Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of brand awareness, online promotions and prices on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace among Panca Marga University students, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method that is associative in nature. The population in this research were Panca Marga University students. The samples taken were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data sources in this research come from primary and secondary data. Data collection uses questionnaires and documentation which is then processed using data analysis methods, namely validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Testing was carried out using SPSS and the results showed that brand awareness, online promotions and prices had both partial and simultaneous effects on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital Probolinggo District with the aim to determine the effect of Training, Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Waluyo Hospital Jati Kraksaan Probolinggo District. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of research used is associative. Data collection methods with interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation, the sample used was 60 respondents including medical and non-medical employees. Data analysis method in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, using the help of SPSS 26 for Windows program. The results showed that (1) simultaneous training, motivation and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital, Probolinggo District, (2) partially the training, motivation and job satisfaction had a significant effect on performance of Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital Probolinggo District(3) Training Variables that have a dominant influence on performance at Waluyo Hospital Jati Kraksaan Probolinggo Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Kutai Timber Indonesia, Probolinggo City with the aim of determining the effect of occupational safety, work environment and work communication on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population is employees of PT. Kutai Timber Indonesia, Probolinggo City with a sample of 36 respondents and the sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test, partial test and simultaneous test. The results of the study indicate that occupational safety, work environment and work communication partially have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human relations, work spirit and work culture variables on employee performance partially at diva swalayan kraksaan, probolinggo regency. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach. The population was 150 permanent employees of Diva Swalayan Kraksaan Probolinggo Regency with a sample of 109 respondents. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling with simple random sampling. Data analysis used, namely, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis testing (t test). The results show that human relations, work spirit, work culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini untuk meriset pengaruh variabel Motivasi dan Work Engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3AP2KB) Kabupaten Probolinggo. Hubungannya menggunakan pedekatan assosiatif berupa kausal dengan populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu semua pegawai di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3AP2KB) Kabupaten Probolinggo yaitu sebanyak 41 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 sumber data yaitu data primer berupa penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara sedangkan data sekunder berupa data tertulis dari instansi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobility sampling yaitu sampel jenuh. Uji yang digunakan meliputi uji validatas, uji realibitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolionearitas, uji heterskedasitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien deteminasi (R2), uji hipotesis F dan t. hasilnya berupa Motivasi dan Work Engagement berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out whether the influence of work discipline, Work Ethics and competence has a partial effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Probolinggo City. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, while the respondents in this study were employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Probolinggo City. The data collection method used saturated sampling, and obtained 69 respondents and a linear regression analysis tool using the SPSS 26 application. The methods of collecting information used in the research were: interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Partially, it affects the performance of employees of the Probolinggo Municipal Water Supply Company (PDAM). Results of the t (partial) test show that there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and competency variables on the performance of employees of the Probolinggo Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM).

Abstract

This research was conducted at Diva Swalayan Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency with the aim to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and price on purchasing decisions at Diva Swalayan Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency partially. The type of research used is quantitative research with descriptive statistical analysis. The population is all visitors to Diva Swalayan Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency with a sample of 98 people, and the sampling method is probability sampling. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing are used. The results showed that there was a significant influence partially and simultaneously between product quality, service quality, and price on purchasing decisions at Diva Swalayan Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency. The product quality variable has a greater (dominant) influence on purchasing decisions at Diva Swalayan Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether destination image (X1) and tourist facilities (X2) have a partial effect on tourist satisfaction at BeeeJay Bakau Resort (BJBR) Probolinggo. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study was 90 BJBR Probolinggo tourists using a simple random sampling technique with the hair formula. The data sources used in this research come from primary data and secondary data sources. Meanwhile, data collection methods are by means of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The test results show that spatially, only tourist facilities have an influence on BJBR tourist satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing on both variables have a significant influence on tourist satisfaction. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.622, this means that 62.2% of the dependent variable of tourist satisfaction is influenced by the variables of destination image and tourist facilities. Meanwhile, the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this research

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di BPPKAD Kabupaten Probolinggo dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas pencapaian pungutan Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah di BPPKAD Kabupaten Probolinggo tahun 2018 – 2022, dan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi pencapaian pungutan Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah di BPPKAD Kabupaten Probolinggo tahun 2018 – 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, variabel yang digunakan terdiri atas pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, data berupa laporan pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah tahun 2018 – 2022. Metode analisis data yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio efektifitas penerimaan pajak daerah tahun 2018 – 2022 mengalami angka yang fluktuatif tetapi dalam kurun waktu tersebut masuk dalam kategori sangat efektif. Rata-rata tingkat efektifitas penerimaan retribusi daerah tahun 2018 – 2022 sebesar 94% dalam kategori efektif. Rata-rata rasio efisiensi biaya pemungutan atas pajak daerah tahun 2018 – 2022 mencapai 2,25% dengan kategori sangat efisien. Rata-rata rasio efisiensi biaya pemungutan atas retribusi daerah tahun 2018 – 2022 mencapai 0,56% dengan kategori sangat efisien.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) provide great potential for driving factors supporting company activities which must be utilized as best as possible through synergy with the environment. The performance of employees supports the company's success in achieving its goals on an ongoing basis. The type of research used is an associative quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique, the sample in this study was all employees of Perum KPH Perhutani Kota Probolinggo, totaling 73 people. The data sources used come from primary data and secondary data. Data was collected using a questionnaire and processed using data analysis methods in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R Square) and hypothesis testing. The research results show that there is an influence between the Work Environment (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) which simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) where the Fcount value = 22.310. Then, the partial test shows that the Work Environment variable (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcount = 6.169 and Discipline (X2) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcount = 5.870. Then, the partial test shows that the Job Satisfaction variable (X3) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a t value = 2.683. In the results of the study, the dominant influence of the Work Environment variable (X1) has a dominant influence on Employee Performance (Y).
