Abstract

An orphanage is a social institution that has the responsibility to provide services, social welfare to orphans, the poor, and abandoned children by carrying out chanting and alleviation, providing physical, mental, social substitute services to foster children, so that the existence of an orphanage institution can help foster children who are lacking in terms of welfare life to be better. This study aims to describe the efforts of orphanages in overcoming juvenile delinquency in the Putra Islam Giwangan orphanage. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive type. Juvenile delinquency at the Putra Islam Giwangan Orphanage, namely fighting, violating, and smoking. some young men commit delinquent acts have their own reasons so that the Giwangan Islamic Boys Orphanage has its own efforts to overcome juvenile delinquency., Efforts made in overcoming juvenile delinquency are coaching, monitoring, supervising and reprimanding and even removing problematic adolescents from the orphanage Juvenile delinquency is a problem that continues to exist and can harm themselves and others. Therefore, supervision and guidance from parents and proper education are needed to prevent negative behavior. Acts of violence are one form of juvenile delinquency that is very detrimental and can be handled by strengthening adolescent mental attitudes, providing education, and guidance from adults.

Abstract

Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon plays a crucial role in preserving and developing the culture in the Cirebon region. Through traditional ceremonies, cultural performances, and cultural events, Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon acts as a protector and catalyst for regional cultural life. Additionally, the palace also contributes to the promotion and development of cultural tourism, which boosts the local economy. In addition to preserving traditions and cultural arts, Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon also serves as an institution for cultural education that encourages active participation from the community, especially the younger generation, in cultural activities. By teaching cultural values, the palace aims to preserve cultural heritage and foster a strong cultural awareness among the people. Overall, Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon is a cultural center that plays a significant role in preserving, promoting, and developing the local culture in the Cirebon region. By serving as a hub for cultural nurturing and development, this palace contributes to enriching the local cultural identity, enhancing cultural awareness, and fostering sustainable regional development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the public's perception of the phenomenon of domestic violence cases, determine the factors that cause domestic violence, the forms of violence experienced by victims, the psychological impact of women as victims of violence, and recovery efforts for victims of violence. The researcher took the location in Kalangan Village, Banturetno Village, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency. The subject of this research is the community. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The design used in this study is descriptive which aims to describe the tendency of people's perceptions of domestic violence. The sampling technique in this study was purposive proportional random sampling. Data collection methods used by researchers are interviews, questionnaires (questionnaire) and documentation. The results of the study show that the people of Kalangan Baturetno Banguntapan Bantul Village still think that the phenomenon of domestic violence is a shame that must be hidden, because they feel ashamed of not being able to keep their families in harmony. The main causal factors in the phenomenon of domestic violence cases in Kalangan Village are the main problems of infidelity, differences of opinion and economic problems. The forms of violence experienced by victims of domestic violence are physical violence (slapped, grabbed, etc.), psychological violence (swearing, threats), sexual violence. Usually victims who experience domestic violence will experience trauma, victims feel anxious, scared, depressed, often daydream, moody, cry easily, have trouble sleeping, and have nightmares.

Abstract

Grebeg Apem is a symbol of the relationship between ancestors, nature and each other. This is a ritual pattern that contains local culture and Islamic values. So do not be surprised if the implementation of Grebeg Apem is still related to local culture which is then assimilated into Islamic values by Wali Songo. In addition, this study will explain how the relationship between Nyadran and religious values. A qualitative research approach was applied to answer research questions. These results show a very strong relationship. Religious values with the Grebeg Apem tradition include the value of worship aimed at worshiping Allah, the second value of muamalah aims so that the Islamic community and others do not differentiate between each other, the third value of hospitality aims to keep brothers and sisters unbroken and more harmonious and peaceful.

Abstract

Violence is a part that is closely related to a person's frustration and aggressiveness. The perpetrator vents a sense of emotional resentment towards himself who deliberately injures the other party. In this study using a literature review study or literature review where a study relevant to a particular topic that provides an overview of what is discussed and discussed.religion as a solution. As religion exists it is for mankind's own good, protecting all kinds of human interests, inviting righteousness, and forbidding evil. Among the things that become solutions to prevent cases of sexual violence are First, equipping themselves with a complete understanding of religion. Second, set a good example from parents. Third, equip children with knowledge. Fourth, look for a good environment. With so many cases of sexual harassment and sexual violence juxtaposed in the education process, it is very necessary as a nation to see the problem more complexly.

