Abstract

The Brainstorming Learning Model is the right model for the type of student who is active but still lacks confidence in expressing opinions or ideas. The Brainstorming Learning Model motivates students to share the ideas they have without any pressure. The purpose of using the Brainstorming learning model is to find out whether there is a significant positive impact on the Brainstorming learning model on student boredom during the learning process of students in class VI Civics at Elementary School. This research method uses qualitative research methods. The research results show that the Brainstorming learning model has an effect on eliminating students' boredom in the learning process. This can cause students to feel involved and their ideas are valued, which in turn motivates them to learn with more interest.

Abstract

This research applied to 21 of 12th grade Fashion Extracurricular students of Vocational Senior High School Tekstil Pandaan. The purpose was to (1) describe the validation level of Tiktok platform as a learning media; (2) describe the student learning result after the learning media was given; and (3) describe the student response after the learning media was given. Method used in this research was Research and Development with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The learning media were validated by media and subject experts using media validation form, applied in class with project assignment given in assignment form, and applied google form to get the student to respond. Data analyzed in a descriptive qualitative way. The result shows that the video tutorial learning media gains the result score of 4,55 of maximum 5, concluded as very valid, the video learning media can help students reach eligibility level of 100% of 75% minimum standard, concluded as eligible, and the results of student responses reached 60% for the strongly agree category and 40% for the agree category regarding the use of Tiktok media as learning media for Fashion Design extracurricular at Pandaan Textile Vocational High School.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has become a major focus in economic and social development in various countries. This research aims to identify and analyze entrepreneurial characteristics that play a role in business success. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, we explore factors such as innovation, motivation, creativity, self-confidence, honesty, and resilience to risk that influence entrepreneurial behavior. Our findings suggest that these characteristics are not only important for starting new businesses, but also for sustaining and growing existing businesses. The practical and theoretical implications of these findings are discussed, along with suggestions for further research in understanding the dynamics of entrepreneurship in a changing global context. This research provides valuable insights for practitioners, academics, and policymakers interested in promoting and supporting entrepreneurial development at the individual and organizational levels.

Abstract

Physical education in primary schools has an important role in helping children's physical and social-emotional development. Through structured physical activity, students can improve physical fitness, develop motor skills, and understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle. This study aims to examine, describe, and explain the importance of Physical Education in Helping Physical and Social-Emotional Development in Elementary School Students. The research method used is qualitative with literature studies from previous research results. The results showed that physical education has an important role in helping physical and socio-emotional development in elementary school students. Through structured physical activities and social interactions that occur in the context of physical education, students not only improve their physical health but also develop social, emotional, and character skills that are important to achieve success in their future lives.

Abstract

Students use digital technology to facilitate their learning, particularly when learning English. This is driven by the COVID-19 pandemic, which necessitates online learning. Based on this background, the purpose of this study is to find out how students' perceptions of digital technology support English language learning in the era of globalization and what digital technology students use in learning English. This research method uses qualitative research with descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The subjects of this study were 6th semester students at Bhinneka PGRI University with a total of 27 students. The data collection techniques used were open questionnaires and closed questionnaires. The results of the research that have been obtained by researchers are known that almost all students feel helped by the existence of digital technology around them in learning English. This is because digital technology is considered more effective and time efficient to be used anywhere and anytime. One digital tool that students use to learn English is social media. They believe that, in the age of globalization, social media can help them improve their English language proficiency. Students are also affected by globalization because English is the language of communication on a worldwide scale.
