Abstract

Masuknya budaya Arab ke kota Palembang terjadi pada tahun 1659-1708. Palembang kemudian berkembang menjadi salah satu pusat studi Islam dan sastra di Nusantara. Hal itu membuat banyak ulama Palembang yang muncul serta ulama Arab yang menyebarkan agama serta budaya yang terus berlanjut hingga sekarang. Kebudaayan Arab di Palembang hingga kini tetap eksis, ditandai dengan adanya permukiman Arab di Kampung Arab Al-Munawar dan Kampung Arab Assegaf di kota Palembang. Budaya Arab telah mengalami berbagai perubahan dan berinteraksi dengan kebudayaan lain. Artikel ini membahas mengenai interaksi atau keterkaitan antara bangsa Arab dan pribumi di Palembang serta mengkaji bagaimana dua budaya tersebut dapat terjadi akulturasi. Artikel ini juga membahas bagaimana cara masyrakat Arab dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan di Palembang. Peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara serta observasi dan kajian pustaka. Kesimpulan dari artikel menunjukkan bahwa budaya Arab telah ada di Palembang dan dibuktikan dengan banyaknya cabang permukiman Arab, diantaranya kampung Al-Munawar dan kampung Assegaf yang cukup terkenal. Pemukiman tersebut menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Arab ikut berbaur serta bersosilasisiai dengan masyrakat lokal, serta menunjukkan budaya yang satu sama lain berakulturasi antara budaya Arab dan budaya Palembang.

Abstract

This article is a review of the history textbooks of High School that aims to view and analyze the content of multiculturalism material contained in history textbooks. The method used in this study is critical discourse analysis. The subject in this study is Indonesia history textbook class XI High School Curriculum 2013 (Revised 2017). The results of the study showed that there is a content of multiculturalism material contained in textbooks. This can be seen from the achievements of indoctrinators who support multiculturalism as a whole (the value of tolerance, the value of equality, and democratic values). With the appearance of these indicators, it can be said that the Indonesia history textbook class XI curriculum 2013 is enough to display the content of material containing multiculturalism. In addition, withthe ampilnya content of multiculturalism material in historical textbooks, it can be said to be an effort to be able to channel the understanding of multiculturalism to the younger generation (students). The material of multiculturalism itself is very suitable to be displayed in historical textbook material. Because, history textbooks in addition to being a medium that supports learning, is also a medium that can show learners a historical event that has occurred in the past with many essences and values of diversity that exist. It is a common interest for the formation of attitudes of learners who can respect each other in their lives.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive analytical method through a literature study that explains the understanding of transnational history as a means of forming international-mindedness. The characteristic development is one of the responsibilities of social science to face the 21st century. Social science gives a deep understanding to everyone to know themselves, others, and their position in the global society. The understanding of their position in global society must have coherent with how their past was formed, this is where the history has significance for his endeavor. In the process, history can play a role in shaping an individual to has awareness of international connectivity and global perspective by broadening the perspective of the national historical events through an understanding of transnational history. The understanding of transnational history will look at and compare the context of historical events, especially those that shape national identity, with the perspective between nation and global phenomenon that occurred at that time. International history has some roles and benefits in its study. First, to give a deep understanding regarding social movement. The second, as a complement of the national history reconstruction process, transnational history has the benefit to support the implementation of multicultural-based education design. The last, to understand the context of nationalism as a means of development, and to understand every historical event through an understanding of broader concepts, such as colonialism, feudalism, and slavery

Abstract

This paper contains history and also religious tour of the great mosque of Al-Munada Darussalam Baiturrahman in South Jakarta. In the Chronicles of the great mosque of Al-Munada Darussalam Baiturrahman stood in 1963 that was erected by KH. Qosim Abdurrahman Mashum and KH. Amen Abdurrahman. In the study the method of writing history goes through the four stages of heuristics, criticism, interpretation and histroriography. The great mosque of Al-Munada Darussalam Baiturrahman is also commonly known as the boat mosque, so it is said that makes the boat mosque a religious tour.

Abstract

This research was conducted in a tourist spot that is quite crowded and visited by both teenagers and parents, namely the Curug Badak tour located in Tasikmalaya Regency. The aim of this research is to introduces natural tourism which is quite crowded in Tasikmalaya which is where this tour is a very beautiful natural tourism filled with the pine trees and the roar of the waterfall. Method used the author, namely the historical method through the collection of sources, both oral sources as well as in writing, in the source of the author's writing using a book that can be assist the author's research. The author conducted field observations to tourist attractions, interviews with the parties concerned to obtaining the required resources, and observing the books needed in the online library. The results of the author's research get is the fact that this Rhino Curug tour has been open for a long time and was inaugurated in 2016 since then it has had a positive impact on the surrounding communities, especially in the local economy. This matter proven when the author interviewed the people around him area, and when the author made direct observations to the place tour. The surrounding community also contributes a lot to the management Curug Badak tourism, this will certainly help tourism be more managed Besides that, the surrounding community also gets a lot of benefits from tourism nature that many fans.