Abstract

Globalization basically begins to change habits and even culture that is rooted in society, starting from changes in lifestyle and even influencing the norms and tastes of society itself. Globalization is starting to change this with the existence of affordable and easily accessible media, making it easier for people to access information from all over the world. They continue to absorb and apply all the information they receive without considering the possible impacts of globalization. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods and library research methods. Descriptive qualitative research is a research method that involves several important efforts, such as searching for and collecting references and analyzing data results to explore the topic. Globalization is a word that we often hear and see. Globalization has many impacts, both bad and good. In summary, globalization in the digital era is a complex phenomenon that requires careful attention and action to preserve local cultural diversity while being open to global influences. In conclusion, the impact of globalization on local culture in the digital era has positive and negative sides. It is important to find the right balance between responding to global trends and maintaining local cultural identity.

Abstract

The research entitled Application of Civics Learning Methods in Increasing Students' Learning Interest at SMPN 3 Imogiri aims to find out how the application of Civics learning methods can increase students' interest in learning at SMPN 3 Imogiri, to assess the effectiveness of applying the Civics learning method in increasing students' interest in learning at SMPN 3 Imogiri and To choose alternative Civics learning methods that can be used at SMPN 3 Imogiri to meet the learning needs of students with various interests and talents. The informants in this study were the Principal, PPkn Teachers and Student Representatives of SMPN 3 Imogiri. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that applying the PPKn learning method at SMPN 3 Imogiri is proven to be able to improve its students in Civics subjects and is quite effective in increasing students' interest in learning PPKn as well as teaching methods of quizzes, question and answer, power point and discussion for Civics subjects can be an alternative in increasing student learning interest in Civics subjects at SMPN 3 Imogiri.

Abstract

The study was conducted to examine the character education of nationalism with the theme of national integration in the framework of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in the X grade students of SMA Negeri 6 Yogyakarta. This study aims to find out, (1) the process of character education of nationalism with the theme of national integration in the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika frame in class X students at SMA Negeri 6 Yogyakarta, (2) the results of nationalism character education on the theme of national integration in the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika frame in class X students at SMA Negeri 6 Yogyakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research instruments used ware observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained ware collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The process of nationalism character education with the theme of national integration in class X students of SMA Negeri 6 Yogyakarta is carried out by integrating it into Pancasila and Citizenship Education Class X subjects, beside being integrated into character education learning, it is also implemented through cultural habits school. In the Pancasila and Citizenship education lesson it self, nationalism character education with the theme of national intgeration is taught using contextual tekstual student center methods or such as using problem solving methods. So that students are required to be able to solve existing social problems about the character of nationalism and national integration and provide solutions to these problems. (2) The results of nationalism character education with the theme of national integration in class X students of SMA Negeri 6 Yogyakarta can be seen from the cognitif values and affective values of students. The affective value can be seen from the participation of students in activities organized by the school such as flag ceremonies, paskibraka selection, and scout extracurricular activities which have increased and become indicators of achieving the character of nationalism.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of Human Resources (HR) in encouraging organizational innovation. The research method used is a literature study that explores various sources and theories related to the role of HR in the context of organizational innovation. The research results show that HR has an important role in driving and facilitating organizational innovation through various aspects, including inspiring and encouraging creativity, facilitating collaboration, managing an organizational culture that supports innovation, providing training and development, supporting the testing and implementation of ideas, and encouraging learning and improvement sustainable. The conclusion of this research is that the role of HR is not only limited to administrative tasks, but also becomes a catalyst in creating a work environment that supports the development of new ideas and implementing innovative solutions in the organization. Therefore, understanding and implementing the effective role of HR can help organizations to remain relevant, competitive and sustainable in facing the ever-changing business environment.

Abstract

This research has two main objectives: 1) To assess the pedagogical competence of Pancasila Education teachers in implementing student-centered assessment processes and outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura. 2) To analyze the inhibiting factors faced by Pancasila Education teachers in carrying out student-centered assessment processes and outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura. This qualitative study sources data from informants (Pancasila Education teachers), observations of the teaching and assessment processes, as well as documents such as teaching materials for grades X and XI. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling techniques, and data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data validation utilized data and technique triangulation. Data analysis followed the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as per the Miles and Huberman (1984) approach. The results indicate that Pancasila Education teachers possess good pedagogical competence, but there are still deficiencies in the development of assessment instruments. The assessment process is carried out through the stages of formulating objectives, selecting instruments, conducting assessments, managing results, and reporting. Inhibiting factors include difficulties in understanding student characteristics, the high number of extracurricular activities, and time constraints in conducting assessments.
