Conference on Community Engagement Project (Concept)
Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

The purpose of implementing this project is to help build social media for the business so that it can be used and maximized as a promotional media that can help build brand awareness and brand image at the restaurant, with social media it can make it easier for these businesses to reach more people to find out about their whereabouts. the restaurant as well as implementation like this will be able to help increase sales at the restaurant in the future. In this project, the authors aim to use social media as a marketing platform for Rizh's café and restaurant. Marketing on social media can make it easier to increase brand awareness for Rizh's café and restaurant. The technique used by the author in collecting data on the practical work of this project is to visit the location and make observations.

Laporan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang latar belakang dibangunnya UMKM Chick Chill dimana usaha ini bergerak dibidang kuliner yang menjual makanan seperti Crispy Chicken Fillet dan juga ada minuman yaitu Thai Tea dengan berbagai varian rasa. Usaha ini sudah dijalankan sejak tahun 2018 oleh Bapak Yogi Hutapea. Kegiatan kerja praktek ini berlangsung selama 3 bulan yang berawal dari observasi dan wawancara kemudian membahas masalah yang dialami oleh pemilik usaha selama menjalankan usaha ini. Selanjutnya penulis merancang strategi yang dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dialami oleh pemilik usaha. Hasil dari kerja praktek ini adalah melakukan program endorsement terhadap pihak influencer untuk melakukan review terhadap produk makanan yang dijual agar lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat luas, kemudian membuatkan spanduk yang dipasang didepan lokasi usaha, serta membagikan brosur kepada warga sekitar.

The author does practical work on the LloiLo Tea SMME business starting on September 19 2021 until November 30 2021. The location of the LloiLo Tea SMME is located in Batu Aji. Mr. Sion Sihotang's micro, small and medium enterprises need a digital marketing plan to improve and face competition with other competitors. The author helps SMME owners to find obstacles and create strategies for businesses to be able to face other fierce competition.The process carried out during this practical work, the author conducted a survey and collected data for analysis in the form of the background of LloiLo Tea SMME. After doing the analysis, the author found several obstacles faced then the author implemented a strategy so that Mr. Sion Sihotang's business could compete with the current market. The obstacle found is the lack of a sales system so that it takes time to improve and develop a sales system. The system is a Digital marketing plan. Loilo Tea's micro, small and medium enterprises have implemented the results of the Digital Marketing Plan which was designed and developed by the author. The author has registered SMME with Go-Food partners, made advertisements posted on social media, namely Instagram, so that many consumers know what promotions are currently in effect on SMME LloiLo Tea.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh penulis sehingga untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi di PT. Sarana Yeoman Sembada dalam pembuatan surat perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu kepada para pekerjanya yang dikarenakan PT. Sarana Yeoman Sembada sama sekali tidak memiliki surat atau aturan untuk perjanjian kerja untuk karyawannya sesuai dengan Penerapan kontrak kerja dengan status perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu (PKWT) dalam hubungan kerja antara perusahaan dan pekerja menurut UU Nomor 13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan serta Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor KEP.100/MEN/VI/2004 tentang Ketentuan Pelaksanaan Perjanjian Kerja waktu Tertentu. Penulis melaksanakan kerja praktek selama 2 April 2020 s.d. 30 Juni. Metode dalam melaksanakan kerja praktek yaitu observasi, wawancara, perancangan dan implementasi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini membuahkan hasil terhadap para pekerja memiliki perjanjian kerja yang berstatus perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu dan format perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu untuk perusahaan. Proyek ini menyediakan referensi dalam bentuk layanan dan pengetahuan umum kepada pekerja dan perusahaan sehingga laporan kerja pratek ini ditulis oleh penulis berdasarkan pendapat dan pengetahuan teknis penulis. Proyek yang dihasilkan akan terdiri dari pengetahuan, informasi dasar tentang penerapan kontrak perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu yang harus dipahami oleh pekerja dengan pemberi kerja. Laporan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh penulis ditulis, diatur, disusun, dan disesuaikan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Word Office.

