Conference on Management, Business, Innovation, Education and Social Sciences (CoMBInES) Conducting a research is one of the implementations of Three Pillars of Higher Education that has a crucial role for the development of science, technology, and arts as well as for the improvement of the welfare of society since the research results are directly implemented to the society/community. To spread more significant effect; not only for the society/community but also for more external parties; therefore, Universitas Internasional Batam hold a Conference on Management, Business, Innovation, Education and Social Sciences (CoMBInES) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas partners to disseminate their research works. Through this conference, the researchers are able to share their knowledge and motivation in the application of sustainable research activities.

Photo books can be used to convey or communicate information about the themes discussed. Non-Islamic civilizations are featured in a photo book called Malay Earth. Riau is notable for being the largest Malay country in the state of Riau. To aid the research process, the author employs the Research & Development technique. Photo albums can serve as an everlasting reminder of a photographer's work. The photo book's development has received excellent feedback, as it depicts every race and ethnic culture practiced by numerous non-Islamic cultural groups in malay enviroment.]]>

Namun dikarenakan alokasi budget yang minim terhadap layanan internet hasil yang diterima tidak maksimal. <![CDATA[Nowadays, maritime transport faces more challenges than at its beginning. Like any other industry, the maritime sector must adapt to the needs of the modern world and carry out its activities with respect for the environment. Continuous technological development and increased environmental awareness are the determining factors of changes in modern shipping. Therefore, one of the main challenges of maritime transport is to implement innovative solutions to protect the maritime environment. However, it is quite challenging to achieve both ecological and economic benefits at the same time. That is why it is very important to apply the win-win principle, which refers to the sustainable development of freight transportation. The paper provides an overview of applicable and promising technological solutions, and regulatory provisions towards a better economic, and environmental sustainability in Malaysian freight transportation sector, as well as importance of points to be considered in development of sustainable maritime.]]>

<![CDATA[UI (User Interface) adalah desain antarmuka untuk mesin dan software, sedangkan UX (User Experience) adalah desain yang meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dalam interaksi antar pengguna dan produk. Peneliti melakukan studi tinjauan literatur dengan metode observasi untuk mengetahui bagaimana UI/UX elements pada game tersebut berfungsi dan bagaimana UI/UX itu diterapkan dalam game tersebut. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana UI/UX elements pada setiap game itu bisa meningkatkan bagaimana pemain berinteraksi dengan semua komponen dalam game tersebut, dan juga bagaimana UI/UX elements juga bisa mengurangi bagaimana pemain bisa menangkap berbagai macam informasi dalam game jika tidak diatur dengan baik. <![CDATA[Modern societies are prone to loneliness moreover in this pandemic situation. People are told to keep safe distance and spend more time at home. This create a situation that more and more young adults are getting lonely, which in turn leads to depression and other psychological disorders. This research aims to utilize interactive movie and website to help those who feel lonely. By utilizing ADDIE Methods, visual studio code and adobe premiere to develop the website and video, we manage to develop and host a website and interactive video that aims to assist lonely people. The following papers is describing our design and development process. Further research needs to be undertaken to understand its effects.]]>

<![CDATA[At present, information regarding global warming is usually offered in the form of written information or posters that can be read at a glance, with the hope that people will be interested in exploring the issue further. The importance of global warming can be conveyed effectively and interestingly through the digital comic. On the topic of global warming, digital comic can be a great way to communicate the subject. A comic can trigger certain affective processes and responses to readers. This makes it suitable for telling complex and emotionally rich stories without requiring one to read long or complicated texts. The availability of modern and digital information media makes it possible for humans to access and know about information more readily and more effectively. This research uses the ADDIE method in designing digital comic about global warming. The result of this research is an educational-based digital comic that provides material about global warming in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Penetration Testing is a method used in finding loopholes in the system, in order to minimize attacks and breaches in a company website network. In tests carried out on the pay2home network at shremit.p2hdevworks.com using several penetration testing applications to test network security including Nessus, Acunetix, W3af, and Nmap. Where each of these applications functions to test attacks and look for security gaps on the network and system, the variables that are the reference in this trial are the gaps that are obtained, where the results of the research show that the pay2home.com network website has a fairly high security.]]>
