<![CDATA[This article aims to find out about; 1) the process of controlling the performance of educators whether it has been running well and the obstacles faced by educators in improving the quality of learning; 2) knowing whether the quality of learning is in accordance with predetermined standards; 3) knowing whether the performance of educators is able to improve the quality of learning at school well. The subject of this research is educators at SMPN 59 Surabaya which is one of the driving schools. This research uses a qualitative approach and the research method used is descriptive analysis. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation at SMPN 59 Surabaya. The results showed that; 1) the control of teachers at SMPN 59 Surabaya has been running well so that the quality of learning also goes well; 2) in controlling the performance of educators to improve the quality of learning at SMPN 59 Surabaya there is a learning community that functions for teachers sharing for smooth learning; 3) The obstacles faced by educators are that there are still some educators who do not fully understand the current technological developments used for the learning process. ]]>

<![CDATA[One option to improve the quality of learning and student skills is to implement a Learning Management System (LMS) using a Project-based learning model. The purpose of this research is to find out how students' learning outcomes and skills are affected when the LMS is implemented using the PBL model. A literature review approach is the research strategy used; this involves gathering information and data by searching relevant sources. The qualitative data analysis process involves interpreting, understanding and applying information from data sources to the topic at hand. The results of this study show that using a Project-based learning approach to build an LMS can improve students' educational outcomes. In addition, the implementation of the LMS through the Project based learning model can improve students' ability to communicate, collaborate, and think critically. The use of Project based learning together with the implementation of LMS can improve students' capacity to manage study time, find and apply information, adjust to the evolving educational environment, control emotions, and cope with stress in learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the use of short vertical videos as learning media in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. In the era of globalization, interactive multimedia technology has brought many benefits to learning, including increasing student motivation and creating an effective learning environment. Through the Systematic Literature Review research method with a qualitative approach, researchers conducted a literature study to identify and evaluate related research. The research results show that short vertical videos are an interesting learning medium in conveying concise and clear explanations. Short vertical videos also suit the characteristics of students who are familiar with gadgets and can improve their understanding of complex topics. Overall, interactive multimedia technology, especially short vertical videos, has great potential in improving the quality of education in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the importance of using technology and innovative learning methods in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of learning at SMAN 11 Surabaya. The use of innovative learning offline is carried out with various creative strategies that have had a positive impact on student motivation, understanding, engagement, and learning ability. In addition, various learning methods also help teachers in achieving learning objectives optimally, but funding constraints that are not in accordance with the program schedule are the main obstacles in developing teacher professionalism in teaching. This research method uses a skinative approach by collecting primary data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The level of attendance and engagement at school, especially teacher discipline, is also an important factor affecting learning effectiveness. Although teacher attendance is relatively high, efforts to improve attendance and the quality of teacher professionalism need to be improved. Professional training organized periodically by schools is a strategy to help improve teachers' competencies, but funding constraints are still a major issue that needs to be addressed. Evaluation of teachers' job satisfaction is also an important aspect that needs to be considered in improving their motivation and performance in teaching students. Support from various parties is needed including school administrators, teachers and TU staff.]]>

<![CDATA[Improving the quality of education is very important in improving the quality of a country's human resources. The purpose of this research is to study and analyze powerful methods to improve the quality of education. One of the common problems in education is educational inequality between different educational institutions, which leads to unequal student achievement. One of the causes that can affect the quality of education is the application of robust strategies. The results show that the implementation of robust strategies, such as the use of technology in learning, quality teacher training, relevant curriculum development and equity for learners. These can help improve the quality of education. The implication of this research is the importance of robust strategies in improving the quality of education at various levels of education from the school level to the national level. Educational institutions must also have excellent programmes and infrastructure that meets the standards for good teaching and learning continuity and there are development policies and future planning so that educational goals can be achieved.]]>

<![CDATA[Vocational education is a dynamic field that constantly adapts to advancements in science and technology. Cooperative learning strategies are an effective way to strengthen relationships and communication among students during the learning process. Factors such as differences in students' abilities, the role of the teacher, and the learning environment can influence the success of implementing cooperative strategies. However, barriers to implementing cooperative learning strategies can disrupt the learning process. Examples of barriers include students paying little attention during presentations, students being less active in group learning, and groups discussing topics outside the main subject. Solutions to overcome these barriers include allocating time for group discussions before presentations, teachers pointing out inactive students to ask questions, and monitoring by teachers during group work. Vocational education requires suitable strategies to cultivate cooperation among students, and Cooperative Learning is considered one of the answers. Some teachers have found solutions to address barriers to implementing Cooperative Learning.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of interactive learning media in Vocational High Schools (SMK) plays an important role in increasing student engagement and their understanding of the material. These media, such as videos, simulations, and educational games, allow direct interaction with the material. However, implementation at Development Vocational Schools requires a mature strategy to overcome the challenges of technology, resources and teacher training. With training, technology-integrated curriculum development, increased internet access, and external collaboration, the use of interactive learning media can be optimized. Collaboration between stakeholders is the key to success. Through active participation and open communication, interactive learning media can be an effective solution in improving the quality of education at Development Vocational Schools, preparing students for the digital world of work.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of digital technology has had an impact on the younger generation's digital ethical character. The scope of education in the digital era cannot be separated from the role of the family, community schools and government in order to create Indonesia's golden generation through digitally strengthening Pancasila values. This research aims to determine strategies for strengthening digital citizen ethics in the metaverse era. The research method used is qualitative with a special study approach within the family, school, community and government institutions. Data collection techniques use interviews and observation using data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusions. The research results show that strategies for strengthening the ethics of digital citizens can be carried out through the family environment in the form of habituation and communication programs, the school environment through digital literacy and character habituation, the community environment through socialization and coordination, the government environment through the socialization of program policies at the relevant institutional level. The results of this research have implications for digital citizen ethics curriculum development program efforts in various educational units.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of large assignments on the level of learning motivation of building engineering education students class of 2022. This study uses a quantitative research design with explanation and with the Generalized Framework for Observational Research Methods (G-from) method . The population of this study were all Jakarta State University Building Engineering Education students who had taken the Steel Structure 1 course in 2023, and the research sample was 30 students who were randomly selected. The results showed that there was a positive effect of giving large assignments on the level of student learning motivation. The effect is moderated by several factors, namely the type of large assignment, the difficulty of large assignments, the availability of resources, and lecturer support.]]>
