Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Starting from a local case, Covid-19 spread throughout the world one after another, including Indonesia. Since the beginning of 2020, the government issued a policy for teachers and students to carry out teaching and learning activities online while at their respective homes, as a form of prevention for the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak. With the existence of government policies, the learning system which is always implemented face-to-face has changed to have to go through digital media. However, the existence of weaknesses in this learning system can make students bored, less interested, and less interested in carrying out the learning process online. The activity began with an interview with the tax administration subject teacher about the difficulties in the teaching and learning process through digital media. The results of the interview, the authors found the problems faced by students of SMKN 1 Tanjungpinang, especially the Accounting Department, namely the difficulty of understanding the material being taught because they cannot interact directly. Therefore, SMKN 1 Tanjungpinang needs digital teaching materials on Tax Administration that are easy to understand by students at the school. The digital learning media produced from this activity is a module that is expected to help schools carry out teaching and learning activities with digital learning media and help and make it easier for students to understand and obtain alternative teaching materials besides books.

Abstract

This practical work was carried out to develop the extent of the marketing mix (promotion mix) at Dream Max Cleaning Shoes, namely in terms of Advertising, Direct Marketing, and Sales Promotion. This practical work was carried out to find out how to advance the marketing mix strategy. The problem in this activity is how Dream Max can increase the profit of selling its services and also expand the target market to increase brand awareness which aims to introduce the services it has. This activity is classified as field research using data collection techniques using primary and secondary data that have been collected through direct interviews, observation, documentation, and by collecting various references through websites and related journals. Using the discussion method, namely the qualitative descriptive analysis method, is the writing of data by separating the data that has been collected so far by grouping the data and being able to present it in a paper on the basis of existing theories and data that has been collected and is in accordance with the facts and facts. -fact. From the results that have been implemented through Instagram advertising, banners, loyalty cards, and feedback telemarketing using the WhatsApp application, it has increased insight impressions that are very high than before and succeeded in increasing revenue and also succeeded in expanding its target market. The results that can be taken from this practical work activity are the promotion mix strategy is very important for the sustainability of Dream Max Cleaning Shoes so that they can continue to provide the best services in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an accounting recording and financial reporting system to reflect the actual business conditions for Aneka Pancing Store. So far, owner has only done manual accounting records in books where the owner faces difficulties in determining right profit or loss. Beside that, manual recording activities take a lot of time and it is difficult to track old data. This research will be start by observing and interviewing the person concerned to analyze the operational activities and existing problems deeply. Next, the author will carry out the implementation and evaluation process. The authors will design an accounting record system using the Microsoft Access program. The system is designed as starting from the user recording daily transactions which will become a database where the database will automatically generate financial reports. The financial reporting system is expected to assist in accurate and more efficient recording of operational activities. Hence the results of the financial statements are in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Abstract

Toko Susi Sport adalah sebuah usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan sepatu impor. Toko Susi Sport belum memiliki pencatatan yang akurat dan efisien. Susi Sport melakukan pencatatan manual di buku dan terkadang melalui microsoft excel. Sistem pencatatan Toko Susi Sport saat ini masih sangat berantakan serta kurang efektif dan efisien karena tidak dapat secara otomatis menghasilkan laporan keuangan. Cara pencatatan tersebut juga menimbulkan kesulitan dalam memeriksa jumlah persediaan yang tersisa. Pada program PKM ini, dirancang sebuah sistem pencatatan terkomputerisasi dengan tujuan agar pencatatan laporan keuangan dapat dilakukan secara efektif, efisien, teratur, dan rapi yaitu agar dapat mempermudah pemilik Toko Susi Sport untuk memantau kondisi usaha yang sedang dijalankan serta dapat mengetahui perkembangan perusahaan secara finansial dengan membandingkan posisi keuangan masa kini terhadap periode sebelumnya. Jumlah sisa persediaan serta kenaikan atau penurunan laba juga akan terlihat lebih rinci dan jelas. Awal mula teknik pengumpulan data dimulai dari tahap persiapan yang berupa survei terhadap beberapa UMKM yang dapat dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian. Setelah mendapatkan UMKM yang cocok, maka tahap selanjutnya akan dijalankan yaitu tahap pengenalan dan pendekatan terhadap pemilik usaha. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu tahap pelaksanaan, yang dimana akan dilakukan teknik wawancara serta observasi untuk mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan dalam rangka untuk menyelesaikan proyek ini. Perancangan sistem ini dimulai dari penginputan form jurnal, form stok keluar, dan form stok masuk. Luaran dari program ini yakni sistem akuntansi terkomputerisasi, laporan posisi keuangan, laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan modal, laporan sisa persediaan, buku besar, neraca saldo dan jurnal umum. Diharapkan PKM selanjutnya dapat merancang sistem penjualan untuk para pelanggan grosiran atau reseller yang belum dimiliki pada sistem yang telah dihasilkan pada PKM ini.

