Conference on Community Engagement Project (Concept)
Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Seoul Café is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which is engaged in the culinary field by serving Korean specialties such as tteobokki, bibimbap, kimbap and other snacks that are produced by themselves to suit the taste of the Indonesian tongue. Seoul cafe is located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta, Tanjungpinang and has been operating for 2 years. However, since the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an uncertain market demand for visitors to the Seoul Café, causing the human resources (HR) at the Seoul Café to be less organized, because as many as 40% of employees had to cut off employment due to the uncertainty of cafe visitors. The main goal that will be discussed in this practical work report is implementing cross functional training to increase the motivation for seoul café employees by creating a training module, the purpose of this training module is to improve workforce efficiency, performance quality, and better service to cafe customers and can be utilized as a learning knowledge, work attitudes in order to achieve certain work competencies. The module will be designed by using ADDIE model and will be handed over to related parties.

The rapid changes in various aspects that occur along with the development of time in the era of globalization in terms of running a business, encourage business people to continue to develop their business in order not to lose competitiveness with competitors. One of the ways used is digital marketing. CV Aneka Sejati, which is a supplier business where competition is very tight, has one drawback, namely that it has not implemented digital marketing which results in a lack of public attention to the marketing carried out by the company. In this study, data collection used 2 methods, namely observation and interviews to find out more clearly the problems faced by the company which took place from September 2022 to December 2022. The result of the implementation is the creation of a company Instagram account complete with content, feeds, videos and marketing posters which results in an increase in public awareness in the surrounding environment of the company as evidenced by the number of followers and likes obtained.

Practical work carried out gives the intention of applying the theory that has been learned and then implemented in order to serve the community. This practical work is expected to design an applicable recording system. The object of practical work leads to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the city of Batam. MSMEs that do not have accurate records or still use manual accounting records. The Samsung Excellent Partner store has been around for 6 years having problems producing effective and efficient reports. Faced the problem become the report to be presented inaccurately so that decision making can go wrong. The first step is to conduct business location visits and interviews with responsible person in order to gather detailed information. The next step is programming the accounting recording system through the Microsoft Office Access program. The resulting system must be capable of and in accordance with the Samsung Excellent Partner store so that existing obstacles can be overcome. The system results contain data compliance, transaction filling forms and reliable reports. The accounting recording system readiness will be implemented in front of the Samsung Excellent Partner store. The system that has passed the implementation is expected to be able to be applied in business activities. All reports presented by the system can facilitate all steps in enriching the Samsung Excellent Partner store business.

The author carries out practical work activities at the Star Light Store which is located in the Aviari Pratama Complex block A2 no 3, Batu Aji - Batam. The purpose of carrying out this practical work activity is to help Star Light Store owners in solving the problems faced, namely relatively few consumers who come to shop so that the authors implement a promotion mix strategy that can attract customer attention to make purchases so as to increase sales figures. The efforts made by the author in increasing sales can be by creating attractive promotions for Star Light Stores. The promotion carried out by the Star Light Store had an impact in terms of sales figures, the existence of Star Light Store was increasingly recognized by the wider community, and many customers came to shop. The implementation of this practical work activity resulted in a promotional mix consisting of digital marketing, promotion, advertising, promotion ads, and e-commerce which seeks to help Star Light Store owners who have low sales figures due to a large number of competitors and promotional methods used. so far only by word of mouth.

Every business requires an efficient and accurate accounting record system so that business owners can more easily find out the condition of business through financial reports that have been prepared using the recording system. This community service is carried out to support MSMEs who have difficulty in compiling an accounting record system. The MSMEs chosen for this service is the Kid's Kingdom Store, which is located at Nagoya Hill Mall, Batam. Kid's Kingdom Store has been operating for 10 years but does not have an efficient and accurate accounting record system. Kid's Kingdom Store uses a manual recording system and only records daily income. The research methods used in this service are observation, interviews, and documentation. This service is expected to help MSME owners to make financial reports such as income statements, statements of financial position, purchase reports, sales reports, and cash receipts reports. Recommendation for the future project is researcher can make a manual book for owner so that owner can recall how to use the system easily. Thank you for giving researcher to do this community service. Hope this activity can be helpful for community.

