Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Umumnya, pemilik usaha UMKM masih mengutamakan pemasaran dan penjualan produk secara konvensional yang artinya secara langsung tatap muka pembeli langsung datang ke lokasi UMKM. Kegiatan dan penyusunan laporan kerja praktek dilakukan di Toko Jaya Idola yang beralamat di Komplek Tanjung Pantun, Jalan Raja Ali H. X No.10 dan berlangsung pada periode 09 Agustus 2020 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2020. Disusunnya laporan kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk membantu pemilik usaha dalam mengembangkan perluasan usaha. Penulis menggunakan metode rancangan penelitian terapan yang menganalisis dari sumber permasalahan yang terdapat pada kegiatan sehari-hari, pemberian solusi terhadap permasalahan sampai pada tahap penyelesaian permasalahan. Penulis menggunakan Website Blogger untuk merancang toko online yang akan diterapkan pada Toko Jaya Idola. Hasil dari implementasi ini adalah berupa toko online yang siap bisa dipergunakan untuk memasarkan produk secara online. Sistem Website Blogger Toko Online yang telah disusun oleh penulis, diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh pemilik Toko Jaya Idola dan dapat menghasilkan keuntungan apabila pemasaran & penjualan dilakukan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused several changes to the learning methods applied by all educational institutions. Changes in learning methods adapted to pandemic conditions caused several problems in the teaching and learning process in schools. The problem experienced by SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Pinang is that there is limited time for the school to compile digital teaching materials and thus it affects teaching and learning activities carried out by the school. Therefore, this community service project is carried out with the aim of producing outputs in the form of modules, question banks, powerpoints and learning videos for the subject of Accounting for Service, Trade, and Manufacturing Companies for class XII semester 2. The preparation of digital teaching materials is carried out through the science and technology diffusion method, interviews with schools parties as well as literature references that is matched to the School's Core Competencies and Basic Competencies (KIKD). The implementation of the digital teaching materials will be carried out in the 2nd semester of class XII starting in 2022. Digital teaching materials that have been designed are expected to help the school to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the teaching and learning activities carried out. This project is expected to be a reference for the next project implemented with the scope is in the school and it is hoped that the resulting output will be more varied.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kendala yang terjadi pada Kantor Notaris & Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah Rudi Purba, Sarjana Hukum, Magister Kenotariatan, mengenai peralihan tanah Hak Guna Bangunan melalui jual beli antarperorangan di Kota Batam. Peralihan hak atas tanah tidak cukup hanya dengan penyerahan secara nyata (feitelijke levering) yang berupa fisik atas benda tersebut, namun harus dilakukan penyerahan secara yuridis (yuridische levering) dengan cara membuat akta peralihannya berupa Akta Jual Beli yang dibuat dihadapan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah dan berdasarkan pada Pasal 40 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 Tentang Pendaftaran Tanah, Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah wajib menyampaikan Akta Jual Beli tersebut berikut dokumen-dokumen yang bersangkutan lainnya kepada Kantor Pertanahan selambat-lambatnya 7 (tujuh) hari semenjak ditandatanganinya akta guna pendaftaran balik-nama sertipikat tanah tersebut. Pihak penjual dan pembeli yang memahami mekanisme peralihan hak atas tanah dapat mendukung Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah dalam melaksanakan kewajibannya tersebut.Metode pelaksanaan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimulai dengan tahapan awal yaitu melakukan survei ke Kantor Notaris & Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah Rudi Purba, Sarjana Hukum, Magister Kenotariatan. Pada tahapan selanjutnya yaitu pengumpulan dan analisa data serta mengidentifikasi pokok permasalahan guna mencari penyelesaiannya. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perancangan serta implementasi luaran proyek.Penerapan flowchart dan tabel kelengkapan dokumen yang merupakan luaran proyek dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan masyarakat informasi dan pemahaman mengenai mekanisme peralihan tanah Hak Guna Bangunan melalui jual beli antarperorangan. Administrasi hukum terkait pendaftaran balik-nama sertipikat tanah tersebut memerlukan tahapan-tahapan yang harus dilewati dan dokumen-dokumen bersangkutan lainnya yang wajib dilengkapi terlebih dahulu.

Abstract

This project intends to design an adequate accounting system that is easy to understand to solve the problem encountered by Kedai Kopi Simpang Empat in recording and reporting financial activity. This problem arises as the business struggles to record the ingoing and outgoing cash flow manually hence increasing the occurrence of recording errors. In addition, the business also faces difficulty in generating financial reports resulting in delays or wrong decision-making for the future growth of the business. The methods used in compiling data are interviews, observation and documentation. The implementation result of the system proves that there is an improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of the financial recording and reporting activity as the system can assist its day-to-day transactions and convert them into analysable financial reports. As the system’s design is relatively simple, it is recommended that future researchers improve the design and add more features to create a more user-friendly system for the users.

