Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hipotesis market overreaction (reaksi berlebihan pasar) perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia(BEI) dalam indeks LQ-45, tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah pergerakan harga saham dapat diprediksi setelah terjadi peristiwa politik yaitu pemilihan Presiden pada tahun 2014 yang dapat memicu tumbuhnya overreaction dari investor terhadap suatu informasi dalam mengambil keputusan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data saham penutupan dalam perusahaan manufaktur yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ-45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2014-2015, Penelitian ini mengunakan sub-periode penelitian terdiri atas periode pembentukan portofolio (portofolio formation period) dan periode pengujian portofolio (portofolio subsequent-test period). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa reaksi berlebihan (overreaction) tidak terjadi pada saham perusahaan manufaktur dalam indeks LQ-45 dapat dibuktikan dengan pola portofolio winner memiliki average cumulative actual return yang mengungguli average cumulative actual return portofolio loser. Terdapat perbedaan average cumulative actual return yang signifikan antara portofolio loser dan portofolio winner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data empiris tentang pengaruh budaya belajar terhadap self-efficacy siswa cerdas istimewa di SMAN 78 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan pengambilan sampel berdasarkan teknik simple random sampling dengan penentuan jumlah sampel yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan pengolahan data SPSS Ver.22, hasil pengujian korelasi (uji-r) menunjukkan rhitung bernilai positif sebesar 0,829 > rtabel sebesar 0,304 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara budaya belajar terhadap self-efficacy siswa cerdas istimewa dalam tingkatan sangat kuat dan searah. Hasil perhitungan regresi linear sederhana menghasilkan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,845 yang diinterpretasikan budaya belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap self-efficacy siswa cerdas istimewa. Pada perhitungan koefisien determinasi diketahui pengaruh budaya belajar terhadap self-efficacy siswa cerdas istimewa sebesar 68,6%, sementara sisanya 31,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dapat disimpulkan budaya belajar berpengaruh positif sebesar 68,6% terhadap self-efficacy siswa cerdas istimewa. Semakin baik budaya belajar siswa cerdas istimewa maka akan semakin tinggi self-efficacynya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the differences in interpersonal intelligence between male and female students in the high class of Sahabat Alam Elementary School. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method using data collection techniques in the form of survey methods. The sample in this study consisted of a high class totaling 66 students. Data was collected using an instrument in the form of an Interpersonal Intelligence questionnaire with a Likert scale model containing 13 items with a valid value (rtabel = 0,27). Data analysis used an Independent Sample t-test. The results of this study indicate differences in students' Interpersonal Intelligence based on gender. The results showed that female students obtained an average of higher interpersonal intelligence than the average value of male students' interpersonal intelligence. It can be seen from the t-test results of the interpersonal intelligence of female and male students of -4.208 with a significance level of 0.05. Thus, this shows differences in the interpersonal intelligence of male and female students in elementary schools.

Abstract

In the 21st century, the existence of independent learning is very relevant to students' needs. It is hoped that the presence of an independent curriculum can improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Nadiem Makarim as Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia made the Pancasila Student Profile the vision and mission of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia as stated in Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 22 of 2020. The values of the Pancasila student profile are: faith, devotion to God Almighty, global diversity, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. This research aims to find out the role of class teachers in forming the character profile of Pancasila students at Al-Azhar 15 Pamulang Islamic Elementary School. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. data collection techniques in observational research, interviews and documentation. The technical analysis used is triangulation. The results of this research suggest that the role of class teachers in forming the character profile of Pancasila students has gone well, because the school culture is in accordance with the values of the Pancasila student profile. There are 5 roles of class teachers in forming the profile of Pancasila students, namely: 1). The teacher provides understanding. 2) the teacher carries out habituation. 3). The teacher provides an example. 4) the teacher gives punishment. 5). The teacher reflects. The supporting factor for the role of class teachers in forming the character profile of Pancasila students is that there is good cooperation between local residents and parents. And the inhibiting factor in the role of class teachers in forming the character profile of Pancasila students is the limited supervision time at school and teachers must be consistent in reminding students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning outcomes of students who pay less attention to their enthusiasm for learning. This is due to the lack of cooperation between teachers and parents in giving attention to students. With this, the researchers conducted a study to analyze students' learning enthusiasm and the effect of using gadgets, which are currently more popular than learning. The number of omissions in learning outcomes is believed to decrease due to excessive use of gadgets, causing dependence and hindering the learning process with enthusiasm. This study used a descriptive qualitative method by collecting data through a library study that the researcher had done. The purpose of writing this journal article is so that researchers or readers can find out how students are enthusiastic about learning and the effect of using gadgets on student enthusiasm for learning. The results of this study prove that students' enthusiasm for learning is not only due to the influence of the daily use of their gadgets, but most likely also caused by other things such as the teaching methods and strategies used by the teacher are not appropriate and efficient for students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply the importance of sexual education in overcoming sexual harassment among elementary schools and the factors that influence it. The literature study approach method is used with in-depth analysis of various literature sources and related research. The results of the analysis show that sexual education is an important foundation for children to understand reproductive health, personal boundaries, and how to protect themselves from unwanted behavior. The lack of sexual knowledge in children contributes to the increasing cases of sexual abuse. Therefore, sexual education needs to be provided both through formal education in schools and non-formal education in the family environment. Although there is still a societal stigma associated with talking about sex with children, sexual education can help develop a healthy and responsible attitude towards their bodies and prevent inappropriate sexual behavior. Thus, sexual education should be implemented appropriately and comprehensively as a preventive measure against sexual harassment among elementary school children.