Elite Cellular merupakan sebuah toko seluler berlokasi di Panbil Mall Lantai Dasar No. 73, Muka Kuning, Batam, Indonesia. Toko Elite Cellular dipilih sebagai pihak untuk berkerja sama dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini. Toko tersebut belum mempunyai sebuah sistem informasi akuntansi yang baik untuk melakukan pencatatan transaksi usaha sehingga memenuhi kriteria untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan telah dijadikan sebagai dasar untuk perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi dengan menggunakan Microsoft Access yang dapat diimplementasikan pada usaha tersebut sehingga mampu membantu dalam melakukan pencatatan transaksi secara lengkap dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat. Laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan berupa laporan posisi keuangan, laporan laba rugi, buku besar, laporan persediaan, laporan hutang dan laporan piutang. Sistem informasi akuntansi yang dirancang juga mampu membantu pemilik usaha untuk mengetahui lebih banyak tentang kondisi keuangan usaha secara akurat dan mengambil keputusan yang tepat

There are no financial recording at Bentley Tyre Repair Shop. The Bentley repair shop also does not provide receipts for sales or revenue. To solve the problem, a computer based accounting system was created. The system was created using Microsoft access which produces financial reports in the form of inventory cards, profit or loss reports, purchase reports, income reports, sales reports, and statements of financial reports. The output would guide the repair shop in knowing their profit and inventory. System design is carried out according to the needs and requests of MSME owners, so that the system can be run easily and produces accurate information.

Tujuan dari kerja praktek ini yaitu menganalisis masalah-masalah yang terjadi di Cases. Masalah yang terjadi berupa masalah internal, eksternal serta membantu dalam pemasaran advertising. Oleh sebab itu, penulis mengambil langkah untuk membantu pemilik dalam memecahkan masalah yang sedang di alami dan meningkatkan target penjualan sebesar 15% disetiap bulannya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam laporan kerja praktek ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara terhadap pemilik. Hasil informasi yang di peroleh kemudian penulis menganalisis internal dan eksternal serta menerapkan system advertising. Luaran dari laporan kerja praktek ini adalah analisa SWOT dan sedikit tambahan dalam membuat strategi advertising yaitu facebook ads. Hasil system yang dirancang oleh penulis telah berhasil membuat kenaikan dalam interaksi di social media maupun peningkatkan sales. Diharapkan system yang telah dirancang oleh penulis dapat membantu pemilik dalam memberikan solusi untuk memecahkan masalah – masalah dan terus mengembangkan usaha dalam jangka panjang.

Rapid technological developments have brought changes, especially in the judiciary. Online case registration are using e-court services in which its services is issued by the Supreme Court in accordance with the provisions of Supreme Court Regulation Number 3 of 2018 Regarding of Cases Administration. The purpose of establishing an e-court is to realize the principles of justice in a simple, fast, and low-cost manner. Besides being able to do case registration online, e-courts are capable to summon litigants online get an up-front assessment of court fees directly, pay down-payment fees online by getting a SKUM (payment statement letter) and a Virtual Account Bank. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how to register a divorce lawsuit using e-court services within the Religious Courts and find out what obstacles occur when registering cases through e-court services. The implementation method used by the author is normative juridical with the identification of problems that occur in a comprehensive integrative manner, the data analysis used is qualitative analysis with secondary data studies. The results of this study will show how the procedure for registering cases through e-court services at the Religious Courts Batam Class 1-A

Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan khususnya Program Sarjana Arsitektur mendorong penyelenggaraan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah melakukan kegiatan mengajar anak-anak TK sebagai tutor, teman bermain, juga memberikan fasilitas belajar kepada anak-anak TK Hosannah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pola berpikir kreatif anak-anak sejak dini, dalam hal ini diwujudkan dengan menggunakan media warna dan seni yang bertemakan “Creative Thinking with Color : Fun Study with Color!”. Kegiatan ini memiliki sasaran utama anak-anak TK yang berumur 4 – 5 tahun, yang bersekolah di TK Hosannah. Melibatkan mahasiswa-mahasiswa dari Program Sarjana Arsitektur untuk menjadi tutor dan teman bermain anak-anak serta untuk pembuatan fasilitas belajar bagi anak-anak di TK Hosannah. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah berkembangnya pola berpikir anak-anak TK Hosannah menjadi lebih kreatif dan sikap cepat tanggap dalam berpikir terlebih mengenai warna. Mahasiswa Arsitektur yang mengikuti kegiatan semakin membina diri untuk berani tampil di depan banyak orang dan berkomunikasi dengan orang-orang dari berbagai usia. Selain berkembangnya pola berpikir anak-anak, mereka juga sangat menikmati kegiatan belajar sambil bermain bersama, dimana itu baik untuk mental anak-anak.
