Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

SMA Islam Nabilah telah melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar secara daring sejak Maret 2020 karena adanya kebijakan SFH (Study From Home). SMA Islam Nabilah membutuhkan bahan ajar digital tentang akuntansi keuangan supaya mudah untuk dipahami oleh peserta didik di sekolah tersebut. Bahan ajar yang dibutuhkan yaitu modul pembelajaran, power point yang berisi materi yang akan digunakan untuk menjelaskan materi yang ada di dalam modul, serta video animasi yang dapat digunakan peserta didik untuk lebih memahami materi yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Hasil luaran yang dihasilkan berupa modul yang berisi 2 bab, media presentasi berupa power point yang terbagi menjadi 2 bab, serta video animasi yang terbagi menjadi 3 video terpisah dengan durasi masing-masing sekitar 5 hingga 10 menit. Implementasi dilaksanakan dengan menunjukkan hasil luaran kepada peserta didik melalui proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Peserta didik serta guru mata pelajaran yang bersangkutan memberi feedback positif tentang hasil luaran dan pemberian materi oleh penulis.

Abstract

Licensing in establishing a business has a legal basis contained in Government Regulation number 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services, where in the regulation it is explained that OSS (Online Single Submission) is a business license issued by the OSS Institution intended and on behalf of the minister. , leaders, institutions, governors, mayors or regents to business actors in carrying out their business. OSS is a product of government that is growing along with advances in technology. With the OSS, business actors who run MSMEs are made easier in the process of registering their businesses to get legal certainty, legal protection, and of course get their right to run a business. The purpose of writing this Community Service is specifically to assist partners in assisting in making OSS-based business legalities. In this Community Service activity, data collection techniques that are more widely used are online interviews and documentation for each stage of registration on the OSS website. Thus, the output of activities that have been achieved in Community Service is obtaining a NIB issued by the OSS institution, which will be used by business actors Cakey Bakey Co and Joyi Bakes to conduct business activities. Abstract

The Apotek Samaritan Singkawang uses a manual accounting system so that the information required cannot be on time, and can even lead to neglect of relevant and faithful representation. Therefore, our community service aims to design and produce a computerized accounting information system using Microsoft Access. We have conducted in-depth interviews with pharmacy owners and field observations. The resulting accounting information system includes a list of accounts forms, customer forms, inventory forms, supplier forms, purchase forms, debt payment forms, sales forms, general journal forms, and inventory adjustment forms. In addition, financial reports include balance statements, income statements, statements of financial statements, statements of changes in capital, purchase reports, sales reports, ending inventory reports, and accounts payable reports. All information systems are integrated with each other and become a relational database. Thus, the implementation of this community service has succeeded in improving the quality of bookkeeping of the Samaritan Singkawang Pharmacy, and can even be adopted by similar industries.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kerja praktek akan dilaksanakan pada periode 1 september 2020 hingga 31 desember 2020 pada Rumah Makan Go Veggie yang beralamat di Perumahan Bandar Srimas, Blok C. No 3-4, Jl. Laksamana Bintan, Batam Kota, Batam. Berdasarkan kondisi saat ini, ada beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh Rumah Makan Go Veggie, diantaranya adalah implementasi pada promosi yang kurang maksimal sehingga tidak mencapai pendapatan yang diharapkan. Apabila ditinjau dari lokasinya, rumah makan ini memiliki lokasi yang kurang strategis dengan jalur masuk yang rumit dan dihalangi oleh pohon yang cukup lebat serta lahan parkir yang terbilang sempit. Pada pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini, penulis melakukan beberapa metode yaitu melakukan teknik wawancara, observasi serta merencakan sistem promosi untuk Rumah Makan Go Veggie. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan penulis dalam memecahkan masalah pada Rumah Makan Go Veggie adalah dengan mencari tahu masalah yang dihapai oleh Rumah Makan Go Veggie, kemudian melakukan metode pemecahan masalah dan kemudian mengimplementasikan strategi promosi yang telah dirancang untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini, penulis menggunakan elemen promotion mix yang berupa advertising dan sales promotion dengan membuatkan akun sosial media untuk Rumah Makan Go Veggie, berupa Instagram, Facebook, Blog, dan Google Map. Pelaksanaan strategi ini dirancang sesuai dengan permaslaahan yang terjadi pada Rumah Makan Go Veggie.

