Abstract

Jawa Barat merupakan daerah yang memiliki potensi sumber daya pariwisata yang beranekaragam mulai dari atraksi wisata alam, wisata budaya, wisata buatan manusia yang didukung dengan kondisi alam, sosial budaya, ketersediaan fasilitas, serta aksesibilitas yang mampu menopang pariwisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi desa wisata di Jawa Barat, menganalisis pengelolaan desa wisata di Jawa Barat dan sejauh mana keterlibatan masyarakat di desa wisata Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis yaitu pengelolaan desa wisata di Jawa Barat, lalu menganalisisnya dengan memanfaatkan bantuan teori-teori yang relevan dengan konteks pada identifikasi masalah. Metode deskriptif analitis ini dipilih oleh peneliti karena dianggap paling sesuai dengan konteks penelitian, yaitu bersifat eksploratif dan pemetaan dengan mempertimbangkan unsur-unsur kualitatif yang bersifat non eksak. Triangulasi dalam pengujian kredibilitas ini diartikan sebagai pengecekan data dari berbagai sumber dengan berbagai cara dan berbagai waktu. Desa wisata merupakan desa yang dikelola dengan pelibatan masyarakat, sehingga organisasi dari masyarakat seiring berkembangnya desa yang memiliki dana operasional, karena dibantu oleh pemerintah maka diperlukan pertanggungjawaban secara legalitas. Dalam pengelolaan desa wisata diperlukan sinergitas dari berbagai instansi/dinas terkait untuk memudahkan dalam pemahaman dan pengelolaan desa wisata.

Abstract

The role of tourist destinations is essential, especially in packaging people’s life and culture into a tourist attraction. Astuti (2017) states that cultural tourism has a 60% role in supporting the world of tourism in Indonesia itself. One of the areas that will be developed by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta Barat as a Cultural Tourism Destination, especially with silat attractions as a characteristic is Silat Village, which is located in the Rawa Belong area, which is known as a shopping center for fresh flowers by the surrounding community. In drawing up a destination, a strategy is needed based on the potential of an area. In line with the objectives of the government, the purpose of this study is to review the potential of the Rawa Belong area as a cultural tourism destination and to find out what efforts these tourist destinations have made. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. By using components tourism destinations which consist of 5A, namely Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Activity, and Ancillary Service (additional facilities) as study material and explore the potential of the area, the authors use primary data which taken directly during observation and interviews and secondary data based on literature related to the area. The informants used are key informants, regular informants and additional informants. Using a SWOT analysis, a matrix is presented to determine which strategy is appropriate for the development of Kampung Silat Rawa Belong. The results of this study indicate that many potentials that are possessed a strength for Kampung Silat Rawa Belong are the main keys in the strategy of the place. The good thing is that this area can focus on one of the principal attractions, namely the Silat Arts. So that later all other attractions owned by the area can become supporting attractions and become one unit in shaping sustainable tourism going forward. So that the direction of the tourist destination of Kampung Silat itself can be formed, and is willing to become a tourist destination that can be visited by tourists. In addition, the role of the government is also quite much needed in pioneering the area apart from infrastructure, the economy, as well as how the role of the organization as an extension of the government can run a tourism unit that is there.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality of service to the number of guests in NOM NOM NOM Restaurant. In addition to analyze the quality of service, this research is also to find the valid data for the problems solving found to influence of quality of service to increase the number of guests in Nom Nom Nom Restaurant. There are some problems found related with the discussion of this research, such as there is a significant influences impact on the quality services the number of visitors in a Nom Nom Nom Restaurant, how much is the influences found that have had on the quality of services for the visitors at Nom Nom Nom Restaurant, and how to improve the quality of services in a Nom Nom Nom Restaurant. The methods used in this study are quantitative descriptive. The population in this research is the visitors of Nom Nom Nom Restaurant. Sampling used is the technique of Likert scale amounted to 100 people. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The conclusion of this research on quality of service has positive effect on increasing number of guests.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the career development plans of vocational education students majoring in hospitality management with a case study at the Jakarta International Polytechnic. The research results were available from a survey of 61 students. Career planning is very important for final semester students who will soon enter the world of work. The findings show that students majoring in hospitality management at the Jakarta International Polytechnic plan to develop a career in the hospitality industry according to the specialization they pursued during college, although there are some students who plan to have a career outside the specialization they choose. Countless students have long-term plans to become entrepreneurs after gaining experience.

