Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

This study reports on the application of an accounting system that has been made to the Nara car rental company. Data processing comes from observations, interviews and written and oral literature. The data is then analyzed to design an accounting-based system on Microsoft Access. The learning stages are carried out virtually through the zoom, whatsapp, power point applications and non-virtual learning is carried out 3 times a month at the company. After carrying out the observation, the researcher will focus on developing an accounting system and internal control at the Nara car rental company. So, when making financial reports the admin does not take a long time to make financial reports. Then, the owner will find it easier to see prospects regarding the state of the company.

Abstract

In the process of compiling digital teaching materials, the material explanation is adjusted to the syllabus provided by the school. Online media was often used as a learning activity before the Covid-19 pandemic. The discussion of the material is explained by the actual associated events where students can more easily learn the summary that has been designed on each material in the syllabus. Learning activities of students are very important in terms of assessment, the entry of graduates (freshgraduate) into the world of work is a problem for companies to recruit so that there are many unemployed people. Data collection techniques are using online media such as ebooks and the internet. The problem we face when evaluating teaching material data is the absence of partner responses to teaching materials that are ready to be sent. Online learning activities at home accompanied by teaching materials are very efficient where students can gain knowledge when facing a pandemic or review the material. In the future, digital technology is very useful, it is recommended for each school to be able to make a summary of the syllabus material related to the problems of the world of work.

Abstract

The purpose of this community dedication that was done by executor to Kaca Cipta Mandiri is increasing their customer by 10% and about 10% of minimum income by giving a solution and idea for the problems faced by the owner of business. The main problem faced by the owner is lack of knowledge incessantly by using social media and implement the digital marketing. Usually, the workshop only provides goods by direct selling and worth of mouth strategy so that the business hasn’t growing rapidly and public still don’t have any knowledge about the workshop. Data collection of practical work is using 2 methods, that is survey and interview to find out the business’s background and problems that the business is facing. And using observation method that was useful for concluding the problems and proving ideas using digital marketing using one of promotion mix, that is direct marketing. The media used are Instagram, Whatsapp Business, E-catalogue, and Linktree Website. The result of implementing digital marketing is the availability of social media accounts such as Instagram, Whatsapp Business, E-catalogue and Linktree Website under Kaca Cipta Mandiri’s business name. The implement done created selling record for up to 5% and selling income for about 5% based on inquires over whatsapp business and suggestion for the next student creativity program is the usage of digital marketing that is currently being implemented can be added with more the latest various marketing systems.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 pandemic throughout the world, including Indonesia has caused most of the daily activities to be replaced by an online system. This causes the urgency for MSMEs to implement business marketing through a digital system. This study aims to create and implement the best business strategy in this current digital era for AJF Collection which is based in Batam, Indonesia. The strategy for this business is to create an e-brochure and start implementing digital marketing by using Instagram as the social media platform. The project started from September 2021 and was carried out until December 2021. Results of the study shows that e-brochure and implementation of digital marketing through Instagram has increased the user’s brand awareness towards AJF Collection’s products, which hold an important key in the business customer database growth.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 telah menyebar luas di berbagai wilayah termasuk Indonesia. Hal ini sangat mempengaruhi mobilitas lingkungan masyarakat terutama di dunia pendidikan. Seluruh pengaturan aktivitas sekolah diahlihkan ke pembelajaran jarak jauh. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berawal dari pengamatan problematika sekolah yang mengalami kesukaran pada masa pandemi, diantaranya memberikan edukasi pembelajaran melalui media daring. Maka dari itu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat mengarah pada lingkungan sekolah. Mata pelajaran Praktikum Akuntansi pada Perusahaan Dagang dan Manufaktur menjadi materi yang direalisasi kegiatan ini. Perwujudan implementasi bahan ajar akan dilaksanakan di SMK Batam Business School. Informasi yang diperoleh melalui metode observasi, wawancara, serta studi literatur. Proses aktualisasi membuahkan hasil yakni pembentukan modul virtual dan video pembelajaran. Persepsi yang baik diperoleh karena kehadiran media pembelajaran tersebut berkontribusi dalam meringankan pekerjaan para guru dan membuat proses pembelajaran yang efisien. Partisipan selanjutnya yang mengambil kegiatan serupa, direkomendasikan membuat bahan ajar yang lebih komprehensif disertakan pemanfaatan media yang mutakhir.

