Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi petshop HappyPals berbasis Android yang memudahkan pemilik hewan peliharaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hewan peliharaan mereka. Menggunakan metode Design Thinking, penelitian ini melalui lima tahapan utama: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Proses empathize melibatkan survei untuk memahami kebutuhan pengguna, yang kemudian didefinisikan dan dianalisis pada tahap define. Pada tahap ideate, ide-ide kreatif dikumpulkan melalui brainstorming untuk mengembangkan solusi yang efektif. Prototype dibuat untuk menguji desain , dan kemudian diuji kepada pengguna untuk mendapatkan feedback. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi HappyPals dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan pengguna dalam berbelanja produk hewan peliharaan secara online, dengan fitur lengkap seperti informasi produk, fitur komunitas, konsultasi gratis, layanan pengiriman, dan sistem ulasan produk. Uji coba prototype menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mudah dipahami dan diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna, dengan mayoritas responden menyatakan aplikasi ini sangat mudah dipahami.

Abstract

The best customers are individuals or groups who not only consistently make purchases, but also show high loyalty to a company's products or services. The purpose of the research of the combination of Entropy and GRA weighting methods in selecting the best customers is to use a more objective and accurate approach in evaluating customers based on various relevant criteria. By utilizing the Entropy method, this study aims to objectively determine the weight of the criteria, based on the variation of customer assessment data. Once the criteria weights are determined, the GRA is used to analyze the relationship between the customer and the ideal solution, so that it can identify the customer closest to the best customer profile. The results of the best customer ranking show that Customer 2 occupies the top position with a value of 0.17819, indicating that this customer has the best performance in meeting the specified criteria. Followed by Customer 6 who obtained a value of 0.17794, which also showed excellent performance. The results of this ranking provide clear insights into customer profiles and can be the basis for formulating better strategies in customer relationship management.

Abstract

The performance of the sales team is one of the important indicators of a company's success, which is measured through the achievement of sales targets, negotiation skills, and efficiency in managing customer relationships. Problems in the appraisal of sales team performance often arise due to various factors that affect objectivity and fairness in evaluation. One of the main problems is the lack of consistent assessment standards, where each team member may be assessed with different assessment opinions, leading to bias in evaluation results. The application of the Root Assessment Method and ROC Weighting in the performance evaluation of the sales team is an innovative and effective approach to improve productivity and team performance. The combination of these two methods not only facilitates in-depth analysis of individual and team performance, but also supports strategic decision-making in the continuous development and improvement of sales team capabilities. The results of the sales team's performance evaluation assessment ranking, Team J ranked first with a final score of 4.3981, showing the most superior performance among the entire team. In second place, Team G obtained a score of 4.388, followed by Team D in third place with a score of 4.3752. These results provide a comprehensive picture of each team's performance rankings, with Team J showing top performance, while Team F needs further improvement.

Abstract

In the media industry, reporters play an important role in conveying accurate, fast, and credible information to the public. One of the main problems is subjectivity in evaluation, where personal preferences or the evaluator's bias can affect the final result. In addition, the scoring criteria used are sometimes not uniform or clear, resulting in a difference in perception of what actually constitutes the best reporter's measure. The purpose of applying the PIPRECIA and MAUT methods in selecting the best reporter is to provide an objective and measurable assessment of the reporter's performance based on several relevant criteria. The results of Ferdi's ranking won 1st place with a final score of 0.4358, indicating that he has the best performance in the assessment based on the set criteria, namely the quality of coverage, communication skills, speed of news delivery, and excellent integrity. The results of this ranking provide a clear insight into the performance of each reporter based on the PIPRECIA and MAUT methods. These results can be used as a reference for further decision-making regarding recognition or awards to reporters.

Abstract

Choosing the best delivery service for e-commerce is a crucial step that can affect customer satisfaction and overall business success. In today's digital era, consumers expect fast, secure, and affordable delivery. The main problem in choosing the best shipping service for e-commerce is often related to several interrelated factors, which can affect the customer experience and business sustainability. One of the biggest challenges is ensuring that products reach customers within the promised time. Delays in delivery can lead to customer dissatisfaction and potentially damage a business's reputation. The combination of SAW and CRITIC methods provides a powerful approach to multi-criteria decision-making. By leveraging the advantages of each method, users can objectively determine the weight of the criteria and evaluate alternatives in a systematic and transparent way. This approach not only improves the accuracy of decisions but also increases decision-makers confidence in the results obtained. Based on the results of the ranking using the method that has been applied, the alternative with the highest score is Pos Indonesia (A6) with a final score of 0.82506, followed by JNE (A1) with a score of 0.76181, and Tiki (A2) with a score of 0.72127. Based on these values, Pos Indonesia ranks first as the best service provider.

Abstract

Security of room access is one of the important aspects in maintaining privacy and asset protection. Traditional mechanical key systems have limitations because they only provide one layer of security, which is vulnerable to theft and key duplication. Along with the development of technology, especially in the fields of Electronics and Informatics, various innovations have been presented to improve security, one of which is RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology. RFID allows object identification without direct contact, but its weakness is that it is still limited to one layer of security. This study aims to develop a layered security system using Arduino Nano that combines RFID technology and 4x4 Keypad. This system is designed to ensure that only users who have the correct tag card and access code can open the door. With a combination of RFID for identification and Keypad for additional verification, this system is expected to significantly improve room access security. The prototype developed offers an innovative solution in the door security system, so that it can be applied in various places that require extra protection such as offices, hotels, and other facilities. This is evidenced by the results of the blackbox test which reached 100% from several test results from each test item.
