Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is about the mood of athletes competing in the 2022 Mataram Cup Championship. Mood is a temporary emotional state. Mood or mood can indeed change. Mood itself is an emotional state that arises only temporarily, divided into two, namely a good mood (good mood) and bad (bad mood). When someone is in a bad mood, the feelings they feel become more difficult to control emotions, so they can't concentrate when doing something. The purpose of this research is to determine the mood profile of athletes at the Mataram Cup Pencak Silat Championship in 2022. This research is aquantitative descriptive research, which is an analysis of data by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public. The population in this study were all pencak silat athletes at the 2022 Mataram Cup Championship, totaling 115 people. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. with the criteria for male athletes in the senior category. so that 35 male athletes were obtained. Analysis of the data used is using descriptive percentage analysis method. Categorization uses the Mean and Standard Deviation and to determine the score criteria using the Norm Reference Assessment (PAN). Based on the results of data analysis obtained: From the results of data analysis and assessment of each criterion, the highest average percentage is at the "medium" level criterion, with the percentage of fatigue indicator (KLH) 31.43%, mood of anger (AMR) 31, 43%, ready, energetic, and full of energy (PES) 37.14%, tension (KTG) 34.29%, Self-assessment (PDR) 37.14%, Confused Atmosphere (SSB) 37.14%, and except on Depression indicator (DPS) which is in the low category with a percentage of 40.00%. So it was concluded that the profile (state) of the mood of the pencak silat athletes who took part in the Mataram Cup 2022 championship, with indicators of mood or psychological state on each indicator, namely indicators of fatigue (KLH), mood of anger (AMR), ready, energetic , and full of energy (PES), tension (KTG), Self-assessment (PDR), Confused Atmosphere (SSB, and Depression (DPS), or overall that the profile (state) of the mood of the pencak silat athletes participating in the 2022 Mataram Cup championship is included in the medium category with a percentage of 40% (14 people), low category 28.57% (10 people), high category 22, 86% (8 people), very high category 8.57% (3 people) and no are in the very low category.

Abstract

The limited face-to-face learning policy was taken by the Government because it saw that in general most regions in Indonesia had entered PPKM level 1 or the green zone, and 81% of education personnel had received vaccinations, even 72% of them had received dose 2 vaccination. The key to the success of limited face-to-face learning is the compliance of school residents with health protocols. This means that all school members, including students, are required to implement strict health protocols during the limited face-to-face learning process. One way that can be used to encourage and at the same time cultivate adherence to health protocols in the implementation of limited face-to-face learning, especially for students, is to implement peer-assessment to assess student compliance in implementing health protocols. This study aims to provide a theoretical study of the implementation of peer-assessment to encourage student compliance in implementing health protocols in the limited face-to-face learning period. This research is a library research (library research). Researchers obtain data by conducting literature reviews from various sources such as books, journals, scientific works, as well as documents and other relevant literature. Based on a review of several literatures, it can be concluded that the implementation of peer-assessment can be used to encourage student compliance in implementing health protocols, and can even help students to cultivate it in everyday life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan manajemen stres, implementasi manajemen stres, dan evaluasi manajemen stres pada kinerja pegawai tata usaha di SMAN 9 Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik in-depth interview, dokumentasi dan observasi sebagai pengumpulan data pendukung terkait penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa; (1) proses perencanaan pengendalian stres dilakukan dengan menetapkan pendekatan religius, nilai-nilai positif membangun semangat kerja, melakukan edukasi dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pegawai, penetapan pemberian rewards, aturan, disiplin sanksi dan hukuman bagi yang melanggar. (2) Proses implementasi pengendalian stres melalui proses pembinaan kemampuan dan keterampilan pegawai, penegakan aturan, hukuman dan disiplin, serta memberi reward bagi yang berprestasi, baik dilakukan oleh lembaga maupun secara personal secara langsung dan tidak langsung di dalam maupun di luar lembaga oleh pimpinan dan rekan kerja lainnya. (3) Proses evaluasi keberhasilan pengendalian stres kerja dengan cara melakukan pengamatan langsung terhadap setiap pegawai pada saat bekerja dan menilai capaian kuantitas dan kualitas pekerjaan yang diselesaikan. Hasil inilah selanjutnya dijadikan sebagai bahan kajian melakukan pengendalian berikutnya. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan, antara lain; pihak sekolah untuk terus menjaga suasana kerja yang nyaman, aman, dan kondusif, serata dapat menetapkan aturan atau pedoman pengendalian stres kerja pada pegawai berupa pemberian reward atau sanksi bagi yang melanggar.

Abstract

The purpose of this Classroom Action Research is to find out to what extent the Crossbar Color game can increase the effectiveness of learning soccer passing in Grade VII MTs students. NM Addinul Qayyim Kapek, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency. Data collection in this Classroom Action Research consists of tests and observations. The subjects of this study were students of class VII MTs. NM Addinul Qayyim Kapek Gunungsari District with a total of 21 students. The instruments in this study were (cognitive) multiple choice tests, (psychomotor) performance tests and (affective) student character observation sheets, and this research was a classroom action research (CAR) In the initial conditions that meet the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) as many as 9 students or 42%, in the first action that meets the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) as many as 15 students or 71% and in the second action which meets the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) as many as 18 students or 85%. Based on the results of the initial conditions, actions I and II show that learning soccer passing through a modification of the crossbar color game can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of developing an integrated Al-Qur'an biology learning module on biotechnology material as an alternative teaching material and to determine the feasibility of developing an Al-Qur'an integrated biology learning module on biotechnology material as an alternative teaching material. The learning module development design uses the Borg & Gall model with 7 stages of development. The Al-Qur'an integrated Biology learning module on biotechnology material was assessed by 1 material expert validator, 1 media expert validator, 1 Islamic religious expert validator, 1 teacher and 32 students from Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Manar Pulau Raja. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis was descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results obtained indicate that the development of the Al-Qur'an integrated biotechnology learning module received a good response and received a very satisfactory response by biology teachers with a total percentage of teacher assessments being 97.5% with Very Eligible/Very Valid criteria and from the assessment the total number of students from the large group test was 90.8% with the criteria of Very Eligible/Very Valid and the small group test of 88% with the criteria of Very Eligible/Very Valid. Thus, this module is declared very feasible/very interesting to be used as teaching material in biology learning in class XII IPA Madrasah Aliyah. Thus, it can be concluded that the Al-Qur'an integrated Biology learning module on Biotechnology material which was developed with the Borg & Gall model, is Eligible and Very Interesting to be used as teaching material for students in class XII MA, especially on Biotechnology material.

