Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Program Kreativitas Penulis (PKM) yang dilakukan adalah merancang sebuah sistem akuntansi yang akan diterapkan pada salah satu UMKM yang berlokasi di Batam yaitu Toko JJ Premium case. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM ini adalah belum memiliki sebuah sistem keuangan yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, tujuan PKM ini adalah membantu pemilik untuk merancang sebuah sistem keuangan yang dapat mencerminkan kondisi usaha pada saat ini dengan menggunakan aplikasi microsoft office access 2016. Informasi-informasi mengenai toko ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara sehingga dapat membentuk sebuah sistem keuangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi usaha ini. Pemilik toko dapat memahami cara kerja sistem sehingga pencatatan informasi akuntansi terkomputerisasi dan pemilik dapat mengakses laporan keuangan secara langsung.

Abstract

The spread of the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in early 2020 caused the education sector to carry out its online teaching and learning process. This indirectly creates a challenge for SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang which results in SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang being unable to deliver materials effectively to their students due to space and time limitations in the process of designing teaching materials so that digital teaching materials are made to support the learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang. The preparation of the material is obtained from financial accounting e-books and website references. The teaching materials made are in the form of modules, powerpoints, and learning videos based on Core Competencies and Basic Competencies (KIKD). The teaching materials that will be implemented in the coming semester are expected to help teachers and students at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang increase their effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out the online teaching and learning process. The recommendation for the next project is to be more variated by adding animated videos with more relavant information that still within the scope.

Abstract

The provision of legal education from an early age as a supporter in realizing literacy awareness in order to achieve shared welfare is a very important forum to be developed. Children who are assets of the nation also do not escape the attention of a country with the establishment of a regulation in IndonesiaLaw Number 35 of 2014 changes to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection as an umbrella that protects a child's activities before the law. According to data released by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, which was inputted through the Online Information System for the Protection of Women and Children (SIMFONI PPA), there were 3,314 cases of violence against children with a total of 3,683 children victims in the vulnerable period during January. -June 2021, this is of course very unfortunate with the presence of a law that has not given maximum results, so we are invited to first understand and understand the values ​​contained in a statutory regulation.

Abstract

Perkembangan masa membawa banyak perubahan industri dan kehidupan sosial yang telah membaur dengan teknologi. Tidak dapat dipungkiri teknologi mulai mendominasi hampir seluruh pelaksanaan kegiatan UMKM, khususnya terkait pada sistem pencatatan keuangan UMKM yang cenderung manual atau bahkan tidak adanya pencatatan. Fakta ini menjadi landasan pelaksanaan kerja praktik di Rivico Studio Photo untuk merancang sistem pencatatan akuntansi dan pengendalian internalnya. Kerja praktik berlangsung sejak bulan Agustus sampai dengan Desember 2020. Sistem pengendalian internal dibuat dalam bentuk rekomendasi perbaikan alur transaksi sedangkan sistem pencatatan akuntansi menggunakan program Microsoft Office Access dengan output akhir berupa laporan keuangan. Adapun tahap simulasi, implementasi, dan evaluasi yang dilakukan untuk memastikan sistem dapat berjalan tanpa kendala. Keberadaan sistem diharapkan dapat memudahkan dalam mendapatkan informasi operasionalnya.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah perancangan sistem bauran promosi dengan menerapkan promotion mix sebagai media atau wadah bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan. Sistem promosi ini dapat membantu UMKM dalam meningkatkan omset dan operasional usaha. Objek yang dipilih untuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Cafe Coffee Connect. Cafe ini terletak di Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Coffee Connect memulai bisnis dengan strategi promosi yang tidak terstruktur dengan baik. Promosi yang dilakukan oleh Coffee Connect hanya melalui Word of Mouth dan postingan instagram. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang tertera maka sistem bauran promosi yang telah penulis rancang meliputi menciptakan sistem penjualan online, membuat katalog produk secara online dan media promosi seperti instagram & facebook secara profesional. Setelah dilakukan proses implementasi dapat diketahui bahwa strategi bauran promosi yang dirancang oleh penulis telah berjalan dengan baik dan mampu meningkatkan penjualan hingga 10-15 persen.

