Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan di PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Cabang Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Cabang Kediri dengan level supervisor/penyelia ke bawah dengan jumlah 236 orang. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berdasarkan perhitungan rumus Slovin tingkat signifikansi 0,05 sebesar 148 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Cabang Kediri dengan level supervisor/penyelia hingga level staff. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja tidak mampu berperan sebagai mediator antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan maupun antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Kapabilitas pemasaran merupakan faktor penting bagi keberlangsungan dan pertumbuhan UMKM, terutama dalam sektor kuliner yang bersifat kompetitif dan dinamis. Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa memiliki potensi besar melalui 408 UMKM kuliner yang tersebar, namun masih banyak yang mengalami kendala dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Inovasi, Pengambilan Risiko, dan Reaksi Proaktif terhadap Kapabilitas Pemasaran UMKM Kuliner di Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) berbasis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 80 pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inovasi dan Reaksi Proaktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kapabilitas Pemasaran UMKM. Inovasi berperan melalui pengembangan produk dan pemanfaatan media digital, sedangkan reaksi proaktif mendorong UMKM untuk responsif terhadap perubahan pasar. Sebaliknya, Pengambilan Risiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pelaku UMKM cenderung berhati-hati dalam mengambil keputusan yang mengandung ketidakpastian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas pemasaran, UMKM perlu memperkuat inovasi dan membangun pola pikir yang proaktif dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of public information disclosure in supporting competency development training for civil servants at PPSDM Regional Bukittinggi, Ministry of Home Affairs. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving structural officials, information management staff, and targeted civil servant participants. The findings reveal that the current dissemination of training information remains suboptimal, relying primarily on manual correspondence through BKPSDM offices. This approach results in slow delivery, limited reach, and unequal access among civil servants, compounded by the underutilization of digital platforms, absence of structured communication policies, and lack of dedicated public relations resources. However, existing regulatory support, the growing need for competency development, and the availability of digital infrastructure present significant opportunities for improvement. The study recommends the development of an integrated web-based information system, active use of social media for interactive engagement, and the institutionalization of public relations functions. These strategies are expected to enhance accessibility, participation, and public trust while serving as a replicable model for other multi regional training centers. The findings underscore the importance of shifting toward proactive, technology driven, and resource supported public information management to strengthen transparency and efficiency in civil servant competency development.

