Abstract

RSUD Dr. R. Soedarsono, Pasuruan City, people are still experiencing difficulties registering online. The community has to come directly to the hospital and have to queue which turns out to take a lot of time. Registration can also be done via Handpone. From this background, we are interested in carrying out outpatient online registration education using the E New Purut Application. Where this application is expected to help the community in registering for treatment which can be done using a mobile phone and can be done online via the internet. Before carrying out the activity, the location must be guarded first. In guarding this location, discussions are held regarding the time for carrying out activities by taking into account input from the Hospital. The activities carried out are in the form of Online Registration Education at the Outpatient Unit at RSUD Rr. R.SoedarsonoThis community activity aims to educate the public about online registration, to make it easier for the public to register, and to make it easier for patients not to have to queue long at the counter when seeking treatment at the hospital

Abstract

Introduction: The postpartum period is a risky period. Maternal mortality in Semarang City was ranked in the top 5 in 2015-2018. Almost 75% of maternal deaths in the city of Semarang occur during the puerperium.Objectives:  to increase the participant’s understanding so that they can apply an interactive online health promotion model for postpartum care at the Bandarharjo Public Health Center, SemarangMethods: The approach used in this activity is to explain the model, how to apply the model, and the benefits obtained for midwives and couples of pregnant women and husbands. This activity also shows flyers and promotional videos explaining how to assist pregnant women and husbands during the model intervention.Results: A total of 9 participants consisting of the Head of the Puskesmas, coordinating midwives, midwives, health promotion workers, and nurses, participated in this activity. Analysis of the questionnaire responses showed that the model was attractive, could help the midwife's work, needed, useful, practical, innovative, easy to use, informative, and trustworthy. The overall assessment of the model by the participants was acceptable. Input from one of the participants was to provide a promotional video link to make it easier for members to search again and propose to design a stunting prevention promotion model.Conclusions:  The use of an interactive online health promotion model for postpartum care can be accepted by health workers to help promote health for pregnant women and husbands.

Abstract

The informal sector has characteristics such as small-scale business, individual ownership, simple technology, low level of education, and skills of workers: low productivity and relatively low wages. One of the informal sector businesses is the home-based tofu industry. In general, workers at the tofu manufacturing site have not received health insurance and safety guarantees if they suffer from occupational diseases or work accidents. In the process itself, there are many potential occupational hazards that may affect the health level of workers, so it is deemed necessary to socialize potential occupational hazards to workers in the tofu factory. The purpose of this activity is to provide information to informal sector workers, especially workers in factories, to know about the potential work hazards that may occur during work so that they can protect themselves from accidents or occupational diseases. The method used is socialization with workers, followed by discussions to assess workers' understanding of potential hazards during work. Workers understand the potential hazards that may occur in their work environment, so they can protect themselves from accidents or occupational diseases. The socialization of potential occupational hazards to workers in tofu factories as an effort to pay attention to workers in the informal sector has been achieved, so it is hoped that the health and safety of workers is guaranteed

Abstract

The Covid-19 vaccination provides immunity to society as a whole. This is very vulnerable in school children who have face-to-face activities in class, the immune level of students and teachers must be maximized. Objectives: this service is to provide a level of understanding of vaccination activities for school students. Methods: Carried out by giving a pre-test to junior high school students related to the covid-19 vaccination, followed by the delivery of material and after that a post-test is given to determine understanding related to the material provided. Results: The pre-test showed that the average knowledge of students was 12.67%. Then there was an increase in students' knowledge of vaccination by 14.13%. Conclusioins: there is an increase in students' knowledge of the use of vaccination in the school environment

Abstract

The family medicinal plant is a home-cultivated plant that has medicinal properties. One of the uses of TOGA is as a healthy drink and increases immunity. Plants used in immunity-boosting herbs include ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, lemon, cinnamon, fennel, cardamom, and second. The purpose of counseling and training is to increase public knowledge about medicinal plants and using medicinal plants correctly for indications of proper self-medication and how to process herbal medicine. The outreach activity was started by providing material about the benefits of family medicinal plants and continued with training on making immunity-boosting herbs. The results of community service activities in Situterate Village obtained an increase in public understanding of the use of family medicinal plants which was realized by making immunity-enhancing herbs. This knowledge about TOGA becomes the basis for performing self-medication treatment and making various kinds of TOGA-based products appropriately.

Abstract

Primary Dysmenorrhea is a menstrual pain that is not associated with gynecological disorders. Dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain can cause women to be unable to carry out daily activities such as not being able to do housework, not coming to work, and for students it can reduce concentration and motivation to learn, it can even cause students not to go to school. Therefore, the problem of dysmenorrhea must be addressed immediately so as not to harm women who often experience dysmenorrhea. The purpose of this community service is that the participants can understand about primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls. The type of community service used is by conducting counseling methods. The target data for this community service activity are young women in class XI at SMK Barunawati Surabaya. Based on the results of community service at SMK Barunawati Surabaya, it was found that before the counseling was carried out, students did not understand primary dysmenorrhea for class XI OTKP 1 by 73.3% while class XI OTKP 2 was 100%. After counseling, there was a decrease in student data that did not understand primary dysmenorrhea for class XI OTKP 1 by 63.3% while class XI OTKP 2 was 48%. The data were obtained from pre-test and post-test questions that were done by students.

