melakukan proses pengajian sampai dengan pelaporan gaji bulanan kepada pimpinan berjenjang.Dari penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dihasilkan suatu program aplikasi sisitem informasi penggajian pegawai secara multiuser yang memuat laporan data karyawan, data jabatan, data golongan, data presensi, data lembur , data kelebihan jam mengajar, dan laporan penngaji
