Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

PT Artagas Primandiri adalah satu diantara badan usaha yang berbentuk badan hukum dan menjalankan kegiatan usaha di bidang distributor/supplier produk Liquefied petroleum Gas kemasan 5.5, 12, 50 Kg dan bulk industrial dari PT Pertamina (Persero). Terhadap pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk dapat menganalisa dan memecahkan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh Perusaahaan sehingga potensi permasalahan yang membawa kerugian bagi perusahaan dikemudian hari dapat diperkecil melalui output yang akan dihasilkan dari penelitian ini. Adapun kemudian bahwasanya permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh Perusahaan adalah tidak adanys suatu perjanjian kerjasama dagang yang memuat akan hak dan kewajiban antara Perusahaan dengan konsumen-konsumennya, hal tersebut lantas membuat konsumen Perusahaan lalai melaksanakan kewajibannya dalam hal pembayaran utang dagang kepada Perusahaan dan berimbas pada pelebaran jumlah nilai piutang dagang yang belum terbayarkan yang tentunya akan menjadi sebuah permasalahan berat bagi Perusahaan jika tidak segera diselesaikan. Mengenai perihal masa waktu yang dilewati dalam proses pengerjaan proyek Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini memakan waktu 3 bulan yang dimulai pada bulan Mei tepatnya pada tanggal 2 Mei sampai dengan tanggal 31 Juli 2020, adapun tahap yang dilewati terbagi kedalam tahap persiapan berupa pelaksanaan survei dan pengajuan terhadap lokasi Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, yang dilanjutkan dengan tahap kedua kedua berupa pengkajian terhadap data dan penyusunan terhadap data-data yang ada kedalam suatu bentuk laporan tertulis, yang diakhri dengan tahap ketiga berupa penyerahan laporan kepada Dosen pembimbing untuk dilakukan ulasan dan perbaikan terhadap laporan dari kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Pengerjaan proyek Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat oleh Penulis ini telah berhasil melahirkan luaran proyek berupa perjanjian kerjasama dagang antara PT Artagas Primandiri dengan konsumen yang terdiri dari badan usaha berbadan hukum hingga rumah tangga dan perorangan, yang dimana terhadap perjanjian tersebut memuat mengenai ketentuan umum, ketentuan mengenai hak dan kewajiban Para Pihak terkait dan ketentuan-ketentuan lainnya.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations made by researchers, Popcorn is generally still rarely found, especially in the Batam city area, where most UMKM or street vendors prefer to sell fried snacks and the like. Foods or snacks that contain a lot of oil are not very good for health. This research focuses on the snack food business that sells various flavors of popcorn. The name of this business is Corzen Popcorn. The presence of Corzen Popcorn is to have a good impact on people who really like light food but are free from oily food. Sales in this business are carried out through social media, namely Instagram and Facebook. Operational activities carried out by Corzen Popcorn are producing and selling products from Corzen Popcorn, namely popcorn with various flavors.

Abstract

The author conducted work practices at the Wash House Laundry from August 2020 to December 2020 with the aim of designing a manual or computer-based accounting recording system using microsoft access. Due to the obstacles that arise in the Wash House Laundry, it is still not recording transactions in detail using an accounting recording system that is in accordance with financial accounting standards, but only records cash receipts and disbursements of laundry manually based on collected notes. So that the profit and loss generated by Wash House Laundry is only based on the calculation of cash receipts and disbursements on a daily basis. The solution that the author can offer is to design and implement a structured accounting recording system that is in accordance with applicable financial accounting standards. As well as accompanying supervisors to improve their understanding and ability to practice the accounting recording system.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to design an accounting record-keeping system for Toys Garden Store owner. The Toys Garden store has been operating for four years but does not yet have accurate and efficient Microsoft Office Access record keeping. Toys Garden stores only have a manual recording in the book, so the record-keeping is still considered quite messy. Manual accounting records will make it harder to track a company's cash flow because it can take a considerable amount of time to make financial statements each period. Over time, the use of the system will facilitate the preparation and creation of financial statements more efficiently and effectively without having to enter them manually. The author will design a financial system using the Microsoft Office Access accounting system to be able to manage the company's financial condition so that it can see expenses, revenues, and control all data that can affect the company's finances. The author will make a plan by the needs of the Toys Garden Store and create an account list form, customer list form, vendor list form, item list form, asset list form, purchase form, and sales form to present account list report, asset depreciation report, asset list report, income statement, statement of owner equity financial position, cash flow statement, purchase report, sales report, inventory report, payable report, receivable report, ledger report and after designing the system continued implementation of Toys Garden Store so that it knows the system can run properly and minimize errors. Thus, the design of the Microsoft Office Access accounting system can provide a positive relationship for toys garden stores because it has an inventory card that can help quickly check for bicycle supplies.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan informasi dalam era globalisasi saat ini diperlukan suatu terobosan yang dapat memudahkan perkembangan pengetahuan dan informasi. Tujuan melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membantu Toko Trendy dalam melakukan pencatatan akuntansi dan pelaporannya. Sebelumnya Toko Trendy tidak mempunyai sistem pencatatan yang memadai sehingga tidak bisa menghasilkan laporan yang handal. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Sistem pencatatan yang dirancang dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini berbasis Microsoft Access. Sistem ini dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan usaha yang dijalankan dan sistem ini dapat menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang handal. Sistem yang telah dirancang selesai akan diimplementasikan ke Toko Trendy dengan demikian Toko Trendy dapat menghasilkan laporan yang akurat. Rekomendasi atas perancangan sistem ini dapat diperbaharui sesuai perkembangan zaman yang terjadi pada masa depan, hal ini dilakukan agar dapat mengambil keputusan secara tepat.