Abstract

A company is formed to obtain a profit or profit so that in its implementation it is necessary to have a supporting factor, one of which is other partners / work partners and employees. Therefore, in its implementation, it is necessary to arrange an agreement that contains the regularity of the parties in carrying out their obligations and obtaining their rights so that the company can run well and develop. so that this practical work program is to prepare the company's legal documents.The problems found in the company include the existence of clauses that need to be regulated in the contents of the cooperation agreement with other partners previously so that it is necessary to renew the contents of the agreement in the cooperation contract and it is necessary to renew the contents of the employee contract cooperation agreement in accordance with applicable law in Indonesia.The implementation method used in the preparation is the empirical method which is carried out by observing, interviewing and collecting the necessary literature study data, and the result of the preparation of the practical work program is to obtain a cooperation agreement with other partners and employees that has been renewed.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mengubah aspek kehidupan masyarakat menjadi berbasis daring, salah satunya adalah sekolah. Adanya perubahan pola belajar mengajar ini menimbulkan sejumlah masalah, contohnya yakni keterbatasan materi pembelajaran digital pada mata pelajaran administrasi perpajakan di Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan Batam Business School. Program pengabdian masyarakat untuk menyusun materi pembelajaran digital hadir sebagai solusi bagi masalah terkait. Materi pembelajaran disusun menggunakan data primer, yakni wawancara dan diskusi dengan pihak sekolah serta pembimbing dan juga melalui pencarian di website perpajakan terpercaya. Penyusunan bahan pembelajaran juga telah melalui berbagai proses revisi sehingga layak untuk didistribusikan. Terbukti melalui hasil implementasi, pihak sekolah merasa sangat terbantu dengan hadirnya program ini. Bahkan, adanya harapan dari pihak sekolah agar program ini tetap ada meski pandemi sudah berakhir. Selain keselarasan dengan kompetensi dasar sekolah, ada baiknya jika materi pembelajaran disertakan informasi terkini untuk perpajakan agar pengguna materi pembelajaran mampu mengikuti perkembangan perpajakan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study focuses on the dropship business that sells household appliances online on the Tokopedia marketplace. The business name is Me Home. The problems in the dropship business include the small number of suppliers, less varied products, and product promotion on social media. The scope of this study is the addition of provider partners and product catalog creation. The purpose of this activity is to find suitable supply partners, create catalogs, and increase product sales in the Me Home dropshipping business. The target of this dropship business activity is to increase the number of supply partners, design product catalogs, and add business promotional media. The research methodology used is a qualitative research methodology. Data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews. The selected informants were sellers of household appliances and buyers of household appliances. The results obtained after carrying out this activity are increasing the number of suppliers in the dropship Me Home business, having a catalog, and using social media as a marketing tool.

Abstract

Tujuan kerja praktek di PT Vios Tirta Permata adalah untuk membantu penjualan dengan mengembangkan brand awareness produk Air Mineral S2. Kegiatan kerja praktek dimulai dengan perancangan metode e-marketing dan promotion mix. Promotion mix yang dilakukan dalam kerja praktek berupa advertising, direct marketing dan sales promotion. Kerja praktek ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, perancangan serta implementasi untuk mendapatkan hasil berbentuk seperti pembuatan brosur yang menunjukkan berbagai macam bentuk dan harga air mineral dan dibagikan kepada calon pelanggan melalui sosial media dan juga adanya paket promo yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan brand awareness air mineral S2, business to business marketing dengan minimarket lokal yang akan mempermudah pembelian produk S2 untuk pelanggan sekitar. Setelah implementasi dilakukan penulis melakukan pengecekan terhadap hasil penerapan dan PT Vios Tirta Permata telah berhasil meningkatkan penjualan pada 3 bulan terakhir.

Abstract

Koko Kei Laundry is a business that provides washing services located at Ruko Golden Land Blok K no 6, Batam. Koko Kei Laundry was chosen as a partner in carrying out Community Service (PkM) activities. Koko Kei Laundry has been using a simple recording system so that it cannot produce financial reports that comply with applicable standards. For the problems faced, the best solution in helping owners to produce financial reports is to create an accounting recording system based on Microsoft Access. The method used in data collection is done through interviews and direct observation to partner locations. The result of this service is to produce a computer-based accounting recording system suitable for the Laundry business so that the system can produce financial reports. The resulting financial statements consist of an income statement, a statement of financial position, a general ledger, and a sales report. The recording system created will be able to provide information that can make it easier for business owners when making decisions so that their business can sustain for a long time.

Abstract

CV Aneka Jaya Perkasa merupakan sebuah badan usaha, beralamat di Ruko Cahaya Garden, Bengkong yang menyediakan jasa pencucian pakaian hingga perabot rumah tangga. Penulis disini melaksanakan kerja praktik di perusahaan tersebut dengan tujuan untuk membantu mencari hingga menyelesaikan sautu permasalahan hukum yang ada dalam perusahaan tersebut. Dalam proses kerja praktik ini penulis menemukan masalah hukum yang di alami oleh perusahaan yaitu adanya ketidakpastian terhadap penjelesan atas hak dan kewajiban masing - masing pihak yang berakibat pada perselisihan hubungan industrial ini. Ada pula waktu yang di butuhkan penulis untuk melaksanakan proses kerja praktik ini yaitu selama 3 ( tiga ) bulan. Penulis melaksanakan kerja praktik ini dalam beberapa tahapan, salah satunya adalah tahap awal yaitu persiapan dimana penulis melakukan koordinasi kepada pengurus perusahaan guna untuk mengajukan perizinan untuk melaksanakan kerja praktik ini, kemudian di lanjutkan dengan oberservasi dan mengidentifikasi pokok masalah. Setelah melakukan observasi penulis menemukan objek yang akan dilakukan penelitian yaitu perjanjian kerja waktu tidak tertentu. Kemudian penulis melakukan pengumpulan data dan bahan hukum, dan melakukan wawancara terhadap narasumber perusahaan dan selanjutnya menganalisis data yang telah di kumpulkan tersebut. Kemudian penulis menyusun rancangan luaran proyek berdasarkan objek dan lapangan kerja Pratik. Terakhir penulis akan menyusun laporan Kerja Praktek.
