Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of family literacy programs on elementary school children's academic achievement. Using a quantitative research method with a literature review approach, data were analyzed from various sources such as books, scientific journals, and online resources. The results of the literature review indicate that literacy plays a crucial role in developing children's abilities in reading, writing, and critical thinking. Challenges in improving children's literacy in Indonesia include the influence of rapid technological and informational advancements. Family literacy programs are considered as one of the solutions to enhance children's literacy, with parents playing a significant role in providing literacy stimulation from an early age. Program evaluation is conducted through rewards and sanctions, as well as through a nurturing and wise educational approach. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the importance of family literacy in supporting children's academic achievement in elementary school.

Abstract

An approach to religious moderation is important in developing balanced understanding, avoiding extremism and encouraging tolerance and interfaith dialogue. Within the scope of Islamic Religious Education, the values ​​of religious moderation can be integrated into learning through textbooks and learning methods. This research aims to determine the characteristics of the Akidah Akhlak class XI textbook and determine the orientation of religious moderation values ​​in the Akidah Akhlak class XI textbook. This research is a type of qualitative research through literature study. The class XI Akidah Akhlak textbook is the primary data source and related research journals are the secondary data source. Based on the results of the review of the Akidah Akhlak textbook, it meets the criteria for an ideal textbook. the concepts used in textbooks are clear, relevant to the curriculum, attract the interest of readers who use them, are able to motivate the users, can stimulate student activity, create illustrations that are able to attract their use, understanding must be preceded by appropriate communication, the content supports the subject others, respect individual differences, try to strengthen the values ​​that apply in society, consider linguistic aspects according to the abilities of the students who use them, use clear concepts so as not to confuse students and have a clear point of view. The orientation to the values ​​of religious moderation in the class starting from the introduction, core competencies, basic competencies, indicators, material in-depth, character in-depth, come on presentation and let's practice, especially on attitude assessment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the school environment on student learning achievement in elementary schools through the literature review method. A literature review was conducted to investigate the relationship between school environmental factors, such as physical facilities, availability of resources, school climate, and school culture, and student achievement. The results of the study show that a conducive school environment has a positive influence on student learning achievement. Factors such as adequate facilities, sufficient resource support or facilities and infrastructure, a conducive learning process, and an inclusive school culture have been proven to increase student motivation and learning performance. The implications of these findings highlight the important role of the school environment in creating conditions that support effective learning at the elementary level. Further research is needed to explore specific factors in the school environment that contribute to student achievement.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the effect of direct written corrective feedback and indirect written corrective feedback on the students’ writing achievement between the students who are taught by using direct written corrective feedback and indirect written corrective feedback. The problem of this study is “Is there any significant difference in the writing achievement between the students’ who are taught by using direct written corrective feedback and the students’ who are taught by using indirect written corrective feedback?”. The hypothesis for this study is there is the effect of writing achievement on the students writing skill by using direct written corrective feedback.This research is experimental studies and the researcher uses quantitative research. There are two groups of students participated in the study, the control group and the experimental group. The subject of this research is the students in Seventh Grade of SMP Trimurti 02 Wagir Malang. The data collection the technique is by testing writing composition and the data analysis technique used t-test calculated by SPSS Statistic 21 to find the differences between students’ pretest and posttest score of experimental and control group. The distribution of t-table with the level of significance is 5%. It is found that the result shows that the experimental group which is taught by using direct written corrective feedback technique got high scores than the control group which is taught by indirect written corrective feedback. The hypothesis which says that direct written corrective feedback is effective in teaching writing of procedure text.

Abstract

Education and development have experienced significant changes in the digital era, requiring digital literacy to understand and use information and communication technology (ICT) wisely and ethically. Digital literacy plays an important role in achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in improving the quality of education and empowering communities. This research aims to explore the implications of digital literacy for achieving SDGs 2030, with a focus on inclusive education and community development. The literature review method was used with a qualitative approach to investigate the relationship between digital literacy, education, community development, and the achievement of SDGs 2030. Research findings show that digital literacy contributes to increasing access to education, innovation, gender equality, and economic empowerment, as well as increasing awareness of issues. -environmental issues and sustainable development. A comprehensive digital literacy approach, including digital-based education, digital literacy policies in the education sector, innovations such as Service Strategies for Students and Teachers Through Digital Literacy Culture, and training programs, have proven successful in increasing people's skills and awareness. Collaboration between stakeholders is needed to increase digital literacy at all levels, so that it can support the achievement of sustainable development goals globally. In the era of digital transformation, a better understanding of the role of digital literacy is key in achieving sustainable development goals in the future.

Abstract

The use of technology in learning at SMK Pembangunan has shown a significant impact on improving student achievement through various innovations in instructional media. Technology, from online platforms to interactive simulations, has opened up opportunities for more engaging, effective, and student-centered learning. The impact is not only evident in understanding the material and practical skills but also in students' learning motivation. However, to achieve maximum effectiveness, continuous development in teacher skills, technology access, and integration of technology into the curriculum are needed. With these measures, it is hoped that SMK Pembangunan can create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, preparing students to face the challenges of the digital era workforce.

Abstract

The goal is to provide the best overview and examples of applied learning in schools. Descriptive analysis is the method of data analysis employed, and the findings of the study demonstrated that the learning objectives of students instructed in the mind map learning strategy were It is possible to conclude from the first technical drawing course of the Building Engineering Education study program that the mind mapping learning method outperforms the expository learning strategy.

Abstract

This research aims to present a literature review on strategies for using video as a learning medium in vocational education. Video has become an important part of modern learning, increasing student engagement and understanding. This research will analyze various strategies for using video in the context of vocational education, as well as the benefits and challenges in its application. The method in this research is a literature study that will involve analyzing 20 national journals, 5 international journals, and accredited journals that are relevant to the topic of discussion. The results of this research are expected to provide a deeper understanding of how video can be used effectively as a learning medium in vocational education.

Abstract

Digital literacy is the ability of individuals to integrate writing, reading and thinking skills to process and understand information about technology in an ethical and accountable manner. Digital literacy education must be provided since elementary school education because students tend to be unstable and easily influenced by the environment so that they are at risk of being negatively affected by technology. Currently, the Government has integrated digital literacy content in the formal education curriculum at the elementary school education level. This study aims to examine the level of digital literacy skills of primary school students, the effectiveness of government efforts to improve digital literacy skills of primary school students, and analyse the possibility of achieving the 2030 SDGs Quality Education target. The research method used is a qualitative method of literature study and field study with a descriptive approach. The results show that digital literacy skills of primary school students have developed thanks to the implementation of digital literacy learning through ICT special subjects and digital literacy content in general subjects, indicating that digital literacy learning practices in formal education have been effective and the quality education target in SDGs 2030 is very likely to be achieved in the future.

Abstract

Tasikmalaya City, located in West Java, serves as a stronghold of Islamic culture and education. Dubbed as the "city of devout students," Islamic values permeate daily life. Communities like Siram Tasik play a vital role in fortifying these values, providing a platform for the youth to learn and grow within Islamic teachings. Islamic education in the city extends beyond religious knowledge, focusing on character formation. Both Islamic and public schools actively implement character education, emphasizing the values of pesantren culture. Despite challenges such as dual perceptions regarding educational documents, these efforts persist. The essence of education in Tasikmalaya City lies in shaping a young generation with strong character, high spirits of struggle, and awareness of Islamic values. The hope is for them to become pillars of integrity, contribute positively to society, and inherit the legacy of goodness from their predecessors.
