Abstract

Land conflicts in West Sumatra, in general are ulayat land conflicts, both between indigenous peoples (internal-horizontal conflicts) and between indigenous peoples and third parties (internal-vertical conflicts), especially with government, private, legaland military corporations. West Pasaman Regency is one of the regencies that has fertile land, many people depend on oil palm agriculture. One of them is Pasaga Kenagarian Subdistrict Aua Kuniang, is one of the sub-districts located in West Pasaman Regency which has the potential of abundant and abundant natural wealth. Therefore the community of Kenagarian Aua Kuniang is almost 70 percent dominant as oil palm farmers. The emergence of oil palm companies that are highly related to land, it is not uncommon to find land conflicts, especially land conflicts between companies themselves and local communities. This problem is how the background of the plantation land conflict between the community and PT. in Kenagarian Aua Kuniang, as for the purpose of this paper the purpose of this study is to describe the background of the occurrence of plantation land conflicts between the community and PT. in Kenagarian Aua Kuniang. This method of writing uses historical methods that go through four stages, namely heuristics, source criticism, synthesis and interpretation and historiography.

Abstract

Desy Syafitri, Widia Syafriani, 2021, Penerapan Pembelajaran Tematik Berbasis Lingkungan Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas IV. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan pembelajaran tematik berbasis lingkungan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV di SD Muhammadiyah Rambah. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi Pembelajarannya kurang efektif karena guru dalam mengajar hanya memberikan Jurnal Bakaba Volume 1 Nomor 1, Januari-Juni 2017, p. 13-22 ISSN : 2597-9450 (Online) http://ejournal.stkip-pgri-sumbar.ac.id/index.php/bakaba 3 pembelajaran di kelas dan juga tidak menggunakan model pembelajaran dan ketika belajar siswa bermain. Jenis penelitin ini Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dua siklus dan tiap siklusnya terdiri dari satu pertemuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa 1) Penerapan pembelajaran tematik berbasis lingkungan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa siklus I yaitu, 80,31%. sedangkan nilai rata – rata siklus II yaitu 97,81% 2) Menggunakan lingkungan sekolah sebagai objek belajar dapat menciptakan susana belajar yang menyenangkan dan meningkatnya antusias belajar siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan pembelajaran tematik berbasis lingkungan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Nagari Adat in Minangkabau are autonomous nagari and part of the lowest nagari governance system in West Sumatra. The naming of adat nagari in West Sumatra is more for the sake of tourism, so that some nagari that have tourism potential were developed into adat nagari and promoted on a district and provincial basis. So that the first 4 traditional villages were chosen, namely, the Indudur angari, the Seribu Gadang Nagari, Pariyangan Nagari, and Jawi-Jawi villages. The four nagari have become national tourist destinations and have been visited by domestic and foreign tourists and were recorded in the tourist calendar in West Sumatra. The development of adat nagari ultimately spurred other nagari to develop their potential in their adat and tourism.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a cultural shift that is influenced by cultural development due to globalization.novel as one of the representations of society culture can be a benchmark in seeing the culture shift. The novel "Ketika Merah Putih Terkoyak" saw the development of culture with a different point of view by displaying a living story. Through this work, the author hopes that the young generation, especially the Minangkabau generation, know that great history has occurred in Minangkabau, and Minangkabau has been the center of the Indonesian government, and regional autonomy has actually been a part of history in Minangkabau. The author's hope in this case is not too exaggerated because according to what is expressed by Atmazaki (2005: 73) that the writing of literature is always interesting with the writing of history. Although many scholars claim that literary works cannot be the main ingredient of historical writing, but literary works cannot be ignored by historians. Literary works can be a reflection of the development of culture for the community can be learning materials for learners to understand the culture of a nation.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently a nation with a diversity of cultures, but in this diversity there is an influence given by foreigners even though not entirely. The influence given by foreigners can be learned from the cultural acculturation in Indonesia, like the acculturation of local culture with Hindu-Buddhist culture, and acculturation of local culture with Islamic culture. The focus of this writing is the result of culture due to the influence given by Islam in Nusantara culture, because nowadays Islamic culture affects many customs or all local traditions run by the wider community. This study was conducted using historical methods, namely heuristics to collect data, criticism for sorting data, interpretation to interpret the data that was received, and historiography to incorporate all the necessary data For historical writing, as well as conducting literature study methods, with a series of research methods, researchers found that the Islamic culture has had considerable influence both in the material and non material culture.

Abstract

In SD Negeri 05 Serasi, Rao Selatan District, the academic supervision of school principals will be optimized with the goal of enhancing teachers' professional competence. The PTS was conducted during the summer semester of 2022 at SD Negeri 05 Serasi in Kecamatan Rao Selatan. All of the teachers of SD Negeri 05 Serasi in Kecamatan Rao Selatan made up the analysis' unit. the action is carried out utilizing the cycle model created by Chemmis and MC Taggart. The teacher's presence in the classroom during PBM is the variable that was observed. According to the study's findings, teacher attendance at SD Negeri 05 Serasi in the Rao Selatan District averaged 68.75% from July to September and 95.83% from October to December. There was a 27.08% increase. The Overachieving the success target is the average teacher attendance in class. Based on data analysis, it has been determined that at SD Negeri 05 Serasi in the Rao Selatan District, good principal supervision can enhance the discipline of teacher attendance in class.

