Conference on Community Engagement Project (Concept)
Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Job Training Program is designed as a form of learning that is integrated with the implementation of academic collaboration for community service. The form of cooperation is carried out in the form of assistance in providing solutions, creating certain innovations and technologies in a comprehensive and sustainable manner. By looking at the needs of several companies in hiring foreign employees to support the running of their companies and with the complexity of the main requirements in hiring expatriate, which is to have a Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS) which causes the company to have difficulty in the process of hiring foreign employees, the author decided to provide assistance in the form of the process of extending the Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS) document. Another problem that is also faced is the change of employees who take responsibility for carrying out each renewal process every year which leads to confusion experienced by personnel (Department of Human Resources) motivating the author to solve this problem by making a manual as a guide for personnel to carry out the process of extending the Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS). The extension process will be carried out by completing the requirements through the government's official website which will then be ratified after going through the approval and payment process in three stages starting from RPTKA, Notification to the Immigration stage. The entire filling process will be documented so that a manual can be made at the end of the Job Training Program.

Munculnya virus Covid-19 yang tiba-tiba menyerang hampir seluruh belahan dunia ini, membuat kita manusia yang biasanya menjalani kehidupan normal menjadi tidak normal. Seperti misalnya ketika kita bekerja, kita biasa pergi ke kantor untukm berkerja, namun dengan adanya Covid-19 ini pemerintah menerapkan sistem PSBB yang membuat sistem bekerja menjadi WFH (Work From Home). Sama juga dengan sistem pendidikan di Indonesia, yang awalnya siswa pergi kesekolah untuk belajar dan bersosialisasi di sekolah dengan teman-teman, dikarenakan kebijakan pemerintah mengenai lock down untuk menekan penyebaran virus ini, maka sekolah pun harus menerapkan sistem belajar-mengajar jarak jauh. Hal ini menimbulkan ketidaksiapan dari pihak sekolah maupun dari pihak siswa. Oleh karena itu tujuan kami dalam melalukan kerja praktek ini adalah membantu pihak sekolah dalam membuat bahan ajar yang menarik agar dapat membantu siswa lebih memahami materi yang diajarkan oleh guru dengan bantuan PPT dan video penjelasan, dari masalah diatas maka tema dari kerja prakitk ini adalah “Pembuatan Bahan Ajar Daring pada SMK Permata Harapan”.

Bintang Lima Jaya Mandiri is a micro entrepreneur engaged in the furniture trade. This business has been operating for almost 10 years. This business still uses a simple organizational structure. The operational activities are only carried out by the owner and one employee. In addition, the financial recording of this business still uses the manual version which is recorded in the book. This condition can be known after conducting visits and interviews with business owners. This activity aims to apply accounting knowledge that has been learned during college to daily activities. In addition, this activity also aims to help micro-entrepreneurs to make accurate and correct financial reports that reflect the actual financial condition of their businesses. Not only in the accounting recording system, this activity also aims to clarify the internal controls on the CV. Bintang Lima Jaya Mandiri. In this activity, an accounting recording program will be designed using Microsoft Access so that business owners can easily make financial records and the system will run automatically and will provide the financial reports that are more accurate and efficient.

Internship taken by researcher has started from 30 May 2019 until 30 October 2019. The results shows that performance appraisal play an important role toward company’s decision making process. Method used in this internship include interviews, field observations, designing sytem and implementating the Website Online Sytem through company. The sytem implemented based on employee performance appraisal in rating scale that has been standardize. Thus, company responsible at any decisions making that related to employee performace appraisal. Benchmark aspects of company performance appraisal that implemented including: honesty, hardworking, disciplines, neatness, friendliness and many more. This performance appraisal system take advantages that helps company for easier decision appraisal to employee performance with clear standard and benchmark.

This social dedication aims to create an accounting record system for Jewel Journey Auto Wash or JJ Auto Wash that can be implemented in business operations. JJ Auto Wash is a service business that has been running for 1.5 years. Based on the information obtained, JJ Auto Wash has problems in the recording system and the preparation of business financial reports. Instead of accounting recording system JJ Auto Wash still uses manual method to record transaction occured in a notebook. The method that will be applied in this research is the waterfall method which begins with analyzing, designing the system, testing and implementing the system. The result of this study is an accounting record system developed using Microsoft Access which can record and print financial reports for a certain period for JJ Auto Wash. Hopefully JJ Auto Wash will keep using this recording system, in order to produce better financial reports. Hopefully in the future, the dedication is able to engaged more sectors such as trade dan manufacturing.