Abstract

Kerja praktik ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meringankan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Warung Akai dalam melakukan pencatatan dan juga menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat yang berguna untuk pengambilan keputusan perusahaan. Pencatatan atas transaksi yang terjadi dalam Warung Akai Sebelumnya hanya sekedar dicatat didalam buku pengeluaran dan pemasukan kas sehingga menyulitkan Warung Akai mengetahui kondisi keuangan usaha dengan baik.Masalah yang dihadapi oleh unit usaha Warung Akai dapat diatasi dengan memanfaatkan pencatatan akuntansi berbasis komputerisasi dengan aplikasi MYSQL berbasis website yang dapat memberi informasi dan kondisi keuangan perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan kegiatan ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara.hasil dari kerja Pratik ini adalah berupa sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang dimulai dari daftar COA,daftar siswa, jurnal dan neraca yang akhirnya menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat ,sehingga bisa dijadikan sebagai pedoman bagi perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk kedepannya. Output yang dihasilkan setelah sistem yang dirancang diimplementasikan oleh pihak Warung Akai berupa laporan keuangan yang lebih sistematis dan akurat sehingga tingkat efisiensi perusahaan meningkat.peningkatan atau perbaikan sistem sangat disarankan jika kondisi perusahaan sudah tidak cocok dengan sistem yang telah dirancang demi menciptakan laporan keuangan yang relevan dan keterangan yang lebih berguna.

Abstract

Companies are places for profit or profit, and every company is founded on a legal basis. In order for workers and prospective workers to understand existing company regulations, companies need to formulate company regulations and work agreements, with company regulations and employment contracts, prospective workers and workers must comply with existing company rules, because company regulations are made based on existing facts or to minimize risks that will occur in a company. Establishment of company regulations so that we can comply with existing regulations and comply with company SOPs. The work agreement contains a binding agreement, in which the worker will work by receiving a wage order from the employer, and contains the terms of work as well as written and oral rights and obligations from both parties. The implementation of this community service uses an advocacy method to help partners (employers) improve their legal documents/agreements. The result of this community service is a draft PKWTT and a modernized draft of company regulations.

Abstract

The era of the Covid-19 pandemic throughout the world is in the midst of recovery, including Indonesia. Because it causes most of the daily activities to be replaced by the online system. This has caused some MSMEs to implement business marketing through digital systems.This research aims to create and implement the best business strategy in this current digital era for Jerry Me & Nails, which is located in Batam, Indonesia. This business strategy is to scan barcode to visit existing social media pages, one of them is Instagram as a social media platform. Not only that, we have interesting events, one of which is holding a promotion for the 13th anniversary celebration by making digital posters with attractive prizes within the specified time.The project started in September 2022 and was carried out until November 2022. The strategy that will be used in promoting Jerry Me & Nails is digital-based advertising. The implementation of this marketing strategy is expected to increase sales of Jerry Me & Nails

Abstract

This research was conducted by author to make digital teaching materials for basic accounting subjects that are in accordance with the school curriculum so that they can be used in the future. SMK Kartini Batam usually used modules as classroom learning materials. This practical work activity was carried out from 25 September 2020 - 20 January 2021. The author used the method of observation, interviews and documentation in the implementation of this practical work. In the problems that occur, the authors designed digital teaching materials for basic accounting subjects using PowerPoint and the Powtoon application as an interesting learning video in order to facilitate students understanding in learning and make it easier for teachers in teaching activities.

Abstract

The aim of designing digital-based learning media is to help overcome the obstacles experienced by SMKN 2 Batam which is caused by the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak which has forced teaching and learning activities in schools to be carried out online. This situation of course creates an uncommon feeling for students, parents, and especially teachers due to unpreparedness of facilities, infrastructure and human resources in carrying out teaching and learning activities online. Before starting the design of instructional media, the authors conducted discussion and direct observation with Mrs. Dian as the representative of SMKN 2 Batam to understand the situation and activities of online teaching and learning activities carried out by SMKN 2 Batam. This learning media has been designed to provide modules and power points containing material and practice questions tailored to the KIKD in the Tax Administration subject so that teachers and students only need to use them when online learning and teaching activities are in progress. Through the process of implementing work results, the process of online learning and teaching activities will be better with digital learning media applied at SMKN 2 Batam. These results also show that well-designed learning media will support students in mastering the subject matter during online learning and teaching activities.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has been affecting all sectors of the economy and no exception for education sector. Since covid-19 pandemic, teaching and learning process has been carried out online. Online learning is a challenge for both teachers and students. Therefore, making teaching materials are aims for helping teachers of SMKN 1 Tanjungpinang to know more materials and question banks, easier for teachers to execute materials to students through powerpoints and videos, and increasing student interest in learning. Data collection techniques for making teaching materials are through books, official websites such as Online Pajak, Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP), Klik Pajak, and materials from tax brevet. The result of the implementation of this report are teachers and students can easily access the materials that being taught, increase students' learning interest, and add more resources and deeper learning through question banks.
