Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyse digital tourism development strategies in increasing tourist visits to the Alam Endah tourist village, Rancabali District, Bandung Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Sources of data in this study are primary funds and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews and field observations. While the data analysis technique used is data analysis using the interactive model of analysis developed by Miles and Hubermann. The results showed that (1) the digital tourism development strategy in the Alam Endah tourism village was still focused on the use of social media such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and other social media; (2) factors that influence the increase in tourist visits to the Alamendah Tourism Village include tour packages for glamping activities and sports tourism as well as plantation tourism; (3) The digital tourism development strategy can increase tourist visits to the Alamendah Tourism Village, this is marked by the increasing number of reservations and access traffic through the Jadesta website and other digital media.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the management capability of the Giyanti tourism village in Wonosobo Regency, Central Java. The village has a cultural uniqueness (USP) that is not shared by other villages in Wonosobo Regency in the form of the lengger dance. At present, with the designation of an emerging tourism village, the Giyanti tourism village is still classified as an embryo tourism village. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and literature studies. In improving the qualifications of tourism villages, it can be carried out through four (4) stages, namely 1) tourism village planning, 2) tourism village organization, 3) tourism village development implementation, 4) tourism village evaluation and monitoring. Diversification of Giyanti village products based on culture is needed as well as strengthening the ability of human resources in managing tourist attractions and collaboration with surrounding tourism villages can be strategic steps in increasing the capabilities and the classification of tourism villages.

Abstract

Jawa Barat merupakan daerah yang memiliki potensi sumber daya pariwisata yang beranekaragam mulai dari atraksi wisata alam, wisata budaya, wisata buatan manusia yang didukung dengan kondisi alam, sosial budaya, ketersediaan fasilitas, serta aksesibilitas yang mampu menopang pariwisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi desa wisata di Jawa Barat, menganalisis pengelolaan desa wisata di Jawa Barat dan sejauh mana keterlibatan masyarakat di desa wisata Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis yaitu pengelolaan desa wisata di Jawa Barat, lalu menganalisisnya dengan memanfaatkan bantuan teori-teori yang relevan dengan konteks pada identifikasi masalah. Metode deskriptif analitis ini dipilih oleh peneliti karena dianggap paling sesuai dengan konteks penelitian, yaitu bersifat eksploratif dan pemetaan dengan mempertimbangkan unsur-unsur kualitatif yang bersifat non eksak. Triangulasi dalam pengujian kredibilitas ini diartikan sebagai pengecekan data dari berbagai sumber dengan berbagai cara dan berbagai waktu. Desa wisata merupakan desa yang dikelola dengan pelibatan masyarakat, sehingga organisasi dari masyarakat seiring berkembangnya desa yang memiliki dana operasional, karena dibantu oleh pemerintah maka diperlukan pertanggungjawaban secara legalitas. Dalam pengelolaan desa wisata diperlukan sinergitas dari berbagai instansi/dinas terkait untuk memudahkan dalam pemahaman dan pengelolaan desa wisata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas daya tarik wisata Alamendah dan implikasinya terhadap pengelolaan daya tarik wisata. Melalui metode survei dan wawancara dengan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke desa wisata Alamendah, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data tentang persepsi wisatawan terhadap pengalaman wisata, kualitas layanan, kualitas produk fisik wisata, dan keberlanjutan daya tarik tersebut. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman wisata yang memuaskan merupakan faktor kunci dalam menentukan kualitas daya tarik wisata Alamendah. Wisatawan memberikan penilaian positif terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pengelola, termasuk keakuratan informasi, keramahan staf, dan respon cepat terhadap kebutuhan wisatawan. Kualitas produk fisik wisata juga menjadi faktor penting dalam menciptakan pengalaman yang memuaskan, termasuk kebersihan, keamanan, dan ketersediaan fasilitas yang memadai. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelola perlu memperhatikan keberlanjutan daya tarik Alamendah di masa yang akan datang. Wisatawan mengharapkan adanya upaya pelestarian alam, pengelolaan yang bertanggung jawab terhadap sumber daya alam, serta partisipasi masyarakat lokal dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pengelolaan daya tarik wisata. Keberlanjutan menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga daya tarik wisata Alamendah agar tetap menarik bagi wisatawan di masa mendatang. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengelola daya tarik wisata dalam meningkatkan kualitas daya tarik wisata Alamendah. Diperlukan upaya untuk terus meningkatkan pengalaman wisatawan melalui penyediaan layanan yang mengesankan dan kualitas produk fisik wisata yang baik. Selain itu, perhatian terhadap keberlanjutan daya tarik tersebut akan menjadi aspek penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan daya tarik wisata dan memenuhi harapan wisatawan di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Baumata is one of the natural tourism located in Kupang. The purpose of this study is to analyze the TWA Baumata current performance towards competitors, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses factors, as well as opportunities and threats of the TWA Baumata. Lastly, formulates a proper alternative strategy for the TWA Baumata. Based on the results of qualitative analysis, the TWA Baumata current performance, there are remain several aspects that need to be improved. The SWOT matrix analysis generates several alternative strategies, including: resource management related to zoning, area function boundaries, improving infrastructure, optimizing natural potential, and capacity development of local communities to actively participate in TWA Baumata management.