Abstract

In making a brand, it must have a different characteristic from the other so the product that listed will be easier to recognize. From the results of observation, that LAUNDRY COST is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Tanjungpinang city that haven’t registered the brand. So this community services (PkM) is for provide a legal protection of brand rights from the country for the applicant. There are 3 method for this implementation, such as: pre implementation, implementation stage, and the last stage is evaluation. The result of this community services (PkM) is that business owner know about the risk of not registering the brand and the importance of brand protection. MSME actors also get a receipt for the registration brand of LAUNDRY COST from DJKI website.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penyusunan modul pembelajaran akuntansi dagang & manufaktur yang inovatif dan membantu pendidik dalam penerapan sistem belajar mengajar secara online. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini memanfaatkan observasi dan wawancara jarak jauh, karena kondisi dan situasi pandemi saat ini dengan waktu yang masih belum bisa dipastikan. Pemilihan sampel dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan secara acak dan didapatkan kelas 11 semester genap di SMKN 1 Tanjungpinang. Metode yang dimanfaatkan terdiri dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, penilaian, dan pelaporan. Materi sesuai kompentensi dasar yang diberikan oleh pendidik di SMKN 1 Tanjungpinang dan kemudian dikembangkan ke dalam sebuah modul dan dirangkum kedalam lembar presentasi serta beberapa latihan soal yang telah disiapkan pada akhir materi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana penyusunan modul pembelajaran dan bahan presentasi materi sangat membantu pendidik dalam proses belajar mengajar jarak jauh, serta memudahkan siswa mengerti akan materi yang disampaikan secara online

Abstract

During the process of working on this activity that had been approved, the practicioner realized that so far the owners of the Martabak Bangka Sungai Liat SME had only promoted their SME through manual method, which is from mouth to mouth. Therefore the practicioner concluded that the owner of the Martabak Bangka Sungai Liat SME doesn't yet have a social media account to promote their business. In this activity report, practicioner use social media promotion methods to help introduce Martabak Bangka Sungai Liat SME to wider community. The results of the project were shown in the form of Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp Business social media accounts. The outputs produced by the practicioner through working on this activity report have been received and used by the owner of the Martabak Bangka Sungai Liat SME.

Abstract

The development of technology makes e-marketing technology become an important marketing strategy because it is able to reach a wide community network. Moreover, brand awareness is also very important for any business because it is not only invites consumers to buy for the first time, but also makes consumers continue to buy the brands we have and if they are satisfied, they will most likely promote to other people about our brand and also it can survive and to be more advance for our business. The design of e-marketing and brand awareness in this study deals with micro, small and medium enterprises, namely Natasyia Collection store. The problem is there is no brand awareness yet and also still used the conventional marketing. But after the implementation activities, Natasyia Collection Store was able to reach a wider range of consumers and increased sales turnover for the last 3 months by marketing through social media, namely Instagram and Facebook and e-commerce, namely Tokopedia, making promotional videos, Linktree, e-content marketing and an interesting e-catalog. In addition, the creation of brand awareness by making brand logos, banners, clothes tags, thank you card and an interesting packaging. This research is a qualitative research using case studies. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. In further research, it can develop marketing through social media and other e-commerce such as Whatsapp Bussiness, Tiktok, Shopee, Bukalapak and Lazada and can develop brand awareness with promotions that are even more interesting than the previous ones.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the inventory management strategy implemented by Angel Collection SMEs in 2021 using the EOQ and ROP methods. The results of data analysis are used to determine the optimal number of orders with the aim of minimizing storage costs consisting of ordering costs and storage costs. The results showed that in September 2020 there were 13 product reorders, in January 2021 as many as 17 products, in June as many as 14 products which is not too much compared to January, and in December as many as 41 products which is the highest number of orders. for 12 months. In the eoq report listed, December 2021 is the most frequent month in which shop owners place orders for reorders due to high demand with a total of 41 products that will be reordered.