Abstract

The dynamics of Islamic civilization is a concept that refers to the development of civilization or culture based on Islamic principles. This concept involves renewal, adaptation, and transformation in various aspects of life, which usually include social, economic, political, and cultural aspects, taking into account the values ​​of life, ethics, and Islamic principles. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method with a literature study approach that refers to several research data sources and data collection techniques in the form of studies of Islamic cultural civilization. The focus of the research will be raised is the dynamics of Islamic civilization in the era of the companions of the Prophet. The data collection technique used in this study was the library research method, namely the study of literature originating from books and articles in journals, the data analysis technique used in this study was a descriptive method. Islam is a religion that has concrete concepts and rules prohibiting how to form a civilization and the process of forming a civilization in the development of human life, there are at least three primary factors derived from the development and decline of a civilization. Abstract

Islam is closely related to the aesthetics of classical art, this is enlivened by elements of culture that have such a large influence on various fields, including the fields of education, language, law, politics, philosophy, ethics, rhetoric, and art itself. Classical art is a manifestation of fine art made by the people according to the culture in a certain area for generations, inherent in the flesh so it is difficult to experience significant changes from time to time. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature study approach that refers to several research data sources and data collection techniques in the form of studies of Islamic classical art. The focus of the research that will be raised is the role of classical art in Islamic culture. The data collection technique used in this study was the library research method, namely library research and the data analysis technique used in this study was a descriptive method. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that classical art is inherent in Islamic religious culture, where there are ritual ceremonies that are thick with the Islamic religion, both in primitive and classical styles.

Abstract

called tasamuh to anyone who has a different religion or belief, because differences are not something to be debated or a negative way that creates friction between groups or individuals. the urgency of tolerance can be a benchmark for seeing problems that occur in society in reviewing existing polemics so that religious, civilizational, and cultural tolerance in Indonesia can be seen, created, and maintained. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature study approach that refers to several research data sources and data collection techniques in the form of religious tolerance studies. The focus of the research that will be raised is the urgency of religious tolerance in Indonesia. The data collection technique used in this study was the library research method, namely library research and the data analysis technique used in this study was a descriptive method. In religion, every adherent is required to recognize the existence of the involvement of differences and similarities in creating harmony in the value of Unity in Diversity which is always echoed in Indonesia.

Abstract

Understanding the science of balaghah for Muslims if they want to know and understand that i'jaz of the Qur'an is important. Kalam Alkhabari is one of the materials that must be understood because if we want to understand the purpose of Kalam alkhabari which is in the verses of the Qur'an except by Balagha analysis. Therefore, this research has 3 objectives; 1. To know the verse containing Kalam alkhabari in Surah Yusuf 2. To know the kinds of Kalam alkhabari in Surah Yusuf 3. To know the purpose of Kalam alkhabari contained in Surat Yusuf. The analytical descriptive qualitative is employed in this research. The object of study in this study is kalam Alkhabari in Surat Yusuf. The data sources in the study are divided into primary resources, namely the Qur'an Al Karim and secondary data sources, namely books related to the title of the study. The documentation method was used in collecting the data. This study showed show that in 25 verses in Surat Yusuf there are 43 Kalam alkhabari consisting of 24 kalam alkhabari Al ibtidai, 12 kalam thalaby, and 7 kalam inkary

Abstract

The spread of Islam to the archipelago started with merchants who wanted to trade in the archipelago. In pre-Wali Songo, precisely in the 12-13th century, the system of spreading Islam was by the da'wah method, with various multi-beliefs and cultures in society, so that the significance of belief in Islam amid society was marked by the emergence of new kingdoms, namely Islamic kingdoms with strength and followers with large numbers, then non-Islamic kingdoms at that time decreased in strength due to the proportion that became a minority. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature study approach that refers to several research data sources and data collection techniques in the form of wali songo studies. The focus of the research that will be raised is the role of the Wali Songo in spreading Islam in Indonesia. The data collection technique used in this study was the library research method, namely library research and the data analysis technique used in this study was a descriptive method. In spreading the teachings of Islam, Wali Songo has several strategies that can be accepted by the community by infiltrating local wisdom in Indonesia.
