Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web untuk mempermudah pemilihan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler siswa SMA. Saat ini, metode manual yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan ekstrakurikuler di MAN 1 Konawe Selatan menyebabkan beberapa kendala, seperti hilangnya formulir pemilihan, distribusi formulir yang tidak merata, dan kesalahan dalam memilih kegiatan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa. Metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) digunakan untuk penilaian alternatif secara sistematis melalui pemberian bobot pada kriteria. Tahapan melibatkan pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan, dan perancangan sistem menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Sistem ini mencakup halaman login, pengelolaan kriteria, ekskul, serta registrasi siswa. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan Confusion Matrix, menghasilkan nilai Akurasi 50%, Presisi 12%, dan Recall 0.05%. Pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing menunjukkan sistem berjalan sesuai harapan. Sistem ini diharapkan membantu siswa dalam memilih ekstrakurikuler sesuai minat dan karakteristik, juga meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler oleh guru. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat teoritis dalam penerapan metode SMART dalam pemilihan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan manfaat praktis bagi pengembangan sistem serupa di sekolah lain.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pegawai adalah seseorang yang diberikan pekerjaan oleh orang yang memberikan pekerjaan kepadanya berdasarkan ketentuan yang sudah disepakati, untuk diangkat sebagai Pegawai ASN secara tetap oleh pejabat pembina kepegawaian untuk menduduki jabatan pemerintahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting yang dapat membantu penyeleksi dalam menentukan pegawai berprestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini dapat menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap kriteria, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses perankingan yang akan menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif sehingga penentuan dosen berprestasi dapat dilakukan secara objektif dengan nilai akhir yang tertinggi yang direkomendasikan untuk mendapatkan predikat pegawai berprestasi. Dari hasil pengujian kinerja sistem menyatakan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan perankingan pegawai berprestasi dengan baik sesuai dengan kriteria yang digunakan. Fungsi penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dapat membantu user dalam mengolah data pegawai, menyeleksi pegawai, mempercepat proses penyeleksian serta mempermudah dalam menentukan pegawai berprestasi. Metode SAW yang diterapkan dalam sistem dapat digunakan untuk menentukan pegawai berprestasi dengan model perankingan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang berlaku kemudian pengujian dengan menggunakan Black-box memberikan dokumentasi hasil pengujian yang menginformasikan kesesuaian sistem yang diuji dan dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan pengujian Confusion Matrix diperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 89%

Abstract

Academic information systems are one of the information systems most widely used by universities. Academic information systems are designed to meet the needs of universities in providing computerized educational services to improve performance, service quality, competitiveness and the quality of human resources created. The Indo Global Mandiri College of Economics and Sharia Business, known by the abbreviation STEBIS IGM, is a college that has utilized information technology by developing the STEBIS IGM Academic Information System (SIAKAD). The STEBIS IGM Academic Information System is a system that is used as a basis for students' needs to obtain information related to class schedules, filling in KRS, study results cards, student grades, student bills, transcripts of lecture results, consultations, study results and other information. The aim of this research is to determine the level of student satisfaction with the STEBIS IGM academic information system using the Pieces Framework method which consists of six (6) variables, namely Performance, Information and Data, Economic, Control and Security, Efficiency, Service. Respondents in this study were active students in the class of 2021 and class of 2022 who used the STEBIS IGM academic information system. The results that will be obtained from this research are the level of student satisfaction with the STEBIS IGM academic information system. Abstract

This study evaluates the satisfaction of student users of the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) at the Modern Library of Southeast Sulawesi using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The research measures five variables: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. A descriptive quantitative method was used in this study with a sample of 81 respondents from a population of 102, selected randomly. Observations were conducted directly by the researcher using a Likert scale questionnaire as the instrument. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 29. The results showed a very high level of user satisfaction, with scores for each variable exceeding 75%. The conclusion of this study is that student users are satisfied with the implementation of OPAC at the Southeast Sulawesi Modern Library, indicating that the library information system is functioning well.

Abstract

The thesis guidance process is an important part of the thesis process carried out by students. Guidance is carried out by involving a lecturer with the purpose of informing the achievements that have been achieved in writing the thesis. Based on the results of observations made, the thesis guidance process in the Computer Science Field of Study at Halu Oleo University is still carried out in person so that communication between students and lecturers often occurs. To efficient the process of monitoring the guidance of the thesis of Computer Science Field of Study Program students. ReactJs is a front-end library developed by Meta. The advantages offered by reactJs include speed, convenience and wide scalability. The purpose of this research is to produce an information system for monitoring services for thesis guidance at the Computer Science Field of Study using the ReactJS framework. The reason for choosing reactJs in this research is because of the advantages and advantages it provides. ReactJs can develop single page applications with speed, flexibility and wide scalability. Because of the advantages offered, the reactJs framework is able to help develop the thesis monitoring system more efficiently and quickly. Based on the results of functional testing conducted using blackbox has shown good results, as well as based on the results of testing using the system usability scale conducted on lecturers and students has shown a score of 87 out of 100 with excellent category and A scale for SUS testing lecturers and score 73 out of 100 with Good category and grade scale that is B on SUS testing students. With the level of acceptance for lecturers and students on an accpetable or acceptable scale.

