Abstract

MAS Al-Washliyah Tanjung Tiram as one of the long-established Islamic educational institutions in Batu Bara Regency faces serious challenges related to the effectiveness and quality of leadership in the school. The leadership crisis at MAS Al-Washliyah Tanjung Tiram is the result of a complex interaction between internal and external factors. To overcome this crisis, strategic steps are needed that involve improving leadership competencies, strengthening communication, and adapting to external changes. The purpose of this article is to describe and analyze the internal and external factors that caused the leadership crisis at MAS Al-Washliyah Tanjung Tiram, Batu Bara Regency. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participative observation, and document analysis. The results showed that the internal factors that caused the leadership crisis at MAS Al-Washliyah Tanjung Tiram Batu Bara Regency included ineffective communication, lack of innovation and adaptation, problems in resource management, and lack of support and staff development. Meanwhile, from an external aspect, the causes of the leadership crisis at MAS Al-Washliyah Tanjung Tiram Batu Bara District are changes in government policy, economic pressure, competition with other educational institutions, and technological developments.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis mengenai jenis-jenis masalah dalam belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah Tanjung Tiram di kabupaten Batu Bara. Dikatakan masalah dalam diri seseorang, bukan hanya berdampak kepada sifat negative-nya saja, akan tetapi siswa yang terlalu berambisi dan kepintarannya diatas rata-rata-pun dapat juga menjadi masalah. Masalah bagi siapa? Melalui   penelitian ini, maka akan diketahui nantinya bentuk-bentuk permasalahan yang sering dialami oleh siswa pada umumnya, serta yang akan membawa obat penenang dari masalah tersebut adalah para guru yang berprofesi di Madrasah. Perlu diketahui, yang disebut guru pembimbing dalam penelitian ini adalah guru BK dan guru kelas yang akan menjadi detektif bagi anak didiknya pada masing-masing kelas. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bentuk-bentuk masalah yang terjadi dan dialami oleh siswa/I Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tanjung Tiram berupa, siswa sering; tidak masuk kelas, gemar permisi, tidak melaksanakan tugas, dan kurang lengkapnya sarana prasarana yang ada pada Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tanjung Tiram tesebut, sehingga berakibat sering terjadi kealfaan siswa dalam belajar. Selain itu, adapun pelaksanaan bimbingan dalam menyelesaikan masalah belajar yang diterapkan di MAS Al Washliyah adalah berupa layanan-layanan dalam konseling. Diantaranya; layanan bimbingan konseling kelompok, layanan penempatan dan penyaluran, layananan pembelajaran/penguasaan konten serta layanan informasi dan orientasi. Kata Kunci: Layanan Konseling; Siswa Bermasalah; Pembelajaran                                                                                                                 ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out, analyze about the forms of problems experienced by students in Al Washliyah Private Alyahliyah Madrasah Tanjung Tiram in Batu Bara District, as well as how the concept of tutoring is applied to Tanjung Tiram Aliyah Madrasah, Batu Bara. The problem in this case in the problem of students participating in learning at school. Where there is a problem, then rest assured there is a cure (solution). A problem for who? Through this research, it will be known later the forms of problems that are often experienced by students in general, and who will bring a sedative from the problem are the teachers who work at this Aliyah Madrasah. Please note, what is called the supervising teacher in this study is the class teacher who will be a detective for their students in each class. As for the conclusions of this study, it can be seen the forms of problems that occur and are experienced by students in Tanjung Tiram Private Aliyah Madrasah in the form of students often; do not go to class, like to excuse me, do not carry out the task, and the incompleteness of the existing infrastructure in the Tanjung Tiram Aliyah Private Madrasah so that often results in the absence of students in learning. In addition, as for the concepts applied to the Tanjung Tiram Aliyah Private Islamic School in Batu Bara, namely: understanding the meaning of tutoring, understanding the functions, benefits, and objectives of tutoring, as well as complying with the steps of tutoring. Based on the results of the analysis, the teachers have tried their best to carry out their professional duties, but the students at Tanjung Tiram Private Aliyah Madrasahs still cannot carry out the disciplines that are applied to Tanjung Tiram Private Aliyah Madrasas in Batu Bara Regency properly. Keywords: Counseling Services; Students with Problems, Learning

Abstract

Honesty is a fundamental moral value in the lives of individuals and society. In the context of Islamic education, particularly in the study of the Qur'an and Hadith, reinforcing the value of honesty becomes one of the main objectives for shaping noble character in students. This article discusses the concept of honesty in Islam based on verses from the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), as well as its implementation in the learning process. This research employs a qualitative approach using literature review methods to examine verses and hadiths that emphasize the importance of honesty in words and actions. The findings indicate that honesty is one of the essential qualities required of every Muslim, as stated in various verses of the Qur'an such as Surah An-Nahl: 91-92, along with hadiths that link honesty to closeness to Allah (SWT). In the study of the Qur'an and Hadith, integrating values of honesty can be achieved through teaching strategies that focus on understanding meanings, applying them in daily life, and providing role models from educators. Thus, education on honesty within the study of the Qur'an and Hadith is expected to cultivate students who are honest in their words and actions, contributing to the creation of an integrity-driven society.

