Abstract

This aim is to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Selayar Islands Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. The population in this study were all employees of the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of the Selayar Islands Regency, totaling 67 employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique. This study uses a quantitative approach and is analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method using SPSS 25 to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the Leadership Style variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a t count > t table and a sig value of. Work Motivation Variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated value of t count > t table and a sig value of. Based on the results of this study, it is also known that the variables of Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance at the Selayar Archipelago Regency Population and Civil Registration Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction of Roti Maryam Ibu. The variables in this study are service quality (X) and customer satisfaction (Y). The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaire media with the Likert method. The population in this study are customers from Roti Maryam Ibu. The sampling technique uses the Lemeshow formula with a sample of 88 consumers. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS to see the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable, the significance value of the service quality variable is obtained at 0, 00 indicates that the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. This study shows that the service quality variable has a positive coefficient regression direction with customer satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the quality of human resources and work environment on employee performance with promotion as an intervening variable. The type of research used is associative quantitative. This research was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Binjai. The population in this study was 79 employees and 79 employees would be sampled using the saturated sample technique. The data source used is primary data and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The research model used is path analysis and the measurement tool uses Smart PLS VERSION 3.3.3. The results of his research are that the quality of human resources has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. The quality of Human Resources has a negative and insignificant effect on Promotion. Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on promotion. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The quality of human resources has no significant negative effect on employee performance through promotion. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Employee Competence and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as Intervening. This research method is a type of research using associative quantitative and this research was conducted at the Binjai Bkpsdm office. The research population used was 85 employees and used all populations to become a sample of 85 employees and used a saturated sample technique. Data collection used by distributing questionnaires and data sources used are primary data sources. The research model used is Path analysis and research measuring tools using Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The result of this research is that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Employee Competence has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Employee competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Motivation. Employee Competence has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Work Motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to compare the financial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk for the 2017-2022 period. The parameters used to compare the company's financial performance are by using financial ratios, namely Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Fixed Assets Turnover, Total Asset Turnover Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets and Return on Equity . The research data was obtained from PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk company data which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research sample consists of data on the financial statements of the companies PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 6 years, namely the period 2017-2022. The data analysis techniques used in this study are financial ratio analysis and the two-mean difference test. -average (independent sample t-test). Based on the results of the ratio analysis, it was found that the financial performance of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk which is good based on industry standards in terms of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, while for the financial performance of PT. XL Axiata Tbk which is good according to industry standards only in terms of Fixed Assets Turnover. The results of the Two-Average Difference Test (Independent Sample t-test) obtained that Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Fixed Assets Turnover, Total Asset Turnover Net Profit Margin.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of civil servants in the agency. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method. The research data was analyzed quantitatively using multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS 24.0 application. The results of quantitative analysis show that motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the XYZ City Trade and Manpower and Industry Office, both partially and simultaneously. Where partially with the t test shows that motivation has a tcount of 3.904 with a significant value of 0.000, work discipline has a tcount of 2.853 with a significance of 0.007, and the work environment has a tcount of 3.383 with a significant value of 0.002 so that the most dominant variable affecting employee performance is the work environment variable with the largest tcal. While simultaneously with the F test shows that the resulting Fcalculate is 212.105 with a significant value of 0.000. The results of the determination test show that 93.1% of employee performance can be explained and obtained from motivation, work discipline, and work environment, while the rest is obtained from other factors. Where employee performance has a very strong relationship to motivation, work discipline, and work environment.

Abstract

In the development of information and communication technology, there are many developments that occur. One of them is the emergence of NFTs as the latest trend in digital trading. This, of course, is a new breakthrough in the digital world. However, this can also be a loophole in committing money laundering crimes. In this research, we are using a qualitative descriptive approach with analytical methods. The result of this analysis is thatThe main problem with money laundering via NFTs and cryptocurrencies is the lack of understanding of the role of cryptocurrencies in financial crimes. As long as this misunderstanding is not addressed, the potential for the use of NFTs as a new method of financial crime will increase sharply to the point of endangering national security.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the quality of human resources on job satisfaction with competence as an intervening variable. This research was conducted in one of the general hospitals of RSUD Dr. Rom. Djoelham City of Binjai. The population in this study was 70 employees and the sample used was a saturated sample. The research model is a path analysis measuring tool using Smrat PLS 3.3.3. The results of this study are that competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. HR quality has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. HR quality has a positive and significant effect on competence. HR quality has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through competence.

Abstract

In facing globalization, human resource management plays an important role in company activities. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance with emotional intelligence as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Binjai. The population of this research is 79 employees. The sample used is a saturated sample. The research model uses path analysis as a measuring tool using smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this study are Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Emotional Intelligence. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Emotional intelligence has no significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test whether the work environment variables have an influence on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UPK Punagaya. The independent variable in this study is the work environment while the dependent variable is employee performance. The research was conducted using a survey method, in which data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 57 respondents. The population in this study are employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPK Punagaya in Jeneponto Regency, the sampling method used is simple random sampling. The collected data were analyzed using a simple linear regression equation. From the results of the simple linear regression analysis test, the following formula can be obtained Y = 29.006 + 0.129X while the coefficient of determination R2/R Square = 0.077 means that the work environment variable has an effect of 77% on employee performance. While the rest is influenced by other factors. Partial test results for X obtained Tcount > Ttabel (2.142 > 0.67906) with a significance of 0.000, then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the work environment is a very important thing to pay attention to the management of PT. PNL (Persero) Puangaya UPK in Jenepont district, the better the work environment that is implemented, the better the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPK Punagaya in Jeneponto Regency.
