Abstract

In a region, transportation is one of the keys to the economic activities of a community and the development of a region. In Kapuas Hulu Regency itself there are already various modes of transportation available with their respective advantages and disadvantages, one of which is air transportation. the use of air transportation in the Kapuas Hulu Regency area is very minimal because people prefer to use land transportation. This research uses a mix method approach and analysis using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. Based on the calculation results obtained CR value of 0.00769, it is considered consistent and means that the above calculations have been declared correct. From the four demographics, namely gender, age, occupation and income, it is concluded that men aged 19-24 years and working as students with an income of Rp. 1,000,000-Rp.3,000,000 are the dominant passengers at Pangsuma Putussibau Airport. The most influential factors are cost, second wake travel, third travel destination, fourth security and last comfort.

Abstract

Ahmad Yani International Airport in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, experienced rapid growth in flight frequency and passenger numbers. To improve efficiency, self check-in facilities were introduced as a practical alternative to the manual check-in process. This study aims to analyze the use of self check-in in expediting the check-in process and identify obstacles faced by passengers and their solutions. The method used is descriptive qualitative, including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that although the self check-in facility has been well implemented and supported by officers, passengers still face several obstacles. The main obstacles include the limited number of airlines that can be accessed through self check-in machines and passengers' lack of understanding of this technology. Problem solving can be done by improving passenger understanding and expanding the range of airlines available on self check-in machines.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on work discipline at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Makassar City. The population in this study consists of employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Makassar City, while the sample comprises 58 respondents. This research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 23.00 statistical application for data processing. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline, while Work Environment has a positive but insignificant effect on Work Discipline.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and obtain information about the form of boredom of class V students at the 20 Kampung Lorong State Elementary School, the application of discipline by teachers in class V at the 20 Kampung Lorong State Elementary School, and obstacles to the application of discipline in class V at the 20 Kampung State Elementary School. Hallway. This research uses a qualitative research approach with the type of research being a case study. The results of this study concluded that the forms of boredom of class V students at the 20 Kampung Lorong Elementary School were in the form of: chatting with other students without paying attention to the material being taught, making noise during the learning process, and parental factors such as lack of parental attention, apart from that, the implementation of discipline in class V at the 20 Kampung Lorong Elementary School, namely: disciplinary programs such as: extracurricular scouts, teachers making case books for students with problems, rules and regulations, holding school environment cleanliness activities and cooperative relationships with students' parents and as for obstacles to the application of discipline in class V at the 20 Kampung Lorong Elementary School, namely: internal factors such as lack of student interest and motivation, external factors such as family factors, namely lack of support from parents, school factors, namely students who often lie, and community factors, namely social friends and students who live in less conducive environments.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To describe the planning of the Al-Qur'an literacy program at SD Negeri 02 Dalam Kaum in developing students' religious character. 2) To describe the implementation of Al-Qur'an literacy at SD Negeri 02 Dalam Kaum in developing students' religious character. 3) To describe the implementation of Al-Qur'an literacy at SD Negeri 02 Dalam Kaum in developing students' religious character. Researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The research results show that: 1) Planning for the Al-Qur'an literacy program in training students' religious character at SD Negeri 2 in Kaum Sambas District for the 2023/2024 academic year, namely, the school principal determines the objectives of Al-Qur'an literacy, determines the method, and the media to be used. 2) Implementation of the Al-Qur'an literacy program in training students' religious character at SD Negeri 2 in Kaum Sambas District for the 2023/2024 academic year, namely, starting 15 minutes before lessons start by teachers who teach in class from Monday to Saturday, using the Al-Qur'an as a medium and using the grouping method. 3) embedding the Al-Qur'an literacy program in the religious character training of students at SD Negeri 2 in Kaum Sambas District for the 2023/2024 academic year, namely, students become more fluent in reading the Al-Qur'an and students' character becomes better, like students more ethical towards teachers and friends, more trustworthy in carrying out the responsibilities given, more honest and more disciplined, and the school environment becomes more conducive.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between job happiness and work engagement in the State Civil Apparatus at the Population Control Service, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Badung Regency. The data collection process was carried out from June 1 2024 to July 1 2024. Work happiness was measured using the work happiness scale and work engagement was measured using the work engagement scale which had been tested for validity and reliability again. This research involved a sample of 70 people with an age range of 35-58 years. The data analysis method used in this research is the Pearson correlation test. Based on the results of the correlation analysis between the two variables, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between job happiness and work engagement.

