Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

This program aims to implement the promotion mix strategy at Café Rumah Donut’s Tanjungpinang. In the implementing of the strategy in the form of advertising, sales promotion, and direct marketing. The approach of this program is using data collection techniques are observation and interview with the CEO. In accordance with the results of observations, it shows that Café Rumah Donut’s Tanjungpinang still implements a less active promotion system with the addition of a Word of Mouth (WOM). This makes marketing and promotional activities passive and only relies on regular customers or those who live in the area so that it is not widely known by the wider community. But after analyzing the problem and implementing the program, this cafe can develop and use a promotion system that has been designed by the executor. The promotion mix strategy directly plays a positive role in increasing sales turnover by 4.5% after this strategy is implemented.

Abstract

Employment Contract Limited Time (PKWT) is a work agreement between workers and the company in establishing a working relationship for a certain period of time or for certain jobs. The latest regulations governing PKWT are Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning Employment Contract Limited Time, Outsourcing, Working Time, and Rest Time, and Termination of Employment. In a company, PKWT is one of the important documents because it can be valid evidence for both parties, namely the employee and the company. Therefore, the authors are encouraged to contribute in the form of PKWT design which is expected to help the company PT. Sarana Inspirasi Maju Bersaudara in creating good working relationships with workers in carrying out their business activities. The main problem is that adjustments must be made to the latest law, but PT. Sarana Inspirasi Maju Bersaudara has not carried out the adjustment due to the lack of manpower in the legal field. The implementation method used in this report uses empirical juridical. The empirical juridical method is a type of legal research that is examined directly in the field in the form of examining company documents or data obtained in the field which is then adjusted to the applicable law.

Abstract

Ashmi Sinar Dynatama merupakan perseroan terbatas yang bergerak dalam distribusi makanan ringan. PT. Ashmi Sinar Dynatama masih belum memiliki sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang handal, selama ini perusahaan hanya menggunakan Ms. Excel dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Tujuan dari proyek ini merupakan perancangan sebuah sistem akuntansi yang handal dan juga akurat agar dapat mempermudah kegiatan operasional perusahaann.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan metode wawancara dan metode observasi. Sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang dirancang sesuai dengan kegiatan operasional PT. Ashmi Sinar Dynatama. Sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang dirancang oleh peneliti berbasis web.Hasil akhir dari pelaksanaan kerja praktek yaitu menghasilkan sistem akuntansi berbasis web yang dapat mudah dimengerti dan mudah digunakan oleh pengguna. Sistem akuntansi yang berbasis web ini dapat menghasilkan laporan seperti laporan pembelian, penjualan, persediaan, neraca saldo, dan laba rugi. Dengan adanya laporan tersebut, diharapkan dapat membantu pemilik perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang tepat.

Abstract

Education activities have returned to normal since the end of the endemic in 2022. However, since students have been unable to engage in face-to-face education due to the prolonged online learning course, they have been shifting their educational activities to regain this experience. This community service consists of preparing materials to contribute to positive learning experiences. It was conducted at Maitreyawira Vocational High School in Tanjungpinang. We have compiled an e-book that is accounting computerized for service and trade companies: MYOB Version 23 application. As well as educational videos and essays, this e-book also contains PowerPoint presentations and multiple-choice questions. This community service meets curriculum standards in vocational high schools and can be used by teachers, students, and educational supervisory bodies.

Abstract

SIPlah is a digital marketplace for the procurement of goods and services in educational units is a strategic step to take advantage of the potential of the digital marketplace which is used by more than 63 thousand schools out of 440 thousand schools throughout Indonesia. The socialization of SIPLah is a necessary thing to do, especially for MSMEs that the education market ecosystem can support the growth and benefit of MSMEs in Indonesia. This study aims to conduct material preparation and training for MSMEs using the SIPlah platform as a digital marketplace to help the growth and development of MSMEs. Learning material is divided into two forms, namely material in the form of video and digital modules. This material is implemented through training and demonstrations to employees of Toko Modern Sukses in person and online. After training and material implementation, store employees can operate the application independently. Also, Toko Modern Sukses has a new marketplace and a significant increase in Toko Modern Sukses revenue by 50.63%.