Abstract

This research discusses the impact of awards given by school principals to teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah on teacher quality which includes motivation and performance. The literature review method was used by analyzing ten articles related to awards in improving teacher quality. The results of the analysis show that rewards given by school principals, such as praise, bonuses, certificates, or professional development opportunities, have a positive impact on teacher work motivation. This award also influences the improvement of teacher performance in teaching and guiding students. School principals have an important role in motivating teachers through rewards, which can create a more effective and quality educational environment. Therefore, bold and innovative reward strategies need to be developed and implemented to improve the overall quality of education. Thus, this research provides insight into the importance of rewards for teachers and contributes to developing new strategies to strengthen the quality of teacher teaching.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the school environment on student learning achievement in elementary schools through the literature review method. A literature review was conducted to investigate the relationship between school environmental factors, such as physical facilities, availability of resources, school climate, and school culture, and student achievement. The results of the study show that a conducive school environment has a positive influence on student learning achievement. Factors such as adequate facilities, sufficient resource support or facilities and infrastructure, a conducive learning process, and an inclusive school culture have been proven to increase student motivation and learning performance. The implications of these findings highlight the important role of the school environment in creating conditions that support effective learning at the elementary level. Further research is needed to explore specific factors in the school environment that contribute to student achievement.

Abstract

Orang tua bertanggung jawab atas perkembangan emosional anak. Sebagaimana dinyatakan oleh American Acdemy of Pediatrics, perkembangan emosi mengacu pada kemampuan anak untuk mengendalikan dan mengungkapkan emosi positif dan negatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan bahwa cara orang tua berinteraksi dengan anak mereka memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan emosional anak di sekolah dasar dan untuk memberi tahu orang tua betapa pentingnya komunikasi dengan anak mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, di mana peneliti mempertimbangkan secara hati-hati masalah penelitian. Untuk memilih dan merangkum data dari berbagai sumber, seperti jurnal ilmiah, skripsi, dan buku, peneliti menggunakan teknik reduksi dan fokus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi keluarga adalah komponen penting dalam menentukan sikap seorang anak. Apabila orang tua menanamkan sikap-sikap baik kepada anaknya seperti kejujuran, rendah hati, berani dan hal-hal baik lainnya, maka akan terbentuk sikap emosional yang positif pada anak

Abstract

Penggunaan buku cerita bergambar telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan minat baca anak usia sekolah dasar. Buku ini tidak hanya membantu siswa menjadi lebih aktif dan percaya diri dalam belajar, tetapi juga meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan minat terhadap bacaan secara keseluruhan. Dengan memadukan teks dan ilustrasi visual, buku cerita bergambar menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang bervariasi dan efektif bagi siswa kelas rendah. Sebagai alat pendidikan berharga, penggunaan media ini mendukung perkembangan literasi anak-anak usia sekolah dasar dengan memotivasi siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam proses belajar, khususnya dalam kegiatan membaca. Minat dan motivasi membaca siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui penggunaan media buku cerita bergambar yang menarik dan menyenangkan.
