Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

This technology is used in various fields that apply information technology, everyone can easily and quickly get new information. Using this technology as a tool that can process data so that product requests ordered by customers can be processed immediately without stock, and if the product is not available then Product Requests will be processed to the production department. Jobs related to information technology, the development of information technology is currently growing so rapidly, starting from industry, education, banking, shops, internet cafes and even households. In designing and developing PT. Astakona Anugerah Abadi the author uses the Extreme Programming (XP) method to facilitate design by dividing into four stages in the form of planning, design, coding and testing each of which is described in the results and discussion. The results of this study are in the form of conclusions and feedback from clients which are then set forth in the form of research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di perusahaan CV Asia Baru, Batam – Indonesia. Permasalahan yang diungkit disini ialah perusahaan yang sulit menemukan pelanggan baru. Sehingga pada penelitian ini penulis ingin memberikan inovasi baru agar perusahaan dapat mendapatkan pelanggan baru. Metode dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif, lebih tepatnya metode studi kasus yang dalam pengumpulan datanya mencakup observasi dan wawancara serta konsultasi dengan orang lain. Hasilnya perusahaan CV Asia Baru telah memiliki inovasi dalam mendapatkan pelanggan baru, yaitu dengan foto produk yang diekspos di instagram serta company profile. Adapun rekomendasi yang dapat penulis berikan ialah lebih sering beriklan agar mempermudah dalam mendapatkan pelanggan baru, sebab tanya jawab antara pelanggan dengan penjual merupakan hal umum dalam transaksi jual beli.

Abstract

Scrap (Gudang Pardede) is a business engaged in collecting used goods which will then be sold to recipient companies, but the author's focus on this service is on partner businesses in other fields, namely oil palm agriculture. The background of the problems faced by partners is an alleged unlawful act committed by their workers, in the form of embezzlement of harvest money, and others that result in losses to partners, where from the harvest the partners do not get the slightest result or profit, while the land is partner's. So the author believes that the work agreement is an alternative solution that partners can use to deal with problems like this, and of course also useful for partners in the future. The expected outputs from this community service activity are community service reports, service articles and draft work agreements. In this community service activity, the implementation method consists of four stages. The first stage is preparation where the researcher will conduct observations and interviews. The second stage is implementation where researchers will go directly to the field to carry out service activities. The third stage is assessment, and the fourth stage is reporting.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu mengatasi masalah yang terjadi di Boncake Gallery karena sejak berdirinya perusahaan ini hingga saat ini belum ada kontrak kerja yang dibuat oleh perusahaan dengan karyawan perusahaan sehingga seringkali karyawan dengan mudah meninggalkan pekerjaan yang telah dikerjakan tanpa pemberitahuan kepada perusahaan sehingga Boncake Gallery sering mengalami kerugian materi dan non material karena karyawan yang bekerja mengundurkan diri secara sepihak tanpa pemberitahuan yang dapat menyebabkan kegiatan operasional Boncake Gallery tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Sehingga Boncake Gallery harus mencari calon karyawan baru untuk penggantian yang disebabkan dari pengabaian pihak perusahaan yang tidak menerapkan kontrak kerja untuk mematuhi kedua belah pihak di perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh para peneliti selama kerja praktek di Boncake Gallery adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris yang terdiri dari tiga tahap penelitian, yaitu Tahap Persiapan, Tahap Implementasi dan Tahap Penilaian dan Pelaporan. Tahap implementasi adalah tahap penting karena penulis akan secara langsung melakukan pengamatan dan wawancara dengan Boncake Gallery untuk menemukan masalah yang ada sejauh ini dan mengumpulkan data sebagai dasar untuk analisis penulis sesuai dengan kebutuhan membuat kontrak kerja, merancang kontrak kerja dan menguji kesesuaian dan mengimplementasikan kontrak yang telah dirancang di Boncake Gallery. Output Proyek dihasilkan dalam bentuk kontrak kerja antara Boncake Gallery dan Karyawan yang berisi tugas dan tanggung jawab dari kedua belah pihak serta hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan untuk kepentingan para pihak. Hasil implementasi hasil proyek bertujuan untuk menekankan dan mengklarifikasi hak dan kewajiban dan meminimalkan munculnya masalah antara perusahaan dan karyawan karena tidak adanya kontrak kerja yang dibuat secara eksplisit dan untuk menciptakan rasa kekeluargaan dan hubungan yang harmonis.

Abstract

This activity is carried out to apply the accounting knowledge learned during college into daily business. In addition, this activity also aims to help micro business actors make accurate and correct books and financial reports to reflect the economic situation of the business. The object of this activity is CV Multi Metalindo, a company that has been operating for a long time but still uses semi-manual records in its books, and does not yet have good financial reports. This condition is known by visiting the place of business and also by interviewing. This activity resulted in accounting students designed in the Microsoft Access program so that entrepreneurs can easily make records and the system can automatically generate financial reports. This system can also improve business flow to more efficient and effective business operations.