Abstract

Every business basically has to be legally licensed. Not only for large-scale businesses, but also for micro, small and medium enterprises. To establish Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), entrepreneurs must have a license. The licensing that must be taken is adjusted to the types of MSMEs that you want to establish. The application for an industrial business license cannot be separated from the licensing system that applies in a government. The convoluted licensing system not only makes it difficult for applicants but also illustrates how badly the current system is. Licensing management using a bad system will have a negative impact both in administrative and technical terms. The purpose of this problem was raised into a writing, namely, to be able to provide an explanation and understanding of the importance of legal understanding for prospective entrepreneurs who want to make legality in Batam City because of the importance of an acknowledgment or legality from the Government in order to illustrate legal certainty. The benefits of having this activity carried out are, the author himself hopes that entrepreneurs in Batam City can understand the various ways in which the application process for making food MSME business permits online. This research is a legal research (juridical research) which has a method that is different from other research. The legal research method is a systematic way of conducting a research. The results of the output design are in the form of a Business License, NIB Letter (Business Registration Number) and Business Permit Attachments. Where in the business license it contains "the provisions of Article 31 of Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services.

Abstract

This study aims to provide digital teaching materials for financial accounting subjects. Due to the pandemic situation that getting worse, resulting in the issuance of a new policy for online learning so most schools are still in the process of switching their learning methods to online. The sample selection in this writing is SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang, focusing on financial accounting subjects in grade XII even semester. The method used in this writing includes observation, interviews, and documentation. The digital learning modules are prepared in accordance with the basic competencies used at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang and also adjust to the needs of the educator. The results of this writing are digital teaching materials in the form of modules, practice questions, and summaries that presented in Microsoft PowerPoint. The online learning method requires new teaching materials in digital form in order to facilitate the online learning process so that the results of the writing are expected to help teachers and students who are undergoing this new learning method.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan UMKM di Kota Batam. Mitra pada kegiatan ini yaitu Toko United Stationery yang saat ini sedang berfokus pada bidang online wholesale. Sebelumnya Toko United Stationery belum ada menerapkan pemasaran yang terstruktur. Pemasaran sebelumnya hanya dilakukan melalui mouth to mouth atau instagram secara sederhana. Maka pada kegiatan ini penulis akan membantu Toko United Stationery merancang sistem pemasaran digital yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Toko United Stationery yaitu facebook shop, facebook ads, instagram ads, google ads, e-brosur, dan e-katalog. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan pendidikan masyarakat. Hasil implementasi sistem pada kegiatan ini adalah Toko United Stationery sudah mampu mengimplementasi sistem pemasaran digital yang dirancang. Dari seluruh sistem yang diimplementasi, google ads merupakan sistem pemasaran yang paling efektif, kemudian selanjutnya adalah facebook shop dan instagram ads. Facebook ads merupakan sistem yang paling tidak efektif atau tidak berpengaruh dibanding sistem yang lain. Penulis merekomendasikan Toko United Stationery untuk kedepannya dapat mengimplementasi pemasaran digital dibanding pemasaran konvensional dan Toko United Stationery dapat mempertimbangkan pemasaran digital dengan google ads, facebook shop, dan instagram ads, terutama google ads.

This internship program aims to help the community. This program is a form of Community Service (PKM) in the form of assistance in trademark registration. PT. Fluorite Media Indonesia is a business engaged in photography and providing photo studio services. This business was founded in 2018. In opening a business in which there are competitors - other business competitors who have high competitiveness, legal protection there is a brand that is very necessary in protecting the brand so that there is no violation or imitation of unscrupulous irresponsible. Legal protection related to trademarks is regulated in Law No. 15 of 2001. The purpose of this trademark protection registration is to prevent plagiarism of the business mark. The data collection method in this Community Service (PKM) activity uses partner data collection methods, location information, details of trademark registration fees with trademark rights registration

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan untuk membantu instansi sekolah yaitu SMK Permata Harapan dalam menghadapi sistem pembelajaran baru yang ditetapkan pemerintah sejak muncul pandemi global. Sebelum melakukan pengabdian masyarakat ini, SMK Permata Harapan masih menggunakan metode tradisional seperti meeting online yang kemudian guru-guru terkait akan menjelaskan materi terkait selamat meeting online berjalan. Pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk menyusun bahan ajar yang lebih interaktif seperti memberikan bahan ajar dalam bentuk Power Point dan Video agar mudah diakses oleh siswa-siswi. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi berupa wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan simulasi. Penyusunan bahan ajar ini mempunyai luaran hasil dari aplikasi Power Point yang dikirim ke pihak sekolah via e-mail dan video Prezi yang diunggah ke situs Youtube. Selain bahan ajar, disusun juga latihan-latihan soal serta formulir-formulir yang dibutuhkan untuk dapat menyelesaikan materi. Pengabdian masyarakat kedepannya di rekomendasikan oleh pihak sekolah untuk dapat menyusun video animasi. Setelah dilakukannya implementasi penyusunan bahan ajar digital, siswa-siswi maupun guru-guru akan lebih mudah mengakses materi-materi yang sedang diajarkan. Bahan ajar yang disusun secara interaktif bertujuan untuk membangkitkan niat siswa-siswa untuk belajar lebih giat meskipun sistem pembelajaran sudah menggunakan sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh. Sekolah juga merekomendasikan pembuatan video animasi untuk menambah minat belajar siswa-siswi.
