Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Most Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) do not use accounting records in managing their business, due to a lack of knowledge and awareness in applying accounting records in their business. The application of a clear accounting system can help MSMEs to develop properly, and carry out their operations effectively and efficiently, helping MSMEs to make the best decisions. One example of MSMEs is Paud Zhen Xin & Bimbel which still uses the cash basis method of recording and only records its income in a book, so there is a need for a reliable accounting recording system to be able to create information about financial reports that are accurate, fast and relevant to make it easier for owners to make decisions. decisions related to company operations based on financial report data. Data collection uses interview and observation techniques with MSME owners in the period July to December 2022. System design uses Microsoft Access which is capable of inputting transactions such as cash receipts and disbursement transactions, and recording adjusting journals. This accounting system will display financial reports such as a statement of financial position, income statement, statement of changes in equity, reports on cash transactions, general ledger, and income statement per student.

Abstract

The business owner has been managing a selling wood business since 2001. By running a business for years, the owner has a lot of experience in the techiques of marketing products. As science advances and technology changes, there are many methods that shop owners can use to help increase their business. However, the owner of the UD Uni Timber still persisted with the old sales method, this situation caused the business that was started by the owner to lose in competition. The method used is designing a promotional program. The promotional mix that is applied is the implementation of advertisements, individual sales, and sales promotions. The results of the author’s implementation of the marketing mix at UD Uni Timber are creating Instagram account, personal selling and giving discounts for UD Uni Timber Customers.

Abstract

School is a place to get knowledge and knowledge from the subject matter given by the teacher. The pandemic that lasts for a long time has forced all people to practice social distancing. One of the areas that has been significantly affected is education because the teaching and learning process must be carried out online. Distance learning (online) can reduce productivity in the teaching and learning process due to limited facilities and available media. The purpose of this program is to support the completeness of materials or facilities in teaching so that it can be maximized. The methods that help the learning process, namely: modules, practice questions, powerpoints, and video explanations. The prepared teaching materials help school teachers in delivering material so that students can also better understand and understand the lessons to be conveyed by the school even though they are far away but can still maximize the learning process. As for other facilities or media, such as: online quizzes by using kahoot or the like so that they can be used as input for further service.

Abstract

Laporan Kerja Praktik yang dilaksanakan oleh penulis memiliki tujuan untuk CIMAMI JAGONYASNACK agar terdaftar dalam lembaga OSS dan mendapatkan NIB yang dapat digunakan untuk memperoleh perizinan usaha yang lain. Perizinan berusaha merupakan kewajiban dari CIMAMI JAGONYASNACK sebagai pelaku usaha agar dapat terdaftar dalam lebaga OSS dan memiliki NIB sebagimana yang dimaksud dalam Permen No.24/2018. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kerja praktik ini, dibagi menjadi 3 tahapan, Yakni: Tahap Persiapan, Tahap Pelaksanaan dan Tahap Penilaian serta Pelaporan. Di dalam tahap persiapan penulis mengajukan Proposal dan persiapan awal, dalam tahap pelaksanaan penulis melakukan rancangan dan melengkapi laporan. Hasil dari Kerja Praktik ini adalah terdaftanya CIMAMI JAGONYASNACK ke dalam lembaga OSS, dan kemudian memperoleh NIB dan IUMK

