Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the school principal’s visionary leadership in improving teacher performance at Pertiwi 12 Gading Kindergarten. The method in this research is a qualitative approach to descriptive research design. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation involving school principals and teacher. The research results show that the principal applies an effective visionary leadership style as a direction setter, change agent, spokesperson, and coach. The application of this visionary leadership has a positive impact on teacher performance through professional abilities, social abilities and personal abilities. Then, there are supporting factors that play a role in the success of visionary leadership, such as good communication with stakeholders, teachers’ desire to develop the school, parental support, professional development training, and adequate infrastructure. However, there are inhibiting factors such as limited human resources, budget shortages, excessive workload and lack of support from related parties.

Abstract

Leadership can be interpreted as a process of processing, empowerment and supervision that a leader applies to the person he leads. This research aims to determine the Transformational Leadership Style Of School Principals in Improving Teacher Performance at Pertiwi V Karangmojo Kindergarten. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, using direct observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were school principals and teachers. The results of research on Analysis of the Transformational Leadership Style of School Principals in Improving Teacher Performance at the Pertiwi V Karangmojo Kindergarten are good. Transformational leadership indicators are manifested in six components, namely; reformer, sets an example, encourages subordinate performance, acts on a value system, continuously improves abilities and is able to face complex problems. Teacher performance indicators are realized in three components, namely; the ability to prepare learning plans, the ability to carry out learning and the ability to carry out assessment of learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by Islamic banks in increasing competitiveness in the increasingly competitive banking market. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a literature study approach, which includes analysis of various literature, articles, and previous studies related to Islamic bank marketing. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategies implemented by Islamic banks play an important role in increasing their competitiveness, by emphasizing market understanding, customer segments, and the application of sharia principles that avoid usury practices, thus attracting customers who prioritize Islamic values.

Abstract

The entry and development of Islam in Indonesia has brought changes in many aspects of people's lives from the past to the present. Modernization and globalization eliminate the diversity of regional cultures while dominating regional cultures through global capitalism in the form of Westernization through the export of goods, values, and priorities. This research aims to examine Islamic movements and ideas in the archipelago. This research uses a qualitative approach method using literature study analysis, namely analyzing various relevant literature and sources regarding Islamic movements and ideas in the archipelago. The results show that Social and humanitarian engagement of liberal Islam encourages the active involvement of Muslims in social news, such as poverty, human rights, and the environment. Organizations such as Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama are involved in a wide range of social activities that reflect the values of social justice taught in Islam. This involvement shows that the teachings of Islam can be applied to improve the welfare of the people as a whole.

Abstract

Education in the view of Islam is an effort made to prepare humans to have awareness, ability, and obligation to carry out the mission of caliph. this research uses qualitative research methods that aim to describe completely and in depth about the nature of Ethical Education in the View of Islamic Education Philosophy. The result of his research is that in education, important efforts are directed at developing the potential of human nature, so that after arriving at this development, he is able to play himself in accordance with the nature he carries, and is able to do good to the Creator. Development here is expected as a description of the ideal level of development achieved by each potential human nature.

Abstract

This article analyzes the foundation of a curriculum based on developmental psychology and learning psychology and their respective implications. The method used in this article is literature review or library research. Where researchers collect data from various library sources, such as books, journals, scientific articles, research reports such as theses and dissertations, as well as other sources relevant to the research topic. Student have unique competencies in each phase of development psychology so that educators and curriculum developers can provide treatment that is appropriate to the developmental stage. Because psychology has implications for content and implementation, as well as learning evaluation. Meanwhile, Learning Psychology, which includes Behavioristics, Cognitive Psychology, Constructivism, Phenomenology and Humanism, has implications for determining learning methods by considering the characteristics of students, both in terms of motivation, interests, talents and learning styles that they have. So this article concludes that teachers' literacy willingness to explore the foundations of developmental psychology and learning psychology influences their ability to design and develop in-depth curriculum and meaningful learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem Based Learning/PBL) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep AlQur’an dan Hadis pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri Raya. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi keagamaan, khususnya Al-Qur’an dan Hadis, yang disebabkan oleh dominasi metode pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Model PBL dipilih karena dinilai mampu merangsang pemikiran kritis, pemecahan masalah, serta keterlibatan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman konsep serta observasi terhadap aktivitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model PBL mengalami peningkatan pemahaman yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model PBL efektif dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan memperdalam pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai keislaman yang terkandung dalam AlQur’an dan Hadis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan agar model PBL diterapkan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di tingkat SMP.

Abstract

Qualitative research is an approach to understanding human phenomena, culture, and social processes based on the perspective of the subjects studied, so that it can provide deeper meaning to the problems that occur. The design, type, and methods applied are adjusted to the objectives and characteristics of the problem, including ethnography, case studies, document studies, natural observations, phenomenology, grounded theory, historical studies, and biographies, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis focuses more on interpretive and inductive processes, so that it is able to explore the relationships and meanings behind the data, and is useful for more mature decision making and policy formulation.

Abstract

This writing discusses the importance of self-awareness in applying the culture of smiling, greeting, saluting, being polite, and being courteous in various contexts, whether in the workplace, education, or everyday life. The method used in this article is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Self-awareness in individuals is the ability to recognize, understand, and control their own emotions and behaviors in social interactions. By enhancing self-awareness, individuals are able to apply the principles of the culture of smiling, greeting, saluting, being polite, and being courteous, which in turn improves communication, strengthens interpersonal relationships, and creates a more positive atmosphere. When almost all educational and learning implementation units carry out their vision and mission, several phenomena are found in the field indicating that the next generation or students lack character. The learning experiences in schools that are clearly designed to develop cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects are felt to be less 'touching' for the students. This is related to attitude learning and, more specifically, starts from something simple yet difficult to implement, which is having good awareness. The attitude learning referred to is a learning experience related to the field of attitudes, which includes self-awareness training, multicultural understanding, and mastery of life skills.

Abstract

Education is one of the joints in religion. Islamic teachings can survive until now, one of which is because there is an educational process in addition to da'wah of course. The preachers who spread to all corners of the world used the Qur'an as a guide both in terms of orientation, purpose, way or method of delivery, media and tools even the material contained in its delivery was taken from the Qur'an. The Qur'an which is all the source of guidance, makes it a very thick inspiration in every movement of thought of Muslims. In many areas of religious Muslim society will always refer to revelation as the word of God delivered through His Prophet. In this case, of course, one of the important elements in it is education.
