Abstract

This study, titled The Influence of Movable Asset Management on the Security of Regional Government Property at the Regional Secretariat of Sukabumi City, aims to examine the extent to which movable asset management affects asset security effectiveness. The research applied a quantitative descriptive approach using an associative method. The sample consisted of 63 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis revealed a moderate relationship between movable asset management and asset security, with a correlation coefficient of 0.576 and a determination coefficient of 33.2%. Simple linear regression resulted in the equation Y = 18.884 + 0.920X, while the t-test showed a significant influence of movable asset management on asset security (t-value 5.510 > t-table 1.999, sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The findings conclude that effective movable asset management enhances the security of regional assets in administrative, physical, and legal aspects. The study recommends improving data recording systems, enhancing inter-unit coordination, and strengthening human resource capacity in asset management practices.

Abstract

The rise of digital technology has created new opportunities in the interior design industry, particularly through crowdsourcing-based platforms that support green business innovation. This study aims to analyze the business model of a digital interior design platform that connects clients and professional designers using a sustainable and collaborative approach. This research employed qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework was used to map and analyze the platform’s nine key components: customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structures. The analysis reveals that the platform targets eco-conscious clients and digitally savvy designers, offering value through accessible green design solutions, verified designer portfolios, and transparent transactions using features like ratings, reviews, and escrow payments. Social media and digital communities serve as the main communication and marketing channels. The study concludes that this crowdsourcing-based digital platform has strong potential to become a scalable and sustainable green business. By aligning environmental goals with digital innovation, the platform can meet the demands of modern consumers while promoting sustainable interior design practices. The BMC approach provides a practical tool for designing, evaluating, and improving the platform’s business model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of movable asset management in asset administration on asset user discipline at the Office of Population Control, Family Planning, Women Empowerment, and Child Protection in Sukabumi City. The research background highlights the administrative irregularities in regional asset utilization that hinder accountability and public service efficiency. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, using a saturated sampling technique involving 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, interviews, and literature studies. Simple linear regression analysis results indicate a positive and significant influence of movable asset management on user discipline, with a determination coefficient of 68.4%. This suggests that improved asset management through inventory, legal audits, valuation, utilization, and monitoring correlates with higher employee discipline in accountable and orderly asset use. The findings reinforce the importance of systematic asset governance in fostering a culture of discipline within local government institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job stress, competence, and work motivation on employee performance, and to examine the role of moderating effects in this relationship. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method on data obtained from employee respondents. The results show that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has the most dominant influence with a coefficient of 0.608 and a p-value of 0.000, followed by work motivation with a coefficient of 0.315 and a p-value of 0.000. Conversely, job stress does not have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by a p-value of 0.263. In testing the moderating effects, only one moderation has a significant effect on performance (p = 0.028), although in a negative direction, while another moderating effect is rejected because it is not statistically significant (p = 0.105). These findings emphasize the importance of improving competence and work motivation in driving performance, as well as the need for organizational management to identify and manage factors that have the potential to weaken the relationship between variables. This research provides practical contributions to organizations in designing more effective human resource development strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of situational leadership style on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) Service Unit Bukit Barisan with a total of 60 respondents. A quantitative approach was applied, and data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The results indicate that situational leadership style does not have a direct significant effect on employee performance, but it has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Another finding reveals that work motivation fully mediates the relationship between situational leadership style and employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of leadership style in shaping employee motivation, which in turn affects performance improvement. Therefore, organizations should adopt a flexible leadership approach that focuses on enhancing employee motivation to achieve optimal performance outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of job satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between the organizational environment—specifically transformational leadership and organizational commitment—and employees' innovative behaviors. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, this study analyzed 20 scientific articles published in the 2015–2024 range. The article selection process follows the PRISMA protocol, starting from the initial identification of 112 articles through the Scopus database, which is then filtered and supplemented with articles from other relevant sources until a total of 20 studies are obtained that are worth analysis. The results of the study show that transformational leadership consistently has a positive effect on innovative behavior and that this influence is significantly mediated by job satisfaction. Organizational commitment was also found to strengthen job satisfaction and indirectly contribute to innovation. However, few studies have placed these two psychological variables—job satisfaction and organizational commitment—in one unified mediation model. This study concludes that job satisfaction is an important strategic link in translating organizational structural influences into innovative behaviors. These findings contribute to the organizational innovation literature by highlighting the importance of the psychological dimension in the process of emerging innovation in the workplace, as well as opening up opportunities for further research in the context of strategic organizations in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and emotional intelligence on work-life balance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among employees at Puskesmas Tanah Tinggi Binjai. Employing a quantitative approach with explanatory research design, data were collected through questionnaires from a total population of 80 employees and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction positively influences work-life balance. Competence does not affect job satisfaction but has a direct influence on the balance of work. Furthermore, emotional intelligence indirectly affects work-life balance through job satisfaction, while competence does not show a significant indirect effect via the same variable.