Abstract

This study aims to comparatively examine the verses about honesty in the Qur'an and explore its implementation in the character building of a Muslim. Honesty is one of the fundamental values in Islam that becomes the main foundation in forming a person with integrity. The method used in this research is thematic and comparative analysis of the Qur'anic verses related to honesty. The data is collected through literature review and supported by the interpretation of classical and contemporary tafsir scholars. The results show that the concept of honesty in the Qur'an not only includes honesty in words, but also in deeds, intentions, and commitment to trust. The implementation of the value of honesty has proven to play an important role in shaping the character of Muslims who are responsible, trustworthy, and consistent in living their daily lives. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of a character education model based on Qur'anic values that can be applied in various contexts, including formal education, family, and society

Abstract

Pembentukan Kepribadian Muslim adalah upaya untuk membentuk kepribadian seseorang agar sesuai dengan aqidah dan nilai-nilai Islam. Kepribadian Muslim adalah kepribadian yang pandangan, sikap, pilihan, keputusan, dan perbuatannya sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Sangat penting untuk melakukan ini karena kerusakan moral semakin meningkat. Ini terjadi meskipun mayoritas masyarakat kita beragama Islam, agama yang dikenal sangat menjunjung tinggi moralitas.  Dalam tulisan ini, konsep Tarbiyah Islamiyah, yang merupakan bagian dari Pembentukan Kepribadian Muslim, dijelaskan secara rinci. Ia merupakan ide, pendapat, atau rencana tentang cara ideal untuk berinteraksi dengan fitrah manusia untuk mengubah diri sendiri untuk kebaikan. Konsep ini mencakup elemen penjagaan, pembentukan, dan perbaikan secara operasional. Melibatkan diri dan orang lain. Meliputi aspek akal, fisik dan ruh. Sebagai sarana utama untuk mewujudkan kehidupan pribadi, keluarga dan masyarakat terbaik, sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

Hakikat ilmu merupakan kajian penting dalam memahami karakteristik dan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dalam kehidupan manusia.  Artikel ini menjelaskan bahwa ilmu pengetahuan diperoleh melalui proses yang sistematis  dan metodis , meliputi observasi, pengumpulan data, analisis kritis , dan penelitian empiris untuk menghasilkan temuan yang dapat dibedakan. Karakteristik utama ilmu adalah logis, objektif,  universal , dan mampu berkembang sesuai dengan pengetahuan baru. Pembahasan artikel ini juga menyoroti hubungan antara ilmu dan etika, di mana ilmu berfungsi sebagai alat untuk memahami dunia tetapi juga secara aktif berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan manusia dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Selain itu, artikel ini menjelaskan bagaimana pengetahuan berbeda dari jenis pengetahuan lainnya , seperti mitos , kepercayaan, atau pendapat subjektif yang tidak didasarkan pada metode ilmiah .  dipekerjakan berlanggung jawab untuk memberikan solusi bagi masalah sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Diharapkan dengan memahami hakikat ilmu, mahasiswa akan lebih kritis, logis, dan kooperatif dalam menggunakan ilmunya untuk memperbaiki diri sendiri dan masyarakat.

Abstract

MAS Al-Washliyah Tanjung Tiram, a long-established Islamic institution in Batu Bara Regency, is currently experiencing a period of transition in its leadership structure. The crisis in leadership is the result of a complex interplay of internal and external factors. In order to address this crisis, it is necessary to implement strategic measures, including improvements in leadership competencies, enhancements in communication, and adaptations to external changes. The objective of this article is to examine the internal and external factors that have contributed to the leadership crisis at MAS Al-Washliyah Tanjung Tiram. A comprehensive analysis is presented. The research employs a qualitative design with a case study approach. The data were collected through a combination of in-depth interviews, participative observation, and document analysis. The findings revealed that internal factors, including ineffective communication, a lack of innovation, resource management challenges, and inadequate staff development, were contributing to the crisis. From an external perspective, the crisis was precipitated by shifts in government policy, economic pressures, competition from other institutions, and technological advancements.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education in building a golden generation with superior character. The golden generation is a generation that is able to bring about improvements in the life of the nation to become a dignified, harmonious, and quality nation and a generation that has a greater productive age. This study uses a qualitative method using literature study analysis, which analyzes various literature and relevant sources regarding the role of Islamic Religious Education in building a golden generation with superior character. The results of the study show that Islamic Religious Education has an equally important role in forming a golden generation with superior character, among its roles as a moral and ethical foundation, understanding of Islamic teachings, developing spiritual awareness, forming noble morals, introducing good and bad values, preventing negative behavior, strengthening Islamic identity, developing moral independence, developing social and humanitarian understanding.

Abstract

The entry and development of Islam in Indonesia has brought changes in many aspects of people's lives from the past to the present. Modernization and globalization eliminate the diversity of regional cultures while dominating regional cultures through global capitalism in the form of Westernization through the export of goods, values, and priorities. This research aims to examine Islamic movements and ideas in the archipelago. This research uses a qualitative approach method using literature study analysis, namely analyzing various relevant literature and sources regarding Islamic movements and ideas in the archipelago. The results show that Social and humanitarian engagement of liberal Islam encourages the active involvement of Muslims in social news, such as poverty, human rights, and the environment. Organizations such as Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama are involved in a wide range of social activities that reflect the values of social justice taught in Islam. This involvement shows that the teachings of Islam can be applied to improve the welfare of the people as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept, implementation, and challenges of inclusive Islamic religious education (PAI) through a literature study approach. Inclusive education is one of the main principles in the Indonesian education system to ensure the rights of every child, including children with special needs, in obtaining religious education. This research adopts a descriptive-analytical literature study method by reviewing books, scientific journals, and policy documents. The results show that inclusive PAI education still faces challenges in the form of a lack of trained human resources, limited facilities, and an adaptive curriculum. Therefore, this study recommends teacher training, infrastructure provision, and curriculum revision to be more responsive to student diversity.
