Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of location, service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions. Quantitative research with causal associative relationships is the type of research used. location (X1), service quality (X2) and product quality (X3) are independent variables. Meanwhile, the purchasing decision (Y) is the dependent variable used in this research. The sample in this research was 74 customers from a total population of 740 customers. The sample used in this research was a purposive sampling technique. The temporary hypothesis test (Hypothesis) can be concluded, namely that the location variable obtained the value tcount > ttable (8.156 > 1.994) indicating that location has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the service quality variable obtained the value tcount > ttable (2.815 > 1.994) indicating that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and product quality variables, the value obtained is tcount > ttable (9.459 > ​​1.994) indicating that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Probolinggo Regency KPU with the aim of finding out the influence of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and work communication on employee performance at the Probolinggo Regency KPU. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal relationship approach. In this study the number of samples used was 33 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, R2 determination analysis, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing are used. The test results show that: 1) there is an influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Probolinggo Regency KPU. 2) there is an influence of intellectual intelligence on employee performance at the Probolinggo Regency KPU. 3). There is an influence of work communication on employee performance at the Probolinggo Regency KPU.

Abstract

This research was conducted on PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm 12 Tongas Probolinggo with the aim of determining the influence of leadership, work motivation, organizational commitment on the performance of PT employees. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Agriculture 12 Tongas Probolinggo. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 41 permanent employees. The data sources used in this research come from primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through questionnaires and completed through data analysis methods in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R-Square) and partial tests. The research results show that leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It can be proven that from the partial test of the leadership variable (X1) the value obtained is tcount (3.198) > ttable (1.687) with sig = 0.003. The work motivation variable (X2) obtained a value of tcount (3.652) > ttable (1.687) with sig = 0.001. And the organizational commitment variable (X3) obtained a value of tcount (4.513) > ttable (1.687) with sig = 0.000.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions in determining or choosing the type of product to buy are certainly not something that just happens in a relatively short time. Before consumers decide to buy a product, consumers will also consider several things that can influence purchasing decisions, for example service quality, price, promotions, and so on. This research aims to determine the quality of service, prices and promotions on ticket purchasing decisions on the Access By KAI application at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 9 Jember Probolinggo Station in February 2024 is the population of the study. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling in the form of purposive sampling. Data collection uses documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis uses quantitative analysis with validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear analysis test, coefficient of determination (R2), t test (partial) and dominant test using the IBM SPSS application v.23.0. The results of testing service quality, price and promotion partially have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial, simultaneous and dominant influence of training, competency and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. ΚΑΙ (Persero) Daop 9 Jember Probolinggo Station. The population of this research is employees of PT. ΚΑΙ (Persero) Daop 9 Jember Probolinggo Station. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Apart from that, this research used a sample of 39 respondents with a sampling method, namely saturated sampling. This type of research is causal associative. Data processing in this research uses SPSS version 22. Data analysis methods include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing and dominance testing. The results of this research show that training (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a t-test value of 3,325 and is at a significance of 0,002, competency (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) with a t-test value of 3,485 and is at a significance of 0,001 and organizational culture (X3) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) with a t test value of 2,442 and is at a significance of 0,020. The results of statistical analysis obtained an Fcount value of 17,462 > 2,87 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. So there is a joint influence of the training variables (X1), competency (X2) and organizational culture (X3) on employee performance at PT. KAI (Persero) Daop 9 Jember Probolinggo Station. And the competency variable has a dominant influence with a standardized beta coefficient value of 0.434.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product differentiation, brand image and price on purchasing decisions. Quantitative research with causal associative relationships is the type of research used. product differentiation (X1), brand image (X2) and price (X3) are independent variables. Meanwhile, the purchasing decision (Y) is the dependent variable used in this research. The sample in this research was 100 customers from a total population of 160 customers. The sample used in this research was incidental sampling. The temporary conjecture test (Hypothesis) can be concluded, namely that the product differentiation variable obtained the value tcount > ttable (2.393 > 1.660) indicating that product differentiation has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the brand image variable obtained the value tcount > ttable (2.001 > 1.660) indicating that brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and the price variable obtained by the value tcount > ttable (2.948 > 1.660) shows that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of reward, punishment and promotion partially and the strongest influence on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Probolinggo City.The type of research used is a quantitative approach, with variables consisting of independent variables, namely reward, punishment and promotion and the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 44 and the sample used amounted to 41 employees of the Probolinggo City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) based on certain criteria, namely State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPK). The data sources used in this study come from primary data and secondary data, with the help of the PLS 3 application.The results of the study determined that the reward variable (X1) had a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). The variable punishment (X2) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). The promotion variable (X3) has no significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). The strongest variable test shows that the reward variable (X1) has the strongest influence on employee performance (Y). Because rewards have a stronger influence on employee performance, it is the first priority in improving employee performance at the Probolinggo City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). It is recommended to consistently maintain the existing reward system, so that employees are able to work more professionally.

Abstract

The research was conducted at Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga and Pariwisata Probolinggo City with the aim of knowing the effect of compensation, organizational culture, and work motivation partially, simultaneously and dominantly on employee performance at Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga and Pariwisata Probolinggo City. The type of research used is a type of quantitative research with a causal relationship. It has two variables, namely the independent and dependent ,variables.The population in this study were 30 employees of the Probolinggo City Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga and Pariwisata Office who already had ASN status. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Sources of data used in this study come from primary and secondary data. Data were collected using questionnaires, documentation and processed by data analysis methods in the form of validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. From the partial test it shows that the compensation variable (X1) has a not effect on employee performance (Y), the Organizational culture (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) and the work motivation image variable (X3) a not effect to employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to examine the influence of work ethic, locus of control and workload partially on employee performance at the Probolinggo City General Election Commission. The population in this study were employees of the Probolinggo City General Election Commission. 54 employees. The number of samples in this study was 54 employees of the Probolinggo City General Election Commission. In this study the sample size used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods in this research are questionnaires, documentation. The research instrument uses a Likert scale. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, partial test (t test). The results of the research show that the Work Ethic variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), the Locus of Control variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) and the Workload variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation, work discipline, and work communication partially and the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Probolinggo City Land Office. The type of research used is a causal associative approach, with variables consisting of independent variables, namely work environment, work motivation, work discipline, and work communication and the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 60 and the sample used amounted to 60 employees of the Probolinggo City Land Office based on certain criteria, namely employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and Non-Government Employees (PNP). The data sources used in this study come from primary data and secondary data, with the help of the PLS 3 application. The results of the study determined that the work environment variable (X1) had a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). Work motivation variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). Work discipline variable (X3) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). Work communication variable (X4) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y). The most dominant variable test shows that the work environment variable (X1) has the most dominant influence on employee performance (Y). Because the work environment has a stronger influence on employee performance, it is the first priority in improving the performance of Probolinggo City Land Office employees.