Abstract

During the fourth digital revolution, more people prefer online shopping. Therefore, the competition between online shops are very strong. A business is established with the aim of generating profit. In order to make a large amount of profit, the process requires skills, development of brand’s identity and good stakeholders inside the business. Common problem that faced by a lot of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) especially online based is the lack of skills and knowledge to make the business survive and cope through the trends that is forming on social media. Thrifted By Stev is a MSMEs based in Batam that is selling across social media as a medium for selling preloved bags founded in 2019 by Stefhanie. Thrifted By Stev is currently facing the common problem and needs to make a breakthrough. By joining the class from Young Entreprenur Academy, Thrifted by Stev can make a breakthrough and survives the digital revolution and expand its online based business.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahaan yang dialami oleh sekolah SMA Tunas Baru Jin Seung Batam sebagai mitra PKM. Masalah yang terjadi di SMA Tunas Baru Jin Seung adalah belum ada bahan ajar digital untuk pelajaran pengantar Akuntansi pada perusahaan Jasa yang mendukung pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi ini. Sekolah selama ini masih mengunakan buku untuk modul belajar saja, sehingga siswa sulit dalam memahami modul tanpa penjelasan dan bahan ajar yang lebih jelas. Berdasarkan permasalahaan itu maka dibuat bahan ajar pengantar Akuntansi untuk perusaahaan Jasa pada SMA Tunas Baru Jin Seung dalam bentuk modul digital dilengkapi dengan video penjelasan. Luaran dari PKM ini membantu mitra sekolah dalam melakukan pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

This community service program aims to design and implement a financial statement recording system at Toko Sinar Indah Jaya. Toko Sinar Indah Jaya's obstacle is using a manual and inefficient financial recording that consumes time and high risk of posting errors. The methods used in this project include interviews, observation, design and implementation. This community service program is carried out during September 2021 – December 2021. Implementing the financial reporting system has helped business strategies within financial control, and it is easy to obtain updated financial reports anytime. The recommendation for a further project is to develop a system for recording financial statements using a computerized system to produce more diverse and demanded financial reports

Abstract

Penerapan sistem pemasaran pada objek wisata budaya ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan memberikan informasi kepada wisatawan domestik dan wisatawan mancanegara mengenai objek wisata budaya dan religi yang ada di Kota Batam serta untuk membantu pengelola objek wisata dalam mempromosikan objek wisata. Hal ini dikarenakan saat ini masih sedikit informasi mengenai objek wisata budaya di Kota Batam. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk pengumpulan data dengan jangka waktu tiga bulan dari bulan September – Desember 2019. Yang menjadi objek pada kegiatan ini adalah pengelola objek wisata, mereka di wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai sejarah dan gambaran umum objek wisata. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan sistem pemasaran digital berupa website, instagram, dan juga video profil objek wisata budaya Kota Batam. Video profil objek wisata budaya Kota Batam yang tersedia dalam tiga bahasa, yaitu Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, dan Bahasa Mandarin yang bertujuan untuk menjangkau wisatawan mancanegara.

Abstract

A computer-based accounting system was designed for Toko Yanto in order to assist in inputting their everyday operational transactions. Before this system was made, Toko Yanto used manual bookkeeping as their accounting system. The activity was implemented from September to December 2022. The methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The accounting system is designed by using Microsoft Access. The implemented system can help business owner in avoiding inconsistency as well as human errors in recording their daily transactions. The system is also designed to display the output in the form of reports such as payables report, receivables report, stock report, purchase report, sales report, income statement, and statement of financial position. The result of the output presented can help business owner in their decision making for further business development. A recommendation for the future is to add other features that can make the system works even more efficiently and effectively.

Abstract

Toko Batam Filterindo is a business that is engaged in trading of sparepart for drinking water. Toko Batam Filterindo still does not have an accurate accounting recording system. The purpose of this work is hope that a system that has been designed by the author based on microsoft access can produce accurate financial reports and help make it easier for shop owners to record daily transactions. Therefore, the first thing the author did was to find the problems faced by shop owners and provide the right solutions to the shop owners. The method of implementation applied by the author in this work is training. The author conducts training for owners and employees on how to access the system that has been designed from the main page to how to monitor the financial reports available in the system. The output achieved in this work is designing accounting recording system based on microsoft access, in this system it can produce financial position reports, income statements, changes in equity reports, cash flow reports, inventory reports, general ledgers, and general journals. In addition to designing an accounting recording system, the author arrange guidebook to make it easier for owners in the process of using the system. The accounting recording system designed by the author hopes to improve the recording system at the Toko Batam Filteridno. Recommendations for future are designing a system that contains accounts payable reports, asset reports, tax reports and other reports that have not been designed in this system.