Abstract

Courteous and friendly attitude is a characteristic of the Indonesian people long ago. However, this attitude has begun to erode by the times. Adolescents in particular no longer have a polite attitude, both to parents especially to others. Therefore, polite attitude must be developed again. Educational institutions have a central role in the process of developing polite attitudes through character-based education processes.

Abstract

The sambatan tradition is a tradition that comes from the Javanese tribe and the tradition will be carried wherever the people are. The sambatan tradition is reflected in the daily social life of the community. The philosophy of this tradition is a sense of helping others and a sense of mutual cooperation and its relation to character building in learning in elementary schools. In line with the Indonesian government which will revolutionize the nation's character through strengthening character education. The purpose of this study was to examine the value of the sambatan tradition in character building in social studies learning in elementary schools. This type of research is qualitative research. The determination of informants was carried out by purposive sampling with a total of 17 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and in-depth interviews. The results of this study can be concluded that the decline in the morality of young people who are still teenagers can be suppressed by the sambatan tradition without looking at ethnic differences and other differences. The community's concern for the interests of others is very much reflected in Koto Tangah Padang starting from children, teenagers to adults in helping other people who need help. Then the second result is that social studies learning in elementary schools is quite effective in instilling an attitude of helping others. This can be seen in the activities provided by the teacher to students both in the form of theory and practice in the school environment.

Abstract

Kasus terorisme dan separatisme sering muncul di beberapa tahun belakangan ini. Hal tersebut karena adanya ketidakpuasan suatu kelompok terhadap ketentuan yang telah diputuskan oleh pemerintah. Sejarah mencatat salah satu negara dengan konflik internal terpanjang yaitu Filipina. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa konflik yang terjadi di moro Filipina dan perkembangannya hingga dimasa sekarang ini. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber kualitatif dari urnal, buku dan juga berita. Di lihat dari sejarah, Masyarakat moro merupakan Muslim Filipina yang mendiami filipina bagian selatan. Terdapat konflik tak terselesaiakan pada daerah ini. Faktor awal penyebabnya yaitu kebijakan pemerintah yang memaksa supaya daerah yang dihuni masyarakat muslim ini meneruskan kebijakan masa kolonial. Seperti yang sudah diketahui kebijakan masa kolonial sangat diskriminatif terhadap kaum muslim. Bahkan setelah kemerdekaan Filipina, masyarakat Moro tidak merasakan kemerdekaan itu. Kemiskinan melanda daerah tersebut begitu pula pendidikan yang sangat minim. Namun dari pendidikan yang minim tersebut ternyata mampu melahirkan tokoh intelektual yang akhirnya membuat sebuah kelompok pemberontak yang bertujuan untuk memisahkan diri dari negara filipina atau gerakan sparatisme. Pemberontakan tersebut terus berlangsung dan melahirkan golongan-golongan kelompok islam lainnya. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah filipina agar dapat berdamai dengan muslim moro. Bahkan dalam kasus terbarunya banyak dari muslim moro yang tergabung dalam ISIS. Pemeintah filipina telah melakukan banyak hubungan diplomasi untuk dapat membantunya dalam menangani konflik internal tersebut. Perkembangan konflik yang panjang tersebut baru terartasi baru-baru ini melalui di tandatanginnya referendum yang akhirnya bisa menguntungkan masyarakat Mindanao untuk dapat mengelola daerah otonominya sendiri.

Abstract

Peninggalan sejarah mendatangkan keuntungan besar dalam bidang pariwista sejarah dan budaya. Padang sebagai kota warisan Kolonial Belanda juga memiliki bangunan bersejarah yang sudah dikategorikan sebagai benda cagar budaya. Berdasarkan Keputusan Walikota Padang nomor 3 tahun 1998 terdapat sebanyak 74 buah bangunan yang masuk kagori benda cagar budaya. Dewasa ini jumlah bangunan bersejarah yang masih bertahan semakin berkurang, seiring dengan kurangnya kontrol pemerintah dan juga terjadinya bencana alam. Untuk itu diperlukan keseriusan dan kesadaran sejarah dari semua pihak (stakeholder), baik itu pemerintah maupun jajaran industri pariwisata, termasuk masyarakat kota Padang  untuk mengembangkan dan melesratarikan pariwisata kota tua Padang. Karena potensi wisata yang ada di kota tua Padang sangat beragam dan menjual untuk wisata budaya, agama dan sejarah. Kota tua yang multi etnis dan beragam budaya yang juga eksis menjadi bagian kecil dari potensi wisata yang dapat dijual kepada wisatawan lokal, nasional maupun internasional. Semua itu hanya diperlukan kerjasama yang baik antar semua elemen masyarakat untuk saling menjaga dan melestarikan serta mengembangkan potensi kota tua yang ada. Jika hal itu terwujud pariwisata kota tua Padang akan memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi pemerintah kota Padang melalui Pendapatan Asli Daerah  (PAD), perbaikan ekonomi bagi masyarakat setempat dan juga bisa menjadi alternatif wisata yang berbudaya, religi dan sejarah bagi Kota Padang. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian kulitatif.
