Abstract

Digital transformation has become a key strategy for improving educational administration and strengthening institutional governance in response to rapid technological advancement. This study aims to synthesize the existing literature on the conceptualization, implementation, and outcomes of digital transformation in educational institutions. A qualitative literature review approach was employed by analyzing scholarly articles, policy reports, and conceptual studies related to digital transformation, educational administration, and institutional governance. The findings indicate that digital transformation extends beyond technology adoption and represents a comprehensive organizational change involving digital leadership, governance structures, organizational capability, data governance, and evidence-based decision-making. The literature consistently demonstrates that effective digital transformation enhances administrative efficiency, transparency, accountability, service quality, and institutional resilience while supporting sustainable governance. However, successful implementation depends on the alignment of technological innovation with organizational culture, leadership commitment, and governance reform. This review proposes an integrated conceptual framework that explains the interrelationships among these organizational dimensions. The study contributes to educational administration theory by providing a holistic understanding of digital transformation and offers practical implications for policymakers and educational leaders seeking to develop sustainable governance strategies in increasingly digital educational environments.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed early childhood education, creating both opportunities and challenges for integrating educational innovation with religious and moral development. Although numerous studies have examined digital learning and Islamic education independently, limited research has synthesized these perspectives into a comprehensive conceptual framework for early childhood education. This study aims to synthesize the existing literature on Islamic values-based digital learning and propose a conceptual framework to support future educational practice and research. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Relevant studies published between 2015 and 2026 were retrieved from Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, and Dimensions using predefined search strategies and eligibility criteria. The selected studies were analyzed through thematic synthesis to identify recurring patterns, research trends, and core conceptual dimensions. The findings reveal that effective digital learning in early childhood education depends on the integration of six interconnected dimensions: Islamic values, digital pedagogical design, teacher competence, parental engagement, technological infrastructure, and holistic child development. The review also demonstrates that Islamic values should function as the philosophical foundation guiding the design and implementation of digital learning rather than merely serving as complementary instructional content. Based on these findings, this study proposes the Islamic Values-Based Digital Learning Framework for Early Childhood Education, providing a theoretical foundation for future empirical research and practical guidance for educators, curriculum developers, and policymakers seeking to implement meaningful, ethical, and developmentally appropriate digital learning in Islamic educational settings.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning evaluation at SMA Ibrahimy 2 Sukorejo, Situbondo. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the school has shifted its evaluation paradigm from traditional categorization (cognitive, affective, psychomotor) towards Formative and Summative Assessments. While differentiated evaluation is successfully implemented such as introducing High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for advanced classes challenges like overcrowded classrooms (up to 70 students) and limited technological facilities force teachers to compromise on practical efficiency, such as omitting oral tests. Viewed through an Islamic perspective, these practical adaptations align with the jurisprudence principle of "Al-Masyaqqah Tajlibut-Taysir" (hardship brings ease) and incorporate Islamic core values like Shiddiq, Amanah, and Muhasabah

Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution is marked by the implementation of cyber-physical systems, the Internet of Things, big data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence which fundamentally changed the way organizations operate, make decisions, and manage human resources. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of digital transformation on management management on the dimensions of organizational structure, data-driven decision-making, human resource management, business process efficiency, and leadership. The method used was a systematic literature review of 20 international and national indexed journal references for the 2021–2026 period which were purposively selected. The results show that digital transformation is driving an organizational paradigm shift from hierarchical structures to collaborative networks, from intuitive to evidence-based decision-making, as well as from conventional HR management to digital HR with the integration of AI and big data analytics. The results of the NewVantage Partners report referenced by Berndtsson et al. (Berndtsson et al., 2023) show that only 19.3% of Fortune 1000 companies have successfully built a data-driven culture, while non-technical barriers account for 91.9% of the overall data-driven transformation challenges. The conclusions of the study show that the success of digital transformation in management management depends not only on the adoption of technology, but also on the readiness of the organization's culture, digital leadership, and the dynamic capabilities of human resources