Abstract

Infectious diseases were prevalent in developing countries that have low socio-economic conditions. One such infectious disease is leprosy. Leprosy is generally contained in the country - a country that is growing as a result of the limitations of the country's ability to provide adequate services in the areas of health, education, and socio-economic welfare of society, leprosy samapai is still feared by the people, the family, including some health workers, Health officials are thus due to lack of knowledge, understanding, and the erroneous belief perhaps leprosy and disabilities caused. Leprosy Indonesia ranks -4 after India, Brazil, and Nepal. Indonesia within the last ten years (until December 2015) has managed to show leprosy morbidity rates around 85%, ie from 107.271 17.137 people. Based on the results obtained in the activities pengabidian Society in Galagah, the management of Social Care in improving Self Concept of Leprosy There is a good understanding of the concept of self so that they can socialize with other public so there is no curtain or skating to do all of society mingle with all components other society. Creation of a balance between the duties and functions of the family in supporting family members who suffer from leprosy. There are understanding aspects - aspects of social care and self-concept cover physical, psychological, social, and environmental lepers.

Abstract

Elderly is someone who has reached the age of 60 years and over. The older you get, the greater the risk for experiencing health problems, because of the degenerative process. The most common degenerative disease that affects the elderly is hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the basic health profile of the elderly through blood pressure checks in commemoration of the National Elderly Day in East Java Social Welfare Activities Coordinating Board (BKKKS). Methods This research was conducted in three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation using an accidental sampling of 125 elderly participants. The results Most of the elderly participants had normal blood pressure as much as 51.20% compared to those with hypertension as much as 48.8%, because before doing the blood pressure check, they had physical activities such as morning exercise together. Most of the elderly have normal blood pressure

Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources is closely related to education because education is the main effort that will be able to make human resources of high quality. Education will be successful if the condition of human resources is maintained in good health, therefore health is also an important factor to support efforts to improve the quality of human resources. Admissions must increase their knowledge and skills about medical records so that they can carry out their duties professionally and understand their role optimally. minimize duplication of medical record numbers.  The method used is health socialization and promotion by informants who have been selected according to the admissions office as the respondent.  the results obtained are the priority problems that occur in the numbering of medical record files. The problem that occurs in the numbering of medical record files is human error in employees who sometimes forget or are not careful in checking patient data in hospital applications (EHOS) which makes patient data not appear in application databases and computers which sometimes long and difficult to access when inputting medical record numbers and also patients who sometimes forget to bring their identity cards, causing missed communication to admissions officers, with fishbone diagrams and 5 whys, the root cause of the problem has been found, namely the lack of accuracy of admissions staff in inputting data, computers that are old and difficult to access as well as patients who forget to bring their identity cards which make the service long. 43 Solving the problem that must be done is to provide guidance or procedures to the admissions officer on how to check the hospital application (EHOS), strengthen human resources to be more thorough, and check repeatedly when registering a patient then if duplication has already occurred then the admissions officer must coordinate with the medical record officer to deactivate one of the medical record numbers that have not been registered for a long time and replace it with a newer one

Abstract

Low Back Pain (LBP) merupakan salah satu gangguan muskuloskeletal dengan gejala utamanya yaitu rasa nyeri di daerah tulang belakang bagian punggung. LBP merupakan suatu penyakit akibat kerja yang diderita pekerja dalam hubungan dengan kerja, baik faktor risiko karena kondisi tempat kerja, peralatan kerja, material yang dipakai. Pada penyakit LBP, dapat timbul komplikasi antara lain menurunnya kemampuan fungsional dan cara kerja penderita sebagai akibat aktivitas kerja berat, mengangkat barang berat, duduk atau berdiri lama. Untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua metode yaitu: presentasi, tanya jawab serta praktek. Hasil dari sosialisasi yang diikuti oleh 15 peserta, dimana peserta aktif bertanya dan ikut mempraktekkan gerakan peregangan William Flexion Exercise. Pencegahan penyakit low back pain terhadap petugas kesehatan dan masyarakat secara umum perlu dilakukan oleh karena dapat timbul komplikasi antara lain menurunnya kemampuan fungsional dan cara kerja penderita, yang pada akhirnya dapat merugikan rumah sakit atau institusi tempat bekerja. Pencegahan penyakit low back pain pada petugas kesehatan perlu dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan supaya jumlah ketidakhadiran petugas kesehatan yang ditimbulkan akibat tirah baring lama yang merupakan komplikasi low back pain dapat dihindari.