Abstract

This study is based on the phenomenon that the cooperative producer of joint work business is a form of cooperative that establishes a partnership with PT. Fajar Saudara Lestari in order to distribute and share the results of palm oil production. The Joint Work Business Cooperative (UKB) receives payments or fees from the Company at a rate of 1% of the total sales value of Fresh Fruit Buns (FFB) each month. It can be concluded that the cooperative earns a fairly large income every month, however, the funds are only distributed to members according to the agreement that has been regulated in the cooperative regulations. The focus of this study is 1) What is the role of the Joint Work Business Producer Cooperative in improving the economic capacity of its members? 2) What are the efforts to improve the economic capacity of members of the Joint Work Business Producer Cooperative according to Islamic economics? This study uses a qualitative approach and a Descriptive type. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses an interactive model that includes data reduction, data display and data verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study The role of cooperatives in improving the welfare of members can be marked by an increase in the income of its members. The role of the Karya Bersama Business Producer Cooperative in improving the economic capacity of its members is through a mutual assistance system (ta'awun), without interest and without fines on the savings and loan system. Then, efforts to improve the economic capacity of members of the Karya Bersama Business Producer Cooperative according to Islamic Economics are by establishing cooperation in a network of work partners with the palm oil company PT. Fajar Saudara Lestari so that they get a fee from the cooperation which is distributed to members so that it can help increase income or the economy. The practice of the Karya Usaha Producer Cooperative is in accordance with the principles of Islamic Economics.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is making decisions about costs, marketing, marketing mix, marketing allocation in relation to expected environmental conditions and competitive conditions. Marketing strategy is very important to measure the success of a business. The marketing strategy applied at Roemah Jamoer Ikram is well, it could be sent from the 3 (Three) years ago that production could be continued to grow so that it creates new products such as Jamur Crispy. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in increasing sales volume and sharia economic review in the marketing strategy of Jamur Tiram in Roemah Jamoer Ikram.This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and includes the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The primary data source is the owner of Jamur Tiram production in Roemah Jamoer Ikram and the secondary data source is from written sources relating to the marketing strategy of Jamur Tiram. Research data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification of research data. The data techniques used are the degree of confidence and continuous observation.Based on the results of the study concluded that Roemah Jamoer Ikram has implemented a marketing mix strategy that uses 5P variable are Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and People. Based on viewed by the perspective of sharia economics related to marketing strategies at Roemah Jamoer Ikram, it has implemented what the prophet Muhammad Saw, namely by prioritizing the nature of: Shiddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, Tabligh, and Istiqamah.

Abstract

This research, titled " Ekoteologi Kristen: Teologi Penciptaan dan Tanggung Jawab terhadap Lingkungan" aims to search the relationship between creation theology within the Christian context and the ecological responsibilities borne by Christians. Using a literature review method, this study analyzes various theological and environmental ethics literature to understand how Biblical teachings on creation shape Christian perspectives on environmental conservation. The primary focus of this research is on interpreting creation theology as a foundation for ecological commitment and environmental justice within Christian faith practice. The findings indicate that creation theology provides a robust theological basis for environmental responsibility, emphasizing humanity's role as stewards of the earth who must maintain the balance and harmony of God's creation. The study also identifies challenges faced by vulnerable communities due to environmental degradation and underscores the need for collective action and advocacy by the church and Christian communities to support fair and sustainable environmental policies. The conclusion highlights the importance of integrating theological principles with concrete actions in addressing contemporary ecological issues.

Abstract

Education aims to develop both spiritual and physical aspects of students gradually to achieve a well-rounded personality as individuals, social beings, and devoted servants of God. This study explores how teachers enhance student motivation at SDS IT Al-Furqan, Tebas District, Sambas Regency, through both teacher-centered and student-centered approaches. Using a qualitative descriptive methodology, which includes observation, interviews, and documentation, the research provides an in-depth understanding of teaching practices. The findings reveal that while the teacher-centered approach at the school involves modifications to create a more conducive learning environment, it still remains focused on the teacher as the primary source of knowledge. In contrast, the student-centered approach emphasizes active student engagement and the use of diverse methods such as discussions, projects, and peer teaching to boost motivation. The conclusion indicates that, although the teacher-centered approach provides a solid foundation, a more effective motivational strategy often combines elements of both approaches to create a more enjoyable and motivating learning experience.