Abstract

School mathematics instruction is often perceived as too abstract and rigid because it is presented separately from the realities of life and the cultural backgrounds of students. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of geometric concepts, comparisons, number patterns, and social arithmetic at various stages of rice farming activities in the Paiton community, Probolinggo Regency. The method used was a qualitative approach with an ethnographic design through semi-structured interviews with three active farmers in Jabung Candi Village, field observations, and interactive analysis of documentation. The results show that Paiton's agricultural activities are rich in applied mathematical concepts: whole number operations and social arithmetic are used in seed selection and profit-loss calculations; equivalent ratios are applied to fertilizer and pesticide dosages; the geometric structure of spiral curves is formed on tractor plowing tracks; and the Jajar Legowo planting system implements sequences of number patterns. This study concludes that Paiton's rice farming activities validly integrate formal mathematical concepts, thus having strategic implications for their transformation into realistic mathematics learning tools.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have driven a shift in marketing patterns from conventional methods to digital marketing. This study aims to analyze the implementation of content marketing strategies, social media advertising, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing sales growth at MK Skin. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study research type. The research informants consisted of the owner of MK Skin Agent in Probolinggo Regency as key informants and social media admins as supporting informants selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested through source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results showed that the content marketing strategy was implemented through the presentation of valuable, relevant, consistent, and interesting content that was able to increase audience engagement. Meanwhile, social media advertising was implemented by expanding the reach of advertising, determining the right target audience, presenting attractive ads, adjusting the frequency of display, and building interactions with social media users. The implementation of both strategies contributed to sales growth as indicated by the increase in the number of customers, sales turnover, and market reach. Supporting factors included content quality, publication consistency, and social media utilization, while inhibiting factors included changes in social media algorithms and high business competition.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an ecotheology-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning model from the perspective of classical and contemporary Islamic education as an effort to build students' ecological awareness amidst the global environmental crisis. This research is motivated by the fact that PAI learning tends to be normative and textual, thus failing to integrate ecological values ​​contextually into students' lives. The study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results show that the ecotheology-based PAI learning model has a strong philosophical foundation in classical Islamic education through the concepts of adab, morals, and human responsibility as khalifah fil ardh, and is strengthened by a contemporary Islamic education approach that is integrative, contextual, participatory, spiritual-ecological, and oriented towards building students' character. The implementation of the model is carried out through curriculum integration, the use of active learning methods, the habituation of a green school culture, teacher role models, and collaboration with the community. Thus, the development of an ecotheology-based Islamic Education learning model is expected to be able to form students who not only have spiritual piety, but also ecological awareness and social responsibility towards environmental sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of authentic YouTube listening materials in improving students’ speaking skills in the EXO Mansapro English Program. A qualitative case study design was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of the instructional process and students’ learning experiences within a specific non-formal EFL context. The participants consisted of five female students with varying levels of speaking proficiency, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation to capture the natural dynamics of the teaching and learning process. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings reveal that the integration of authentic YouTube listening materials positively influenced students’ speaking development in three major aspects: pronunciation, confidence, and motivation. Exposure to natural speech from native speakers enhanced students’ awareness of pronunciation, stress, and intonation patterns. Furthermore, video-based input provided contextualized linguistic models that reduced speaking anxiety and increased students’ confidence during oral practice. The engaging and relevant nature of YouTube content also fostered higher motivation and active participation in classroom discussions. The discussion highlights that authentic YouTube listening materials function not only as a source of meaningful linguistic input but also as affective support that promotes a more engaging and supportive learning environment. In conclusion, integrating authentic YouTube listening materials can serve as an effective pedagogical strategy for enhancing speaking skills in non-formal EFL programs.

Abstract

Algebraic expressions are often difficult for Grade VII students because the topic requires them to connect symbolic representations with concrete meanings, particularly when identifying coefficients and constants and simplifying algebraic equations. This study aimed to describe the development process and determine the quality of the Kenik Aljabar manipulative as a learning aid for Grade VII students at MTs Tarbiyatul Islamiyah. The study employed research and development using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product was tested with 11 Grade VII students. Data were collected through validation sheets for the product, student response questionnaire, achievement test validation sheet, student response questionnaire, and achievement test. The data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive techniques. The findings showed that the product obtained a validity score of 3.39, while the student response questionnaire and achievement test obtained validity scores of 3.50 and 3.35, respectively; all were categorized as valid. The students' response score reached 3.80 in the high category, indicating that the product was practical. The achievement test showed that 9 of 11 students achieved mastery, with an average score of 90.09 and a classical mastery percentage of 81.82%. Therefore, the Kenik Aljabar manipulative with a user guide was valid, practical, and effective for supporting students' understanding of coefficients, constants, and algebraic simplification.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences (IPA) through the implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) cooperative learning model for fifth-grade students of SD YPK Pniel Turu. The study used the Kurt Lewin Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach which was implemented in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 16 fifth-grade students in the even semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were collected through observations of teacher and student activities and learning outcome tests at the end of each cycle. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray cooperative learning model was able to improve students' learning activities and science learning outcomes. In the first cycle, the average learning outcome was 58.75 with a classical completeness of 43.75%, while in the second cycle it increased to an average of 82.50 with a classical completeness reaching 87.50%. This improvement shows that the Two Stay Two Stray learning model can create more active learning through cooperation between students, exchange of information between groups, and student involvement in the learning process, thus impacting on improving science learning outcomes.