The purpose of implementing this practical work is to create a system of accounting records in the form of neatly structured financial reports to make it easier for business owners to make decisions. The method used in the implementation of this practical work is the method of interviewing, observing, and collecting documents.The implementation of this practical work presents an accounting recording system using Microsoft Office Access Software to record all financial transaction which will be in the form of reports containing profit and loss, balance reports, ledger reports, financial position reports, sales reports, purchase reports, receivables reports, debt payment reports, and inventory remaining reports.The results of this accounting recording system design will be implemented to see the extent to which the system can be used as a tool CV MULTILAB BATAM RAYA in carrying out financial records.

There are so many new brands or products that are popping up at this time. However, with so many new brands and products, it is possible that there will be a dispute, one of which is plagiarism against a particular brand. Therefore, it is very important to maintain the rights to the mark by registering the mark with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Registration of a mark aims to ensure that the mark gets legal protection from the state. Shipowner Apparel is one of the businesses engaged in the fashion sector. However, the trademark has not been registered because the business owner is still unfamiliar with the trademark rights. So in this case the aim is to register to avoid disputes related to trademarks that may occur in the future. Community Service (PkM) is carried out with 3 stages of implementation methods, namely pre-implementation, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The result of the implementation of this community service is in the form of education regarding the importance of intellectual property protection. as well as a receipt for an online application for registration of the Shipowner Apparel trademark

Internet of Things (IoT) mulai terkenal dimasyarakat ketika industri 4.0 mulai diterapkan, hal yang menjadi daya tarik IoT salah satu adalah efisiensi energi. Perusahaan PT. Dunia Berjaya Abadi adalah perusahaan yang menjual jasa transportasi. dengan IoT adalah saling terhubungnya cloud dengan Microcontroller Unit(MCU) sehingga dapat diakses langsung secara online. Praktik ini adalah untuk memberikan sentuhan teknologi dari masa ini supaya mempermudah pekerjaan dan efisiensi penggunaan energi melalui internet layaknya Smart Office. IoT didukung oleh teknologi komunikasi MQTT dan TLS untuk berkomunikasi dengan cloud. Praktik ini dimulai dari perencanaan dan diakhiri oleh penerapan Smart Office untuk PT. Dunia Berjaya Abadi.

As one of the implementations of the Work Practice program, the author chose to assist PT. Global Yupiter Indonesia in creating or designing a Work Agreement or it can also be called a Work Contract by following the directions of PT. Global Yupiter Indonesia, but still pay attention to the applicable laws. This is necessary to minimize the risk of problems between PT. Global Yupiter Indonesia as the employer and its workers. Considering that in the world of employment, there must be several rights and obligations that must be fulfilled by the parties in the employment relationship, namely the role of the employer and worker.The type of research that the author uses is normative-empirical / applied legal research using primary data sources obtained from the field and interviews with PT. Global Yupiter Indonesia. For the purpose of achieving within a period of 3 (three) months, the author adjusts the form of the Work Agreement according to the requests, circumstances, and also needs of PT. Global Yupiter Indonesia by staying guided by the applicable Labor Act. In making, the author divides the process into 3 (three) stages, namely the preparation stage as a prefix, then implementation, and then the assessment of reporting. The exterior of the Practical Work program that the author carries out is in the form of a draft of a Fixed Time Employment Agreement (PKWT) and a Fixed-Term Employment Agreement (PKWTT).

Berbagai lembaga pendidikan baik pada tingkat dasar hingga menengah, saat ini melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar jarak jauh atau dalam jaringan (daring). Dimasa sekarang, perlu untuk melakukan percepatan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah tanpa terbatas oleh waktu dan tempat, hal ini juga sebagai salah satu langkah yang dilakukan sekolah pada saat ini sebagai akibat dari pandemi Covid-19 yang menuntut untuk social distancing. Proses belajar mengajar jarak jauh membutuhkan bahan ajar yang lebih efektif dan efisien serta tidak dapat disamakan dengan proses belajar mengajar tatap muka, sehingga dibutuhkan bahan ajar dalam bentuk digital. Penyusunan bahan ajar digital praktikum akuntansi perusahaan manufaktur ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Luaran yang dicapai yaitu bahan ajar berbasis digital meliputi modul pembelajaran dan powerpoint yang telah mencakup seluruh kompetensi dasar, baik pengetahuan dan keterampilan sesuai silabus nasional. Bahan ajar digital ini berisi materi mengenai harga pokok pesanan, harga pokok proses, laporan laba rugi perusahaan manufaktur, laporan keuangan dan jurnal penutup perusahaan manufaktur.