Kara Guest House adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa perhotelan, Kara Guest House terletak di posisi yang strategis yaitu berada di Kara Industrial park, Batam , tujuan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat selama tiga bulan ini adalah membantu pihak Kara Guest House dalam masalah yang menyangkut perihal penanaman modal pada badan usaha tersebut. Saat ini Kara Guest House sedang berusaha mencari investor untuk kepentingan ekspansi bisnis dari Perseroan. Pada tahap perancangan ini peneliti melakukan observasi serta wawacara dengan manajer Kara Guest House dan pengusaha lain dikota batam yang juga melakukan investasi, Adapunn kemudian yang menjadi dari objek penelitian peneliti adalah masalah penanaman modal, dan untuk implementasi adalah dengan menghasilkan suatu perjanjian kerjasama investasi dan skema penyelesaian masalah. Selama proses perancangan peneliti menemui beberapa fakta dimana masih kurangya pemahaman pihak mengenai pentingnya suatu perjanjian, maka dalam masa Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini peneliti membantu pihak Kara Guest House untuk dapat lebih mengerti lagi tentang penanaman modal, dan hasil dari perjanjian ini akan bisa digunakan apabila ada calon investor yang akan menanamkan modal dan juga membantu menjelasakan bagaimana skema penyelesainan masalah apabila terjadi suatu sengketa mengenai penyertaan modal pada Kara Guest House dikemudian hari.

Alcoffee Co-working Space opened for the first time in Batam on April 1, 2021. Alcoffee Coworking Space is a cafe engaged in the culinary coffee field located on Jalan Harbor bay, Batam. Compensation and benefit factors are still the main factors causing employee job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction is a condition that determines the company's success in achieving its goals. This compensation and benefits can be given to employees in the form of bonuses that can improve work performance; therefore, the method applied to the Alcoffee Co-working Space is to distribute questionnaires as data collection and observation methods by visiting. From these results, sound quality can be developed with innovations that will be provided and improve employee performance.

Since Covid-19 happened, there has been a temporary closure of educational institutions as an effort to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. Implementation of learning and teaching takes place online. Online learning activities using digital technology, then the teacher teaching system required to be more creative like make learning materials in PowerPoint and module. Practical work methods is using interviews and observations. Design and arrangement materials in PowerPoint and module based on the syllabus and “Kompetensi Inti dan Kompetensi Dasar” (KIKD) financial accounting lessons. The results of the materials that has been made in the module and PowerPoint can make it easier for teachers when teaching online and for students to learn. Expected the module and PowerPoint there will be a change for the better for adjustment of conditions in the next learning period.

The development era that’s increasing rapidly in our country gives positive impact on society, where many people have established Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurship (MSMEs) as a form of community effort to sustain life. However, the number of MSMEs in Indonesia, not all of them have business legality. Basically a business license is a form of approval and permit issued by the competent authority. This form of business license is very important to build up consumer trust to the products that are sold by SME traders, this also makes MSME traders honest about their Products information and ingredient. The implementation of this PkM in collaboration with Dapur Si Kiting and Natan Snack. Both of them hadn’t been registered as a legal SMES. The method used in the implementation of PkM is to provide assistance to partners in registering business legality through the OSS Website. The results obtained from the implementation of this PkM are the successful registration of business legality, as well as obtaining anoutput in the form of a Business Identification Number (NIB). The author hopes that the next PkM implementation can develop this PkM topic

Justified the implementation of internships at ASABRI companies is carried out to analyze problems that occur in companies engaged in this insurance sector, especially in terms of implementing digitalization. The method used in collecting information is by observing and interviewing ASABRI employees directly by visiting the ASABRI office. Problems were found, namely, ASABRI participants often lacked in fulfilling the requirements because they did not get optimal information and it was difficult to access information about claims because they had to come to ASABRI's office. because this is often an obstacle, therefore it is designed to use the platform as a container to accommodate all information related to insurance claims. there are many free websites that can be used as media and in this project linktree was chosen as the media, this project was named the ASABRI information service portal. With the creation of this portal, it is hoped that the company will continue to innovate which can facilitate the continuity of activities that occur within the company.