Abstract

Today's teaching is not the same as the one that people did several decades ago. Several decades ago, people used blackboards and textbooks in the classroom. But nowadays, people use digital technologies in teaching and learning activities. This study aims to develop project-based learning for Narrative text by using Wattpad. This research uses Research and Development (RnD) method. The first step is collecting data through questionnaire and interview. The result showed that students had high expectations towards ICT use in English Language Learning, where 42,4% of students hoped that digital-based learning media would be used more often in the learning process. Thus, the author will design teaching material and assessments that is integrated with ICT (Information and Communication Technology). During the progress of making the output, the author will consult with the lecturer to design a more optimal and effective output. The output will be implemented in the partner school on the second week of January 2023.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilaksanakan oleh penulis kepada Kedai Kopi Santaria dengan tujuan yakni membantu pemilik usaha santaria untuk mengetahui dan meringankan permasalahan yang sedang terjadi, memberikan solusi terbaik dengan merancang dan menerapkan sebuah strategi bauran promosi serta memperkenal luas Kedai Kopi Santaria kepada masyarakat yang berlokasi di kota Batam dengan menggunakan sistem promosi yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan kurang lebih selama 3 bulan yang dimulai dari bulan Oktober 2020 hingga Januari 2021. Dalam program pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, penulis membutuhkan beberapa data sebagai acuan dengan melalui metode pengamatan, wawancara, perancangan strategi yang sudah disepakati dan penerapan untuk mendukung serta menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Temuan dari hasil pengumpulan data sangat bermanfaat dalam proses perancangan luaran proyek. Output dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa pemasaran digital untuk mempromosikan penjualan usaha Santaria melalui akun sosial media Instagram, merancang dan membagikan brosur kepada masyarakat di kota Batam serta mengadakan endorsement terhadap pihak yang biasanya mereview berbagai jenis makanan dan minuman. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah Santaria menerapkan strategi yang dirancang penulis yakni telah mampu meningkatkan pendapatan penjualan dan bertambahnya jumlah pelanggan baru melalui media sosial yang telah dibuat. Setelah penerapan ini selesai dan berhasil, penulis menyarankan kepada pemilik usaha Santaria untuk terus dapat menerapkan strategi ini secara konsisten dan terus memperbaharui strategi promosi yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide further explanation regarding the urgence of renewing Company Regulations according to Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all sectors were affected and many struggle to survive. Considering that in Indonesia there have been many regulations that have been made, therefore, there is often overlap between regulations which then creates a conflict of authority between one institution and another. These factors then strengthen the reasons for the ratification of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation which also known as Omnibus Law, even when it has received a lot of criticism from various parties. Every company engaged in the trade of services and/or goods, in the realization of its management and daily activities related to employment, definitely requires a company regulation in accordance with applicable regulations and is obeyed by all employees in order for the company to run well. Based on the principle of lex posterior derograt legi priori, where the interpretation of the new law overrides the old law. In this case, the current labor regulation is Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, while the old law is Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. In carrying out Community Engagement Project, the author conducts interviews with partner’s representatives and observes partner’s location. The output target of this activity is to assist partners in the preparation of legal document. The revised Company Regulation is then submitted to partners. Furthermore, the author provides an explanation of the contents of the clauses from the output of the activity, so that there are no misunderstandings or misunderstandings from the partners. And then the output of this activity will be directly implemented and used as a guide for partners in running their business.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada Kantor Hukum/Law Office Andris & Partners bermaksud untuk melakukan kegiatan pengamatan serta pencarian solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi sehingga penulis dapat berkontribusi dalam menunjang kegiatan usaha Kantor Hukum A & P. Permasalahan yang cukup kasatmata pada Kantor Hukum A & P ialah kesulitan dalam menjelaskan alur prosedur penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial (PHI) kepada klien mengingat kompleksitas prosedur penyelesaian PHI yang akan sulit dipahami oleh masyarakat awam. Oleh karena itu, tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah untuk melakukan perancangan Standar Operasional Prosedur guna menjelaskan alur penyelesaian PHI secara sistematis yang akan diterapkan pada Kantor Hukum A & P sehingga Advokat pada Kantor Hukum A & P dapat dengan mudah menjelaskan prosedur penyelesaian PHI cukup menggunakan SOP yang dirancang penulis. Metode penelitian hukum yang digunakan pada laporan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah penelitian hukum empiris (Emprical Law Research). Penelitian hukum empiris mengacu pada pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan dan wawancara sehingga dapat menyaksikan implementasi ketentuan hukum secara nyata. Oleh karena itu, penelitian hukum empiris merupakan metode penelitian yang paling sesuai untuk diterapkan dalam laporan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yang mana perancangan SOP yang dilakukan penulis, disusun secara teknis sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum positif Indonesia, terutama pada Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2004 tentang Penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial. Output atau luaran proyek memberikan arahan terhadap penyelesaian PHI secara terstruktur, dimulai dengan penyelesaian PHI melalui perundingan bipartit, perundingan tripartit, hingga penyelesaian PHI melalui Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial yang telah sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2004 tentang Penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial bersamaan dengan peraturan perundangan-undangan lain yang berkaitan.