Abstract

This study aims to design a system of accounting records and financial reports at CV Chalista Engineering Batam using a laravel framework with functions based on company needs and the appearance of this system using free templates. Methods of data collection through interviews and direct observation with business owners to find out the problems that arise in CV Chalista Engineering Batam. In this study, the company CV Chalista Engineering Batam is facing obstacles in the financial recording and reporting system, due to a lack of understanding of accounting. CV Chalista Engineering still uses a manual recording system for purchases, sales of goods, payments, and proof of cash receipts. As a result of this practical work, companies can use an accounting system developed by using a website to reduce errors in recording transactions and provide financial information for a certain period. The next PkM recommendation is to make the best use of the computerized system, especially in the accounting sector, in order to produce better financial reports than the existing ones.

Abstract

In the world of trade, brands as a form of intellectual property rights have been used hundreds of years ago and have an important role because brands are used to distinguish the origin of goods and services. Brands are also used in the world of advertising and marketing because the public often associates an image, quality and reputation of goods and services with certain brands. A brand can be a very valuable asset commercially and often it is the brand that makes a product expensive or even more valuable than the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal protection assistance for trademark registration on the product of the Point of Gathering Coffee Brewers in the city of Batam. The method used puts forward normative legal research with a prescriptive model. The collected legal materials will be studied comprehensively and analyzed deductively with a systematic presentation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah menyelesaikan permasalahan pencatatan akuntansi pada UMKM Aritas Homesewing. Permasalahannya adalah tidak adanya pencatatakan akuntansi yang pasti dan berkesinambungan. Kegiatan kerja praktik dilaksanakan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, perancangan sistem, simulasi sistem, dan implementasi sistem. Sistem dirancang oleh partner jurusan Sistem Informasi. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah laporan dan informasi keuangan. Hasil dari kegiatan kerja praktik ini adalah membuat sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang mudah digunakan namun tetap sistematis. Pemilik usaha bisa membuat keputusan yang lebih akurat kedepannya, sehingga lebih berkembang kedepannya

Social media is one of the most effective and efficient marketing method nowadays. Planning for creating content that suits the market for each social media such as Tiktok, Instagram, and Facebook is important in order to expand brand awareness and increase customer loyalty. Integrated marketing is a marketing system that prioritizes marketing planning for various media. The implementation of integrated marketing in Emory Style aims to tailor the content so that it can enter the market according to the target of each social media, which can be seen through the insights of each social media. the output of implementing integrated marketing in the future can become the next benchmark for a content marketing system in Emory Style.

Abstract

Bahan ajar, termasuk modul elektronik (e-module) dimana rancangannya dapat dikatakan sebagai peran besar dari teknologi pendidikan dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran yang berkualitas untuk menyelesaikan masalah belajar siswa. Sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif, desain dari penyusunan e-module yang menerapkan dasar–dasar ekonomi jenjang pendidikan menengah atas (SMA) ini harus memperhatikan model pengembangan untuk memastikan bahan ajar yang digunakan akan mendukung efek pembelajaran, karena penyusunan e-module pada dasarnya merupakan proses dalam hubungan linier dengan proses pembelajaran. Upaya penyusunan e-module ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar ekonomi berbasis silabus dan standar kompetensi dari program Cambridge International Institutions dengan menggunakan model ADDIE sebagai metode penelitian serts untuk penyusunan bahan yang melalui 5 tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Model ADDIE merupakan salah satu model perancangan sistem pembelajaran yang menunjukkan langkah-langkah dasar dari suatu sistem pembelajaran yang mudah diimplementasikan. Yang diharapkan dari penyusunan e-module ini adalah hasil proses implementasi bahan ajar ekonomi ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan akan digunakan oleh Sekolah Kallista secara jangka panjang. E-module ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran bagi guru di Sekolah Kallista agar siswa termotivasi untuk mempelajari materi pembelajaran dimana memiliki pegangan mandiri, serta dapat melaksanakan pembahasan ulang dalam beberapa materi yang diberikan di kelas secara efisien. E-module tersebut juga diharapkan dapat diakses oleh siswa dan guru dimana saja dan kapan saja yang mereka inginkan.