Abstract

Torry Coffee is one of the cafes that provides food and drinks, especially in the coffee sector. Torry Coffee has been established for more than 15 years. This cafe is also designed to be attractive by using used goods that cannot be used but is utilized by the owner as an addition to the interior and exterior of this cafe so that it will create a unique store atmosphere and attract consumers’ buying interest. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the store atmosphere has an influence on buying interest in Torry Coffee, Kalimalang, Jakarta. This research is causal - quantitative associative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, interviews and literature study. Then the sampling technique used purposive sampling which included non-probability sampling using 165 respondents and the data processing was obtained from the SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science) program. After conducting research and several tests, the authors get the results that store atmosphere affects the purchase interest in Torry Coffee. The results of this study use simple linear analysis, store atmosphere is directly proportional to the purchase interest. In the T test (partial test) a decision can be taken that there are several dimensions that influence (music, temperature, lighting and appearance or layout) and have no effect (cleanliness, aroma and color) on purchasing interest in Torry Coffee, Kalimalang, Jakarta. In the F test (simultaneous test), the results show that the store atmosphere variable simultaneously influences the purchase interest in Torry Coffee, Kalimalang, Jakarta. The suggestion from this research is that Torry Coffee can improve the quality of store atmosphere so that buying interest also increases.

Abstract

Traditional Keraton cuisine is generally based on rice and vegetables, not much use of meat as raw material. Dutch culinary has influenced the typical culinary delights of the Palace. The special culinary delights of the Keraton are still consumed by the Keraton family to this day and are displayed at ancestral offerings, religious events, ascending ceremonies, which always serve food offerings and food for members of the palace, as well as guests who come. This has the potential to develop the Keraton’s culinary delights into the culinary delights of the general public in Solo. Solo City itself has a culinary night spot called Gladag Langen Bogan (Galabo). The problem raised in this research is the culinary specialties of the Surakarta Palace which are not yet widely known. The research objective was to identify various traditional Keraton culinary delights that could become potential culinary developments in Solo. The descriptive qualitative research method with the speakers is the family of the Keraton Surakarta, the servants of the Keraton Surakarta, the head of the Keraton kitchen, tourists, the Tourism Office and the owner of the traditional food business of the Keraton Surakarta. Sources of data obtained directly from the research location through interviews, observation, and documentation. The traditional culinary specialties of Keraton Surakarta are Stupp Macaroni, Timlo Solo, Gereh Fish Vegetable, Bestik, Nasi Jemblung, Londoh Pindang Rice, Bestik Galatin, Solo Strait, Tengkleng, Gudeg, Nasi Liwet, Semar Mendem, Solo Sausage, Es Dawet Selasih, Es Puter Java, Jamu and Serabi Solo. The culinary specialties of the Surakarta Palace such as Stupp Macaroni, Gereh Fish Vegetable, Solo Sausage, Gudeg and Es Puter Jawa cannot be found or traded in the area around the Surakarta Palace. This is possible due to the lack of innovation in the preparation, presentation of culinary delights and also the lack of introduction to the typical culinary delights of the Surakarta Palace.