Abstract

Culture is created by God, as it is the essence of Christian faith, in order to reflects His values and glory. Culture can not be separated from the existence of God relate to its origin, process and ultimate objective. However, culture is never be able separated from humanity's oldest struggle, sin. The existence of sin also takes part in various area in the development of human culture, there for brings those who insult and assume that God is not the highest and must be glorified, even rejecting the existence of God. The teachings of the Christian faith explain the concept of redemption which finally enables the culture to recognize the existence of God as the highest being, and to reveal His glory. This paper expresses various Christian struggles in addressing the existence and development of human culture from the perspective of the Christian faith, and returning it to God's original position and purpose for humans.

Abstract

Banks have an important role in managing public finances both in terms of deposits or loans to improve people's lives. Along with the advancement of technology, the financial services business is also growing with the presence of financial technology which is expected to be able to provide various conveniences to users. However, financial technology (fintech) and banks have various types, so that customer satisfaction and loyalty are not known with certainty. For this reason, researchers want to explore customer satisfaction and loyalty to bank and fintech services with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study was to explore customer satisfaction and loyalty in using bank and fintech services so that further actions can be identified to improve service quality. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with 20 respondents who were randomly selected. In addition, this research was conducted in X district located in Central Java. The research data obtained will be analyzed in depth so that it is known that customer satisfaction is obtained from friendly, precise and agile customer service as well as the quality of the financial applications or technology offered both in terms of convenience and data security so that they are not easily hacked or account breaches. Then regarding loyalty, the majority of respondents persist with strong assumptions or paradigms regarding the convenience of a bank and also the many bank users they follow, such as BRI, Mandiri with fintech, each bank already has it as well as brimo livin, and so on that makes it easier users make transactions from anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

The problem of deficit social capital within the village community has given rise to a mode of corruption related to the village. One vulnerable contribution is in the Village Head Election. This is based on the role of the community in their daily activities, which are often at stake to find village leaders to implement democracy in the village. This study discusses the importance of the role of the village community in determining the village head by looking at the village head candidates through their abilities, achievements, and integrity because this will determine the direction of a village to surrender the head of government affairs in the village so that the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of the village community can be fulfilled by using qualitative methods and case studies related to village heads who are suspects in corruption cases, as well as comparative analysis with villages that have received awards as anti-corruption villages. The research results show that strengthening social capital is the foundation for implementing meritocracy. The meritocracy built in the community is based on Leadership, service to the community, managing good village governance, strengthening supervision through local wisdom, and participation in society. So, the evaluation of village head candidates must apply a meritocracy system to prevent corruption at the village level. The community must see that village head election are a means to build village change in a better direction.

Abstract

The younger generation is an integral part of the church so it needs to be given attention and its character is formed and developed, especially the character of service responsibility. Not a few of the younger generation of the church are not involved in ministry because they feel neglected and not given a role so they stay away from church fellowship. The method used in this research is literature research with a descriptive qualitative approach to describe the church as a place for the reconstruction of the character of responsibility for today's young generation with Milles and Huberman's analytical theory. The research results show that the church and education are closely related, the church is a place for the reconstruction of the character of responsibility, the younger generation is an integral part of the church that needs to be served and empowered, and the church reconstructs the character of the younger generation through various productive and creative activities. This paper is expected to contribute thoughts and development for character education for community members, especially the younger generation in carrying out ministry in the congregation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence the interest of students majoring in accounting class of 2019 at Wahid Hasyim University in choosing a career as an auditor. This research method is qualitative, the researcher carries out activities by describing data and facts by finding existing realities and is carried out continuously from the beginning to the end of the study. The results of this study found that the factors that influence the interest of accounting students class of 2019 to become audits are first salary, according to research results obtained from interviews with students majoring in accounting class of 2019 at Wahid Hasyim University that most Wahid Hasyim University students do not have a strong interest high to work as an audit, this is because the responsibility and workload as an audit is very high, so not many students are interested in working as an audit. Second, professional training, that most Wahid Hasyim university students do not really have a high interest in becoming an audit. This is because at Wahid Hasyim University itself there is no training to become an auditee. The absence of training will certainly cause most students not to be interested in working as an audit. The third is the availability of jobs, namely that job opportunities as audits can be found in the government sector as well as in the non-government sector. However, the interest in becoming an audit for accounting students class of 2019 at Wahid Hasyim University is not that high. This is because most students prefer to work in companies as admins or work in banks, because according to them the workload of being an audit is very large. The fourth work environment, that the interest of students majoring in accounting class of 2019 at Wahid Hasyim University to become an audit is not that great, this is because according to them to become an audit must work under pressure, besides that according to them the work environment cannot be relaxed, so this causes at least interest of students to work as an audit. Based on the analysis of the results of the research, it can be concluded that factors such as salary, professional training, availability of jobs and the work environment have not greatly increased the interest of accounting students from class of 2019 to become auditees.