Abstract

This study investigates how micro moments and content virality influence purchase intention among Generation Z social media users in Indonesia. Employing a mixed methods design, it integrates quantitative survey data from 215 respondents and qualitative insights from 15 in depth interviews. Micro moments categorized as “I want to know,” “I want to go,” “I want to do,” and “I want to buy” are examined alongside content virality elements such as emotional resonance and shareability. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) confirms that both micro moments and content virality significantly affect purchase intention, with brand engagement serving as a mediating variable. Additionally, multigroup analysis reveals that digital literacy moderates the relationship between engagement and purchase outcomes. Qualitative thematic analysis further supports these findings by revealing cognitive and emotional pathways triggered by social media interactions. The research contributes to behavioral marketing literature by offering an integrative framework that links temporal triggers, emotional content dynamics, and user competencies. Practical implications suggest marketers must design real time, emotionally engaging, and literacy aware content strategies. This study not only fills a critical gap in Southeast Asian digital consumer behavior research but also provides strategic insights for businesses targeting Gen Z on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi dan efektivitas anggaran serta realisasi belanja operasi dan belanja modal pada Pemerintah Daerah Kota Palu. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan daerah yang transparan dan akuntabel guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan rasio realisasi terhadap pagu anggaran untuk mengukur efisiensi, serta pencapaian target program/kegiatan untuk menilai efektivitas. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kota Palu dari tahun 2021 hingga 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tingkat efisiensi anggaran tergolong tinggi, efektivitas belanja masih memerlukan perbaikan dalam perencanaan dan implementasi program. Implikasi dari temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penyelarasan antara perencanaan anggaran dan capaian kinerja agar pengelolaan keuangan daerah lebih optimal dan berdampak nyata bagi masyarakat. Selain itu, penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai kinerja keuangan daerah serta menawarkan rekomendasi kebijakan yang konstruktif untuk pengalokasian dan pemanfaatan anggaran di masa mendatang.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan pilar penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam penerapan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM). Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan SAK EMKM dengan menggunakan model pendekatan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) bagi pelaku UMKM yang ada di Provinsi Lampung dengan menambahkan variabel moderating, yaitu skala usaha. UTAUT menyatakan bahwa penentu pengguna teknologi informasi adalah ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi yang mendukung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua faktor dalam model UTAUT memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan SAK EMKM. Selain itu, meskipun skala usaha terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan SAK EMKM, variabel ekspektasi kinerja dan skala usaha tidak terbukti sebagai variabel moderasi yang signifikan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi penyusunan kebijakan dan program pelatihan yang lebih terarah untuk mendorong adopsi SAK EMKM oleh UMKM, serta sebagai kontribusi terhadap pengembangan literatur akuntansi berbasis teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Indonesia possesses vast natural resources and has established a robust mining sector that includes both mineral and coal industries. Mining plays a vital role in economic development but also poses significant sustainability challenges, particularly in balancing environmental, social, and economic dimensions. This study aims to develop a metric integrated aspect parameter sustainability assessment model by evaluating two major mining companies in Indonesia that have consistently published sustainability reports for over ten years and were awarded gold ratings in the 2024 PROPER assessment. This study adopts a mixed-methods approach that integrates qualitative issue mapping with quantitative analysis, focusing on three mining companies in Indonesia that achieved a Gold PROPER rating in 2024, namely PT AAA and PT BBB. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Data analysis employed a composite index approach, integrating the Responsible Mining Index (RMI) and the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI). Out of 416 mapped indicators, the strongest alignment was observed with SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). In contrast, SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) were underrepresented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti cara penyelesaian pembiayaan murabahah saat nasabah meninggal dalam lembaga perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, informasi dikumpulkan melalui analisis dokumen kebijakan, pemeriksaan arsip klaim, dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan petugas pembiayaan, tim kepatuhan syariah, serta mitra takaful. Analisis tematik diterapkan untuk menggambarkan proses penanganan dari saat diberitahukannya kematian nasabah, verifikasi waris, pengajuan klaim di perusahaan takaful, hingga penyelesaian kewajiban dan penutupan akad. Temuan menunjukkan ada tiga pola utama; (1) pelunasan oleh penanggung (takaful kredit) sesuai dengan sisa pokok yang tercantum pada polis; (2) pelunasan oleh ahli waris jika klaim bersifat parsial atau ditolak; dan (3) restrukturisasi terbatas tanpa mengabaikan kepatuhan pada Fatwa DSN-MUI terkait murabahah. Kendala utama yang dihadapi meliputi kelengkapan dokumen waris, penyelarasan data antara bank dan takaful, serta interpretasi klausul pengecualian risiko. Praktik terbaik yang disarankan termasuk pengintegrasian manfaat perlindungan jiwa syariah pada saat akad, pembuatan daftar periksa standar untuk klaim, dan komunikasi yang proaktif antar pihak terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini memperkaya kajian mengenai interaksi antara bank dan takaful dalam mengurangi risiko pembiayaan serta memberikan pedoman operasional bagi bank syariah untuk menyeimbangkan kepentingan nasabah atau ahli waris, kepatuhan syariah, dan kesehatan portofolio.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of corporate image and service quality on customer loyalty with customer trust as a mediating variable. Conducted at Kantor Pos Trenggalek, the study highlights the importance of internal company factors in shaping customer perceptions and sustaining loyalty in service-based businesses. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 160 respondents through judgmental sampling and analyzed using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that both corporate image and service quality have a significant positive effect on customer trust and loyalty. Furthermore, customer trust plays a mediating role in strengthening the relationship between these variables and loyalty. This research emphasizes the strategic value of building customer trust through consistent service quality and a strong corporate image to enhance long-term loyalty. Based on the findings, it is recommended that service providers consistently maintain and improve service performance and corporate reputation to foster trust and retain loyal customers. Future studies could explore other mediating or moderating variables, such as customer satisfaction or emotional attachment, to broaden the understanding of factors influencing loyalty.

Abstract

The gig economy has become a central element in the transformation of the global labor market, particularly with the rapid growth of digital technology and online platforms. This study aims to map the dynamics and research trends on the gig economy over the last decade (2015–2025) through a bibliometric approach based on 328 selected articles from the Scopus database. The data were obtained through a systematic screening process of peer-reviewed journal articles published in English within the specified period. Bibliometric analysis was carried out using the Bibliometrics R-package, which involved descriptive statistics, co-authorship networks, co-occurrence mapping, and thematic clustering. The results indicate a sharp increase in publications after the COVID-19 pandemic, shifting research from conceptual discussions to critical issues such as labor protection, algorithmic management, and social inequality. The thematic analysis identifies four main clusters: regulation and worker protection, algorithmic management, innovation and digital economic growth, and human values in digital labor. This study highlights research gaps in employment policy, algorithm governance, and digital inclusion, especially in developing countries, and contributes to both theoretical development and policy design in line with Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 8 and SDG 10).
