Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, work ethic, and communication on job satisfaction of employees of the Trade Office of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the West Nusa Tenggara Province Trade Office. The number of samples used in this study were 61 people using the saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and distributing questionnaires containing questions about career development, work ethic, and communication on job satisfaction. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. The results of data analysis show that; (1) career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) work ethic has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Work Environment (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) on the Performance of Employees at the NTB PUPR Office. The respondents in this study were 50 people. The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the Census Method. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis processed using SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that: (1) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the PUPR Office in NTB, (2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the PUPR Office in NTB (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the PUPR Office NTB. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the NTB PUPR Service. If the NTB PUPR Service wants to improve the performance of its employees, the work environment, work motivation and work discipline must be improved.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and investigate the influence of management control systems on employee performance which is moderated by transformational leadership at Dr. RM. Djoelham, Binjai City. This type of research is associative quantitative. The location of the research was carried out at Dr. General Hospital. RM. Djoelham City of Binjaii. The population in this study is the total number of employees as many as 357 employees. The sampling technique used was random sampling using the Slovin formula and a sample size of 78 employees was obtained. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used Smart PLS 3.0 with the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test model. The results of this research show that the management control system has a significant effect on employee performance at the Dr. Regional General Hospital. RM. Djoelham, Binjai City with a P-Value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that if the management control system is improved, employee performance at Dr. Regional General Hospital will improve. RM. Djoelham Binjai City will also increase. In the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test, a T-Statistic value of 0.332 > 1.96 is obtained with a P-Value of 0.741 > 0.05, which means that the moderating variable, namely transformational leadership, is not able to significantly strengthen the influence of the management control system on employee performance at home. Regional General Hospital Dr. RM. Djoelham Kota Binjai in other words that the hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

The aims of this research were to analyze and investigate the role of employee performance effectiveness in mediating the relationship between employee development and employee performance quality at the mayor office of Binjai. The type of research in this study was quantitative associative. The research was conducted at the Mayor Office of Binjai. The population in this study consisted of 100 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where the entire population was taken as the sample. The data collection technique used was through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis in this study was carried out using Smart PLS 3.0 with path analysis model. The results of this research indicated that (1) Employee development had a direct and significant effect on the quality of employee performance at the Major Office of Binjai; (2) Employee development has a direct and significant effect on employee effectiveness at the Mayor Office of Binjai; (3) Employee performance effectiveness had a direct and significant effect on the quality of employee performance at Mayor Office of Binjai; (4) The variable of work effectiveness could indirectly mediate the influence of employee development on the quality of employee performance at the Major Office of Binjai.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of government spending in the education, health and infrastructure sectors on economic growth in Lampung Province in 2014 - 2021. The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews software. Statistical tests used in this research include classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research show that: (1) government spending in the education sector partially has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Lampung Province, (2) government spending in the health sector partially has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Lampung Province, (3) spending government infrastructure sector partially has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Lampung Province, (4) government spending in the education, health and infrastructure sectors simultaneously or together has a significant effect on economic growth in Lampung Province.

Abstract

This research is to look at the influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction on Competence and see whether competence indirectly influences Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. This research method is to determine research results. The type of research used was associative quantitative, where the research was carried out at BPJS Employment throughout Medan Raya, the population used was 130 employees and was reduced to a sample using the Slovin technique to obtain a sample of 96 employees, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and surveys. The results of this research are Based on the results of research that has been carried out and data analysis as explained in the previous chapter, The following conclusions from the research results are presented as follows: Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This can be proven by the Path Coefficients table, the Original Sample value is 0.372 and the p value is 0.000 < 0.05. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Competency. This can be proven by the Path Coefficients table, the Original Sample value is 0.865 and the p value is 0.000 < 0.05. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by the Path Coefficients table, the Original Sample value is 0.559 and the p value is 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance and role conflict on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at BPJS Employment in the Northern part of Sumatra. The population is 130 employees and the sample used is 98 using the Slovin formula. The research model uses path analysis and the measurement tool uses smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of the research are Organizational Commitment which has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Role Conflict has a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Performance. Role Conflict has a Positive and Significant Effect on Organizational Commitment. Work Life Balance has a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Performance. Work Life Balance has a Positive and Not Significant Effect on Organizational Commitment. Role Conflict has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment. Work Life Balance has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment at Hermina Hospital. This type of research used is Quantitative and Associative. The population in this study amounted to 150 employees and the sample used was the Slovin formula. After the sample was withdrawn, the results for a sample were 109 employees. The data source used was primary data using questionnaires as an instrument for data collection and using survey methods. This study uses a multiple linear analysis model for statistical analysis and the regression model has been tested beforehand in the classical assumption test. The results of the partial t-test study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. It also has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of the f test also show that organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at Hermina Hospital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of leadership on work discipline, to know and analyze the influence of work culture on work discipline and to know and analyze the influence of leadership and work culture on work discipline at PT. ARA. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study is the overall employees of PT. ARA numbered 538 people and the sample used in this study was the entire population of 84 people using the slovin formula. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study use Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, t Test and F Test, and MinDetermination Coefficient. Data processing in this study used the SPSS software program (version 24.00). It is partially known that leadership has a positive and significant influence on the performance of work discipline. It is partially known that work culture has a positive and significant influence on work discipline. It is simultaneously known that leadership and work culture have a significant positive influence on work discipline at PT. ARA.

Abstract

In this study, the researcher wanted to see the effect of Transfers and Position Promotions on Employee Performance with Career Development as Intervening Variables. This research used associative quantitative research. research of all populations so that researchers used saturated sample techniques. This study uses the Smart PLS device to calculate the results of this study. This research model uses Path analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out and the data analysis as explained in the previous chapter, the following conclusions are conveyed from the results of the research as follows: Mutations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Mutations have a positive and significant effect on Career Development. Career Development has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Position Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Career Development. Mutations have a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Career Development with. Promotion has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance through Career Development.