Abstract

The reason the author taking this title because author want to try to develop this business in order to gain a wider market share, especially in Bogor. The author has belief that Tamtam Thai Tea can satisfy the tastes of consumers in general, especially in Bogor, although this kind of business in Bogor has mushroomed quite a lot, it does not diminish because the writer wants to compete in the beverage business. By paying attention to the weather in Bogor which is getting hotter because of the climate change, population increases, settlement increases, presumably the presence of Tamtam Thai Tea can be one of the choices of Bogor people’s taste that are very consumptive especially among children and adults. The owner of this business which is the author has been running this beverage business more than one year, since February 2019 until now. During this time period and basedon the SWOT, BEP,and PP analysis methods, it was concluded that this business was worthy to run. The author endeavors from the title of this thesis based on a case study on his own business namely Tamtam can develop enthusiasm especially for writers in developing small businesses towards macro businesses, can increase income in addition to the writer trying to get a job in another field, can open or add jobs, can meet tastes society and compete beverage business.

Abstract

There are very few conventional culinary tours (Betawi culinary specialties) in DKI Jakarta due to the displacement of the Betawi people to the suburbs, as a result there are many native foods that are almost extinct in the capital city of Jakarta. . The purpose of the research is to identify potential places for Betawi culinary tourism, to recognize Betawi specialties, to recognize the position of culinary tourism in tourism development. The research method used for this research is an associative qualitative method in which the problem formulation helps researchers to construct a relationship between the social situation or domain of one area and another. Using observation data collection techniques, interviews, documentation, and triangulation / combination. The results of the study indicate that the potential for typical Betawi culinary tourism is spread throughout DKI Jakarta, starting from the area, Setu babakan, Rawa belong, Meruya, Condet and Pasar Minggu. There is Betawi culinary originating from side dishes of betawi, typical Betawi spinggan food, insedential Betawi food, typical Betawi snacks. And by typical Betawi, each place has its own power over the existing food. The conclusion of this research is that tourists need food to eat, and this can have a positive impact on tourism development. The role of tourists for culinary tours must be better in processing everything both products and servants. Not only that, the Regional Government also provided training called the Professional Training Center which was shown for actors involved in tourism. And the government recommends that besides holding training, apart from providing a special place for Betawi culinary tourism, there is promotional assistance carried out by the government so that people who sell Betawi specialties are helped.

Abstract

COVID-19 is currently taking the world by storm. WHO itself has even designated this virus as a world pandemic. In early 2020, Indonesia contracted Covid 19 and specifically in DKI Jakarta. DKI Jakarta is the province with the largest number of cases exposed to the corona virus in Indonesia, with a total of 28,882 cases. The Indonesian government through the Ministry of Health has issued a Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number HK.01.07 / menkes / 382/2020 regarding health protocols for the public in public places and facilities in the context of prevention and control of the 2019 corona virus disease (covid-19). This study was to determine the effect of health protocols on purchasing decisions at the Kiko Coffee Shop. This research method uses a descriptive approach. The overall results of this study are for the level of influence of health protocols on purchasing decisions at Kiko Coffee Shops. The average statistic is 4.6331 and the standard deviation is 0.36381. And for the purchasing decision level at the Kiko Coffee Shop. The average statistic is 4.5810 and the standard deviation is 0.44860. There is a strong relationship between health protocols and purchasing decisions at the Kiko Coffee Shop, with a value of r = .840. With the existence of a health protocol and this is a factor in increasing purchasing decisions from visitors at Kiko Coffee Shop. Suggestions for management to promote more to the female market segment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion strategies and service quality on sales volume at Nandini Jungle Resort & Spa in Payangan. The sample used was 50 customers. The data sources used were primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using the SPSS computer program. Methods of data collection using observation, questionnaires and documentation study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from the results of statistical analysis show that partially the promotion strategy variable (X1) has no significant effect with the -t test results of 0.071 with sig 0.944 on sales volume (Y) and the variable service quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect. t-test result of 8,731 with sig 0,000 on sales volume (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously it shows that the magnitude of the influence of promotional strategies and service quality on sales volume is 42.151 and sig 0.000 with hypothesis testing using the f-test, with the results of the promotional strategy variable (X1) and service quality (X2) on sales volume (Y) having a positive effect. and significant at Nandini Jungle Resort & Spa in Payangan.
