Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Di sekolah telah banyak guru menggunakan LKS/LKPD, namun bukan rancangan sendiri. Apabila ditelaah, maka didapati LKS/LKPD yang digunakan belum memenuhi komponen LKS/LKPD, dan sebagiannya belum menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik. Sebagai seorang guru yang memiliki kompetensi profesional, seharusnya guru sudah mempunyai kemampuan merancang LKPD sendiri dan yang memenuhi kriteria LKPD yang benar. Namun kendala yang temui adalah guru kurang berminat untuk merancang LKPD sendiri karena belum sepenuhnya mengetahui pendekatan saintifik yang dianggap efektif digunakan. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat mengenai “Mengembangkan Keterampilan Guru untuk Merancang LKPD IPA Terpadu Berbasis Inkuiri Bebas yang Dimodifikasi Sebagai Alternatif Bahan Ajar yang Sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013” ini ini mewujudkan kemampuan design phase dari 4D models yang harus dimiliki guru dan menumbuhkan minat guru untuk merancang LKPD. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman dan minat guru untuk merancang LKPD berbasis inkuiri bebas modifikasi, digunakan kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan dengan Skala Likert yang kemudian direkapitulasi dan diolah dengan menggunakan rumus persentase dan dianalisis secara deskripstif. Dari hasil PKM, maka didapati 84.8% guru sangat memahami, dan 79% guru berminat untuk merancang LKPD berbasis berbasis inkuiri bebas modifikasi. Diharapkan dengan mengetahui, memahami dan tumbuhnya minat untuk merancang LKPD sendiri, dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru untuk merancang buku ajar sendiri.

Abstract

This project intends to design an adequate accounting system that is easy to understand to solve the problem encountered by Kedai Kopi Simpang Empat in recording and reporting financial activity. This problem arises as the business struggles to record the ingoing and outgoing cash flow manually hence increasing the occurrence of recording errors. In addition, the business also faces difficulty in generating financial reports resulting in delays or wrong decision-making for the future growth of the business. The methods used in compiling data are interviews, observation and documentation. The implementation result of the system proves that there is an improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of the financial recording and reporting activity as the system can assist its day-to-day transactions and convert them into analysable financial reports. As the system’s design is relatively simple, it is recommended that future researchers improve the design and add more features to create a more user-friendly system for the users.

Abstract

Sate Pak Lek Mardi merupakan UMKM yang bergerak pada bidang kuliner yang didirikan oleh Bapak Mardi pada tahun 2004. Perkiraan pendapatan yang bisa diperoleh oleh Sate Pak Lek Mardi ini kurang lebih sekitar Rp. 60.000.000 hingga Rp. 84.000.000 per tahunnya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Sate Pak Lek Mardi adalah kurang strategisnya lokasi usaha yang hanya dapat dijangkau dan diketahui oleh penduduk sekitar sehingga sulit untuk dikenali oleh masyarakat luas dan juga pemasaran usaha yang masih menggunakan cara lama sehingga kesadaran masyarakat akan usaha Sate Pak Lek Mardi masih kurang. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini, penulis merancangkan sebuah strategi marketing mix dengan membuatkan spanduk sebagai media Advertising, membuat kartu menu dan logo sebagai media Sales Promotion, membuat akun Instagram Business sebagai media Direct Marketing dan membuat modul panduan sebagai petunjuk penggunaan sosial media.

Abstract

This activity was done to apply accounting knowledge learned during the university study to daily business practice. Besides, this activity also aims to help micro-business entrepreneurs make accounting records and financial reports accurately and correctly to reflect the business economy situation. The object of this activity is June’s Market, a micro-business that operates online and still uses manual records on books, also not having a good financial report. These conditions were known by visiting the business place and also by interviewing. This activity results in an accounting system designed in Microsoft Access program so that entrepreneurs can easily do the records and the system can automatically create financial reports. This system can also improve business flow to a more efficient and effective business operation.

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT Solid Metta Solusindo dalam melakukan pelaporan perpajakan karena tidak seluruh jenis pajak tersedia sistem pelaporan melalui website resmi Direktur Jenderal Pajak. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilakukan selama periode 08 Februari 2021 s.d. 3 Maret 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah observasi, pengumpulan data dan simulasi. Kerja Praktek ini menghasilkan sistematika pelaporan pajak melalui OnlinePajak bagi perusahaan. Luaran yang disampaikan kepada perusahaan meliputi tahapan pelaporan melalui Online-Pajak dan dokumen atau data yang diperlukan untuk pelaporan melalui Online-Pajak. Melalui Website Online-Pajak, segala jenis perpajakan yang sebelumnya tidak dapat dilaporkan melalui website resmi Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dan mengharuskan wajib pajak untuk melaporkan secara manual ke kantor pajak dapat dilaporkan di Online-Pajak. Hal ini dikarenakan Online-Pajak mencakup seluruh jenis pelaporan pajak yang memudahkan pengguna ataupun wajib pajak untuk melaporkan kewajiban perpajakannya