Abstract

Dalam proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku pihak pengelola perpustakaan SMAN 1 Pomalaa mencatat seluruh transaksi menggunakan buku. Dengan masih menggunakan cara konvensional ini, pengelola perpustakaan menghadapi kesulitan antara lain sulitnya memonitor jumlah buku yang masih tersedia diperpustakaan, sulitnya memonitor jumlah buku yang sedang dipinjam, serta sulitnya memonitor buku yang sudah dikembalikan. Hal ini tentunya dapat diminimalisir dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam proses manajemen perpustakaan. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi secara langsung proses pendataan buku, proses pencatatan transaksi peminjaman dan pngembalian di perpustakaan SMAN 1. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebuah aplikasi manajemen perpustakaan dimana terdapat dua pengguna yaitu admin dan user. Adamin dapat menambahkan data buku, data pengguna, mengolah data transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian. Sedangakan user dapat melihat data buku yang tersedia di perpustakaan dan dapat melihat riwayat peminjaman buku serta dapat mencetak kartu anggota. setelah dilakukan pengujian menggunakan blackbox maka disimpulkan bahwa semua fungsi yang ada di aplikasi manajemen perpustakaan telah berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya sehingga dapat diimplementasikan di perpustakaan SMAN 1 Pomalaa.

Abstract

Software project management is a crucial aspect of effective and efficient software development. One of the main challenges in software project management is selecting the right support tools to ensure project success. This study evaluates various software project management support tools to identify the most effective tools based on specific criteria such as ease of use, features provided, integration with other tools, and technical support. The study proposes a solution by using a criteria-based evaluation methodology and then testing several popular tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Docker, and Microsoft Project. The experimental results show that Jira proved to be the best choice with the highest overall score. However, Asana and Microsoft Project also performed well in certain categories, while Docker and Trello tended to score lower. These results indicate that the selection of project management tools should be based on a careful analysis of the specific needs of the project and the most important criteria for the team involved. Therefore, the successful implementation of support tools depends on a deep understanding of the software development process, team dynamics, and strong management skills.

Abstract

The Health Department is an integral part of the government structure with broad responsibilities for managing various aspects of health, including daily medical services activities that contribute to maintaining a healthy nutritional balance, reflected in good quality processed foods. Therefore, there is a need for grouping and classifying processed foods. The problem addressed in this research is the difficulty faced by the Palembang Health Department in determining the classification of processed food products. Hence, the researcher employed the Naive Bayes method and RapidMiner Software as supporting software tools in this study. The study found that in Accuracy testing, both RapidMiner and manual Naive Bayes calculations yielded the same result of 94.52% for the positive class: Plant-based. In Precision testing, there was a difference between RapidMiner and manual Naive Bayes calculations, with RapidMiner yielding a higher result of 93.22% for the positive class: Plant-based, while manual Naive Bayes calculation obtained a value of 78%. Similar values were also obtained in Recall testing, where both RapidMiner and manual Naive Bayes calculations yielded the same result of 100% for the positive class: Plant-based. In F1 Score testing, both RapidMiner and manual Naive Bayes calculations yielded the same result of 100%. In RapidMiner's Area Under The Curve (AUC) testing, the result obtained was 0.973 (positive class: Plant-based), and the high accuracy of the ROC/AUC curve indicates "Excellent Classification", suggesting that the use of plant-based food materials dominates over the use of animal-based food materials. It is hoped that the results of this research can assist the Health Department in classifying food processing categories. Abstract

Abstract The demand for IT professionals is increasing in line with digital transformation across various industries. Computer Science students are expected to possess programming competencies, particularly in terms of comprehending and implementing algorithms in programming languages. However, students often face challenges in mastering programming logic, which leads to a decline in their interest in the field. This study aims to develop an online quiz application designed to assist students in learning Basic Programming courses engagingly and interactively. The application employs the Fisher-Yates Shuffle method to randomize questions across six categories, comprising a total of 180 questions. The algorithm effectively shuffles and evenly distributes questions, ensuring that no student receives the same question sequence. This approach aimed to minimize the potential for cheating and enhance students' focus on learning. Results from the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) conducted using a questionnaire among 63 respondents indicated positive feedback, with 91% of the students providing favorable evaluations of the application's usability. The testing demonstrated that the application is beneficial and easy to use, fostering students' interest in and understanding of programming concepts. This application offers an intuitive interface and features that support interactive learning. In conclusion, utilizing the Fisher-Yates method within an online quiz application can effectively promote students' learning interest and enhance their comprehension of introductory computer science courses. Abstract

Wattpad is an application and online community site that allows users to write or read informational content in the literary sphere with various genres or categories such as short stories, classics, action, adventure, romance, fantasy, humor, spiritual, mystery, horror, poetry, science fiction, historical fiction, teen fiction, general fiction, fan fiction, and non-fiction. By December 2023, 90 million users spent more than 23 billion minutes accessing the app each month. This study aims to provide an overview of user sentiment while classifying it as negative or positive sentiment text using Random Forest and Random Forest methods optimized with the SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique) on Wattpad App user reviews that experience class imbalance. The results showed that out of 9.975 data collection results, only 8.743 data could be used with a percentage of positive sentiment of 64,2% (5.616) and 35,8% (3.127) negative sentiment. The Random Forest method without SMOTE optimization tends to be superior in predicting unbalanced sentiment classification, this can be seen from the accuracy value which reaches 84,05%, precision 84,71%, recall 91,60%, F1-Score 88,02%, FPR 8,40%, and AUC value 0,9166 are categorized as excellent classification. SMOTE Random Forest modeling is able to improve the ability to classify the minority class, negative sentiment, as can be seen from the increase in precision value from 84,71 % to 86,70% (1,99%). Unfortunately, this class balancing resulted in a decrease in the performance of accuracy, recall, f1-score and AUC values. In addition, based on the feature importance values, the most influential features in both models are the word attributes "kecewa", "bagus", and "baik".