Abstract

Author start the internship program towards Small Micro Medium Enterprises (SMME) First Hook Coffee Shop’s business in August 12th 2018. SMME is located at Perum Nusa Jaya Blok F No 11, Sungai Panas. This SMME belongs to Mr. Hendry, needs strategic to deal with other SMME. Author wants to help owner of First Hook Coffee Shop to improve the selling strategy by building new strategy in order to compete with other competitors. During implementing this practical work, author gather information to do background analysis of First Hook Coffee Shop. After analysis, author adopted a strategy to enable Mr. Hendry's business to compete and run better than before. The problem with the implementation of this strategy is the lack of preparation to run the strategy, therefore more time is needed to implement the strategy formulated by the author. The strategy is the SWOT matrix. Author thought that this is the best strategy to deal with new competitors in the current situation. Small Micro Medium Enterprises First Hook Coffee Shop implemented SWOT Matrix that thought and made by author. Author provide social media for First Hook Coffee Shop to owner so that he can up-to date about every promotions through Instagram and Go-Food, so that all of the customer will know any promotion that being made by First Hook Coffee Shop.

Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of life in various fields. One of the areas affected by the pandemic is education. One of the government's policies in dealing with the rapid spread of the virus is to require all schools to temporarily stop face-to-face learning until further announcements from the Government. With this government policy, it is necessary to change the learning methodology, which previously used face-to-face learning to be changed to online learning. This situation will be a challenge as well as an obstacle in the learning process, both from the side of teachers, students and parents.The purpose of this activity is to help SMKN 1 Tanjungpinang in implementing distance learning by arranging digital teaching materials, especially tax administration subjects for class XII semester I. The method applied in this activity is in the form of interviews about the obstacles faced and conducting an assessment of material sources based on Core Competencies and Basic Competencies (KIKD) which have been determined by the school. With the existence of KIKD, so as to facilitate the preparation of teaching materials that can be adapted to the educational needs of class XII SMK level.The outputs produced in this community service activity are in the form of learning modules, powerpoints (PPT) and learning videos that contain material about Corporate Income Tax and Personal Income Tax. The output of this activity has also been prepared based on the current tax regulations. The hope from the output of this activity is that teachers and students from SMKN 1 Tanjungpinang can gain knowledge of taxation that is currently in effect and can be used as a media to support online learning for SMKN 1 Tanjungpinang school.

Abstract

Toko Shine Lite yang berlokasi di Komplek Penuin Centre Blok Z Nomor 1-3, Lubuk Baja, Kota Batam menjadi tempat dilaksanakannya kerja praktek penulis. Toko Shine Lite adalah sebuah perusahaan perorangan yang bergerak dalam ritel lampu. Lampu yang dijual oleh Toko Shine Lite sendiri bermacam-macam, mulai dari lampu hias, lampu pakai dan lampu jalan. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, Toko Shine Lite tidak hanya menjual lampu, namun juga memberikan jasa pemasangan lampu terhadap konsumen yang membeli lampu dari tokonya. Berjalannya usaha Toko Shine Lite juga diiringi dengan kerjasama pekerja. Namun, selama usaha berlangsung, hubungan kerja yang terbentuk antara perusahaan dan pekerja hanya dinyatakan secara lisan melalui kesepakatan para pihak. Kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk mengisi sebuah kekosongan hukum berupa penerapan perjanjian kerja secara tertulis. Untuk mencapai tujuan yang dimaksud, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris pada penelitian ini. Hal ini sesuai dengan luaran penulis berupa perjanjian kerja yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan perusahaan. Tentunya, perjanjian kerja juga disesuaikan dengan ketentuan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku. Adapun pelaksanaan kerja praktek yang berdurasi kurang lebih tiga bulan ini berpedoman pada ketentuan hukum pada bidangnya, yakni Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Dengan adanya sebuah perjanjian kerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta ketentuan peraturan perundangan, maka akan terjamin suatu kepastian hukum antarpihak yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

In recent years we have been hit by the Covid-19 virus pandemic which has had a very big impact on all industries in the world, especially in the tourism industry. The purpose of this activity is to increase sales and increase tourism in the city of Batam especially to PT. Batam Indah Tour & Travel. due to the impact of the Covid-19 virus, which has caused many people not to dare to travel on vacation. This activity is carried out by making tourism posters to be published on social media such as Instagram. Thus the authors hope to help company owners to increase sales of holiday packages and increase Batam city tourism. The author collects data by visiting the company and conducting interviews or debriefings with the company owner.

Abstract

Ditengah Pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang melanda kehidupan masyarakat sangat mempengaruhi aktifitas disetiap kalangan masyarakat terutama didunia pendidikan. Pembelajaran yang pada mulanya dilakukan secara tatap muka beralih menjadi pembelajaran daring untuk mencegah terjadinya penyebaran Covid-19. Namun terdapat efek atau dampak yang dialami terhadap murid, guru, dan para orang tua. Masalah utama yang dirasakan dengan adanya kebijakan ini ialah pihak sekolah. Karena pihak sekolah juga harus bertanggung jawab penuh atas kelancaran dan proses pembelajaran setiap para murid. Untuk mendukung kelancaran proses pembelajaran Akuntansi Lembaga/Sektor Publik SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa, penulis melakukan penyusunan bahan ajar digital berupa modul pembelajaran yang berisi materi Akuntansi Lembaga/Sektor Publik. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dimulai dengan wawancara terhadap guru mata pelajaran yang terkait untuk memperoleh informasi dalam perancangan luaran. Adanya bahan ajar yang disusun diharapkan dapat membantu guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif. Hasil luaran yang dihasilkan berupa modul pembelajaran Akuntansi Lembaga/Sektor Publik. Karena penulis mengambil materi yang sangat terbatas, maka penulis menyarankan kepada PKM selanjutnya supaya dapat memperluas materi dan memperbanyak bahan yang akan dibahas.