Abstract

Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy attempted tourism recovery after Covid-19 outbreak that rippled throughout the world by developing Virtual Tour which was implemented by travel agents and many tourism destinations in Indonesia, including the National Museum of Indonesia. In this study, the researcher aimed to identify the performance of Virtual Tour in the National Museum of Indonesia and to see whether it influences the tourists' visit intention. Using a quantitative research approach and explanatory research method, the researcher collected samples from 150 tourists within August 3rd – 16th 2021 who had previous experiences with the Virtual Tour in the National Museum of Indonesia. through online questionnaire distribution. The technique used was convenience sampling that later would be processed with simple linear regression. Samples taken through online questionnaire distribution in this study were then collected and analyzed using a classical assumption test. The results of this study indicated that the Virtual Tour to the National Museum of Indonesia is perceived as useful, entertaining, and easy to use and Virtual Tour has a 6.2% influence on Visit Intention to the National Museum of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) on purchase decisions at The Jungle Waterpark Bogor. Stemming from a decline in visits due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this study employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires from 150 respondents who are potential visitors or have previously visited the waterpark. The multiple linear regression analysis results with T-test and F-test indicate that eWOM significantly influences purchase decisions (significance value = 0.000). Nevertheless, specific dimensions of eWOM, such as platform assistance, social benefit, and advice-seeking, do not influence purchase decisions. This study provides valuable insights for digital marketing efforts and promotions addressing the pandemic's impact on the tourism industry.

Abstract

Usaha pemerintah dalam mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19 salah satunya adalah dengan cara membatasi mobilitas masyarakat sehingga berpengaruh terhadap menurunnya tingkat penghunian kamar hotel. Untuk membantu pelaku usaha bidang pariwisata khususnya hotel bangkit kembali, pemerintah mengeluarkan pedoman protokol kesehatan berbasis CHSE agar hotel dapat beroperasional kembali dan tamu yang menginap tetap merasa aman tanpa takut tertular Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hotel resort dalam mempertahankan usahanya selama pandemi yang dilihat dari Pelaksanaan CHSE (X1) yang telah diterapkan, Harga (X2) yang telah diturunkan selama pandemi dan Fasilitas (X3) yang diberikan oleh hotel resort terhadap Keputusan Menginap (Y) tamu pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua tamu yang telah menginap di hotel non bintang di Kabupaten Bintan dari tahun 2019-2020 dengan rata-rata sebesar 24.825 orang dan jumlah sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 394 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan CHSE berada pada kategori SANGAT BAIK, Harga dan Fasilitas berada pada kategori BAIK serta Keputusan Menginap berada pada kategori SANGAT BAIK. Dari hasil uji t pada Pelaksanaan CHSE (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Menginap (Y), Harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Menginap (Y), dan Fasilitas (X3) berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap Keputusan Menginap (Y). Dari hasil uji F menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara simultan bahwa Pelaksanaan CHSE (X1), Harga (X2), Fasilitas (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Menginap (Y).

Abstract

Tourism destination business management is starting to merge with technological developments. In an effort to adapt, the use of e-marketing in the tourism destination business is assisted by various digital platforms, one of which is Instagram. Instagram was chosen because it has many users in a wide range and the features it offers really help e-marketing activities in a business. The sample loci used in this research were Kopeng Treetop and Guci Forest. This locus was chosen because both of them have mutually satisfying similarities so that comparisons can be made. Using the mix method, researchers analyzed the data obtained from collecting data on likes, comments and the number of posts, then calculated it using a simple quantitative model and supported it by documentation, then analyzed it using triangulation to get in-depth thinking results. The research results found that there were similarities and differences in the use of Instagram e-marketing from the two loci, each of which has different abilities but also has the same opportunities in business. Through improvement efforts, in the future e-marketing development efforts can be carried out more optimally in order to achieve maximum visit levels.