Abstract

Accounting and financial reporting systems are very important for business owners in the decision-making process for business development but Junia Sempoa SIP has been established for more than 5 years without an accounting bookkeeping system and still uses manual recording based on tuition invoice and receipts. The purpose of the implementation of this project is to facilitate Junia Sempoa SIP business owner in the process of bookkeeping transactions and the financial position they have. The data collection techniques starts from the process of interviewing, observation and documentation with business owners in the period from September to December 2021. Systems designed using Microsoft Access are capable of generating student lists, cash disbursement forms, cash receipt forms and financial statements. The results of the implementation are expected to help Junia Sempoa SIP business owner in the process of making the right decision in business development and know the financial position owned.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan kerja praktik ini adalah untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan perlindungan hak pekerja harian lepas di PT Sumber Cipta Moda yang merupakan badan usaha dengan bidang pergerakan pelayaran dan jasa keagenan. Maka dari itu, dibuatlah perjanjian kerja harian lepas secara tertulis yang memiliki tujuan untuk menjamin kepastian hukum dalam melindungi hak dan kewajian pihak pekerja harian lepas di PT Sumber Cipta Moda dan pemberi kerja dengan berpedoman pada ketentuan perundangan mengenai ketenagakerjaan yang secara sah diakui di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam melakukan penelitian adalah dengan metode yuridis empiris. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan oleh Penulis dibagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan dimana penulis melakukan persiapan sebelum melakuan penelitian di perusahaan tujuan. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap pengumpulan data yang berhubungan dengan topic dan diakhiri dengan perancangan luaran proyek yang berbentuk rancangan perjanjian kerja harian lepas dan pengimplementasian perjanjian kerja tersebut di PT Sumber Cipta Moda. Seluruh proses yang berdurasi selama tiga bulan diharapkan dapat memberikan hasil yang maksimal dalam perlindungan kepada para pihak dalam hubungan kerja baik dari segi hak maupun kewajibannya, sebagaimana para pihak akan diikat dengan sebuah perjanjian kerja harian lepas.

Abstract

Collection Sweetie is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) that still use manual accounting transactions. This can cause time inefficiency in preparing financial report and information becomes inaccurate so that business owners don’t know the condition of their business well or to make good decisions. The design of an accounting system using Microsoft Access is carried out to assist MSME in overcoming the problem of using manual accounting records. The data collection method is carried out by observing and interviewing the owner of MSME. The output generated from designing an accounting system using Microsoft Access includes administrative bookkeeping and reports. The output of administrative bookkeeping includes a list of accounts, inventory, supplier, general journal, purchase journal, sales journal, and other journals. Output reports include inventory card, purchase report, sales report, financial position, income statement, and changes in equity. By designing an accounting system using Microsoft Access, it can make it easier for owners to record company transactions and become more efficient so that they can produce more accurate and reliable financial reports.

Abstract

Perancangan bahan ajar digital dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan yang dihadapi oleh Sekolah SMK Permata Harapan. Terkait kondisi pandemik saat ini, Sekolah SMK Permata Harapan masih menggunakan PowerPoint dan modul pembelajaran yang sederhana dalam penyampaian materinya. Hal ini sangat tidak efektif karena tidak mampu menarik minat siswa dalam belajar. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis merancang bahan ajar digital yang berupa video dan latihan soal dengan menggunakan aplikasi PowerPoint, Prezi dan Powtoon yang dirancang semenarik mungkin untuk memudahkan proses pembelajaran secara daring pada SMK Permata Harapan serta menarik minat siswa dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Microsoft Access is one of application that can be managed to be a simple inventory application. The implementer of this community dedication managed to use this simple application into inventory application for PT Asia Foundry & Engineering with the intention of reducing inventory lost for 50% from before the company recognized this application. This analysis study is using observation and interview to find out the company’s background and problems and training for more knowledge about the application. With this inventory application in the form of Microsoft Access, then the problems faced by company can be minimized as promised and providing encouragement for the company to system information as the 4.0 industry revolution.