Abstract

Manajemen risiko kecelakaan kerja merupakan upaya dimana pelaksanaannya memiliki tujuan untuk meminimalisir, mencegah serta mengatasi insiden kecelakaan kerja. Kecelakaan kerja dapat terjadi dimanapun dengan risiko serta pengendalian yang berbeda. Ada 114.148 kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia pada 2018 dan 77.295 pada 2019. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji bentuk manajemen risiko kecelakaan akibat bekerja di Proyek Total Tyra Location TEG pada PT. Mc Dermot Indonesia. Hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa manajemen risiko yang diterapkan oleh PT. Mc Dermot Indonesia telah memenuhi standar pelaksanaan sesuai ISO 9002 dan risiko kecelakaan kerja yang sering terjadi pada proyek konstruksi Total Tyra Location TEG adalah terjepit /titik jepit.

Abstract

Abstract This activity aims to create an accounting system to help micro-business entrepreneurs on accounting records and financial reports which reflect the business situation. The object of this activity is Toko Asean Motor, which still uses manual records, instead of a system which can lead to human error, and also not having a good financial report. The method that will be applied in this research begin with conducting surveys and interviews at business locations. Next, designing an accounting system according to the needs of the business. Before designing, observations or discussions will be carried out with the person in charge to determine the operational cycle of the business. Next, the implementation stage will be carried out and the last step is for the business party to provide an assessment of whether the system that has been designed is sufficiently helpful or not. This activity results in an accounting system designed in Microsoft Access program so that entrepreneurs can easily do the records such as sales, purchases of inventory, supplies and others operational records and the system can automatically create financial reports such as profit and loss, changes in equity, statements of financial position. This system can also improve business flow to a more efficient and effective business operation and this system can be useful for this business as a basis for decision making.