Abstract

Harapan Jaya Workshop is a business engaged in the work and service of lathe welding on heavy equipment, car equipment, PT / factory goods and shipping. Harapan Jaya has been running for twelve years but still has a fairly traditional accounting system. Harapan Jaya Workshops still use a simple recording system that uses a book to record business transactions. Recording using only this book causes ineffectiveness in recording transactions. Things that often occur include reporting errors such as payment recapitulation, errors occur in data recording due to manual data recording. From the problems above aims to assist the owner in running and managing finances. As well as helping the Workshop to design an accounting recording system to make financial reports that are accurate, neat and correct. Interview is a method used to collect the necessary data. The system used in this project is Microsoft Access. The project was carried out for 5 months from august to december. The budget used in this project is 5 million, including costs for transportation, food, internet and others. This system will provide recording forms for cash disbursement transactions, purchases, sales, and inventory recording. The result of this research is to produce complete and accurate financial reports consisting of profit and loss reports, purchases, sales, remaining inventory, and trial balance.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi saat ini sangat tidak disarankan untuk dilakukan kegiatan belajar secara langsung di sekolah. Pembelajaran jarak jauh menjadi sebuah jalan keluar yang dipilih agar kegiatan belajar tetap berlangsung sehingga tujuan pembelajaran tetap tercapai. Pengadaan kelas secara jarak jauh atau secara daring ini dipandang baik karena tetap bisa memenuhi kebutuhan belajar mahasiswa. Meskipun demikian, kegiatan belajar seperti ini tidak luput dari kendala, baik yang dihadapi oleh siswa maupun oleh tenaga pendidik. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data berupa wawancara di mana terjadinya tanyak jawab antara mahasiswa dengan pihak sekolah tentang kendala yang dihadapi sekolah selama pandemi dan bahan ajar seperti apa yang diinginkan pihak sekolah agar penyampain kesiswa dapat dimengerti. Penyusunan bahan ajar digital berupa powerpoint presentation dan video, pemberian contoh soal berupa studi kasus, dan pengujian pemahaman mata pelajaran berupa soal latihan. Adapun bahan ajar yang dibuat berupa penjualan barang dagang, pengukuran dan pengakuan piutang, metode langsung dan metode cadangan untuk piutang tidak tertagih, kartu piutang, piutang wesel, utang jangka pendek, dan kartu utang. Kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan berupa penyusunan bahan ajar digital yang menggunakan powerpoint dan video dapat membantu pihak sekolah pada saat proses belajar mengajar yang akan menambah media pembelajaran dan dapat memudahkan siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran.

Abstract

A brand is something that is used to get to know a product or company in commerce. Brand rights are also one of the components of intellectual property that align with copyright, patents, and other intellectual property rights. Registering a brand can avoid unfair business competition. For people who live in small towns and do not understand the rules of the brand, it is rare to register a brand even though the resulting product is conventional in wide circles. Brand registration is considered quite difficult and can only be registered in certain places, namely at the Office of the Director General of IPR Jakarta or through the DepkumHAM Kanwil in the provincial capital, therefore being one of the factors in the least number of brand registrations in Indonesia. Riau Islands Province. Related to these problems, the place used to conduct research is to carry out practical work on the CV. Tribina Jasaindo is a business entity engaged in document management services in Batam City. This research uses normative legal methods based on literature studies, then delivered through design ideas in accordance with the working title of practice and data information processing to perform designs on a series of activities. The results of this study show that the procedures for brand registration and its protection are regulated in Law No. 15 of 2001 on Brands.

Abstract

In this paper, readers are expected to understand that in the application of calculations using an accounting system to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can be considered important. The purpose of helping partners is to create and improve the existing transaction system in the 'Interior Doctor'. This research took place from September to December using qualitative methods. The system created by the authors uses Microsoft Access, where data is collected gradually during the study. According to the final results, there are losses that occur after the financial statements are successfully made. The losses estimated per month are not much, but of course they cannot be left alone later by partners. This makes it even stronger, that small business owners, should not neglect the recording of financial statements that occur whenever there is a transaction.

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak that hit Indonesia has caused the Indonesian government to issue new policies to carry out online learning and teaching activities. This new policy poses many difficulties, especially for students with the main constraints of learning media that are less interesting and difficult to understand. The preparation and development of teaching materials is aimed at SMA Islam Nabilah with the main goal of simplifying the teaching and learning process. The learning media developed consists of modules, slideshows, and animation videos for grade XI. The material presented refers to the basic competencies from the annual learning syllabus provided by SMA Islam Nabilah. The subject presented includes basic concepts of taxation such as understanding, functions, benefits, to tax rates and their calculations. With modules, slideshows, and video animation learning that has been developed will provide benefits as a reference in the learning process and can be used continuously by the teachers.
