Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh para pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan Soft Skills, jiwa kewirausahaan dan pemahaman kewirausahaan digital. Pengembangan dan peningkatan yang dilakukan berupa pengembangan keterampilan soft skills, jiwa kewirausahaan, dan pemahaman kewirausahaan digital sehingga dapat berguna dalam mengembangkan usaha yang akan dijalankan di kemudian hari.Guna mewujudkan program pemerintah untuk menjadikan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang Go Online! Serta mendukung langkah pemerintah Indonesia dalam menghadapi era Industri 4.0, maka hampir seluruh sektor yang ada berupaya untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut. Salah satu sektornya adalah sektor Industri, dimana perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat mengharuskan seluruh elemen industri untuk transfromasi menggunakan Artificial Intelligence. Pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu pelaku industri yang sangat perlu diperhatikan yag dapat disebut juga dengan genrasi digital, untuk itu upaya menyatukan antara generasi muda, teknologi, dan industri 4.0, makan diperlukan pelaksanaan pelatihan guna meningkatkan keterampilan-keterampilan yang dibutuhkan. Kajian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan penyebaran kuesioner.

Abstract

In an effort to improve empowerment of creative economy, enterpreneurship and management for small business and cooperation is the basis for author to improve the empowerment through training. Training is one of the way to improve the competence of people for generating optimal performance that suitable with the expectation. The study was conducted by using survey method with interview, observation techniques, and questionnaires. The title of this community service activity is Enterpreneurship Training for Small Business and Cultivated Cooperative at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan. The purpose of this activity is to develop an improve the enterpreneurship as well as improving the management skills of small business and cooperation at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan. This activity are developing enterpreneurship, market and marketing analysis, business management, partnership, production efficiency, financial management, and business proposal can be useful in developing the business. Abstract

Social media is an effective tool for millennials to learn many things nowadays. However, not all millennials understand how to use social media as a something useful, including entrepreneurial spirit. Therefore, this programme held to 1) emerge teenagers ‘entrepreneurial spirit through social media; 2) socialize social media ethics with its functions for learning. The method used was cooperative learning which matched for teenagers such as explanation, games, question and answer, sharing experience, case study, and discussion. Based on activities evaluation, both knowledge and spirit of the participants (teenagers) about entrepreneurship and social media ethics increased. Furthermore, there will be follow up programs by visiting some entrepreneurship facilities such as Management Business Development Centre (PPMB), Carrier Development Centre (CDC), and Capital Market Laboratory of Economics Faculty Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Abstract

Nowadays, business opportunities are wide open, including for women who are usually marginalized. Being a female entrepreneur certainly has its own challenges. The challenges will be even greater if women also act as wives and mothers. PPUMI Women's community, often face the problems that women with multiple roles have difficulty finding balance in dividing their time between work, family and themselves. Often their mental and physical health is disturbed. In fact, to increase one's capabilities so that one can carry out tasks with various roles carried out in social life, awareness is needed to care for and maintain one's own sanity. Therefore, the UNJ Community Service team aims to holding seminars and online consultations regarding women's empowerment so that they can grow their mental and mental capacity in balancing multiple or more roles in social life in society. The invited speakers are expert speakers who have experienced similar problems but have succeeded in growing their capacity and ability to deal with them with total number of participants are more than 30. We hope that the target partners for this community service can experience the same thing and continue to grow.

Abstract

KPKNL Jakarta II, as a work unit under the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN), plays a vital role in managing state assets. However, employees face challenges such as demands for professionalism, high workloads, and dynamic policy changes. These conditions require an effective human resource development strategy. Coaching and mentoring are commonly used approaches, where coaching focuses on short-term skill development, while mentoring supports long-term career development. This study aims to analyze the influence of coaching and mentoring on employee performance at KPKNL Jakarta II. A quantitative approach was employed, involving all employees as respondents (53 individuals) using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that mentoring has a significant positive effect on employee performance, whereas coaching has a negative effect. These findings suggest that mentoring is more effective than coaching in improving employee performance, recommending the optimization of mentoring programs as a human resource development strategy at KPKNL Jakarta II.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of job satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between the organizational environment—specifically transformational leadership and organizational commitment—and employees' innovative behaviors. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, this study analyzed 20 scientific articles published in the 2015–2024 range. The article selection process follows the PRISMA protocol, starting from the initial identification of 112 articles through the Scopus database, which is then filtered and supplemented with articles from other relevant sources until a total of 20 studies are obtained that are worth analysis. The results of the study show that transformational leadership consistently has a positive effect on innovative behavior and that this influence is significantly mediated by job satisfaction. Organizational commitment was also found to strengthen job satisfaction and indirectly contribute to innovation. However, few studies have placed these two psychological variables—job satisfaction and organizational commitment—in one unified mediation model. This study concludes that job satisfaction is an important strategic link in translating organizational structural influences into innovative behaviors. These findings contribute to the organizational innovation literature by highlighting the importance of the psychological dimension in the process of emerging innovation in the workplace, as well as opening up opportunities for further research in the context of strategic organizations in Indonesia.

Abstract

Employee loyalty is a central issue in sustaining service quality and organizational stability in the public sector. In Indonesia, the urgency of this issue is reflected in the 2024 Bureaucratic Reform Report of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (ORI), which recorded a loyalty score of only 73%, below the 80% target, along with rising turnover among Non-Civil Servant employees. Existing studies indicate that loyalty is shaped by multiple organizational factors, yet most research remains fragmented or private-sector oriented, leaving a gap in comprehensive understanding within public institutions. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to synthesize empirical findings on the relationship between work environment, incentives, job satisfaction, and employee loyalty in the public sector. Following the PRISMA framework, peer-reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2024 were identified through databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and ScienceDirect. The review is designed to map research trends, assess methodological approaches, and identify consistent patterns of relationships across the four variables. The contribution of this study lies in building a solid theoretical foundation for developing an empirical model of public sector loyalty. The results are expected to enrich theoretical discourse, provide evidence-based directions for human resource management practices, and identify gaps to guide future research agendas.

Abstract

Theresearch aim to determine the effectiveness of information and training through theimplementation of the evaluation model is to implement two levels which consist of reactionsand learning levels, using Kirkpatrick’s model. This research was conducted at the Learningand Training Center of Central Jakarta, with a sample of all participants of training. Datacollection using a questionnaire that has been tested by using content validity, whereas testsuse SPSS.The results showed that the reaction of trainees are satisfied with the implementation of thetraining that was conducted and the results are good and improving learning are assessedfrom the pre-test and post-test. The resulting increase in the difference was significant, butwhen viewed from the aspect of knowledge, understanding and application, the result of thedifference increased, but not significantly.Keywords: Training, Evaluation, Kirkpatrick Model, Employees
