Abstract

Waiting time for prescription services is the length of time calculated from the time the patient submits the prescription to the pharmacy staff until the medicine is received by the patient. Based on minimum hospital service standards (SPM RS) Minister of Health Decree No.129/Menkes/SK/II/2008, the waiting time for services for compounded drug prescriptions is ≤ 60 minutes and for non-concocted prescriptions is ≤ 30 minutes. The aim of this research is to analyze the waiting time for prescription services for compounded and non-concocted medicines for BPJS patients at Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi Hospital, whether they have met the minimum service standards or not. The method used in data collection is observational, namely directly observing the waiting time for prescription services. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained by the researchers were 389 recipes consisting of 48 concocted recipes and 341 non-concocted recipes. Based on the results obtained, the waiting time for prescription services at the outpatient pharmacy at RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi has met the minimum service standards (SPM). The average waiting time for service for concocted prescriptions is 53.06 minutes (3,216 seconds) and non-concocted prescriptions is 10.09 minutes (654 seconds). The factors that influence the length of waiting time are the type of prescription, the number of R/, the availability of drugs and facilities that have problems/errors such as prit machines and networks that have experienced problems several times.

Abstract

Early marriage is a serious problem faced in Indonesia, including in Gunung Tuleh sub-district, West Pasaman Regency. This activity aimed to raise the awareness of students of SMAN 1 Gunung Tuleh about the health impacts and civil law in preventing early marriage through education on empowering the role of the family. This interactive socialization used various methods, including discussion and question and answer. The results showed an increase in students' knowledge of the dangers of early marriage, as well as an understanding of the role of the family in preventing it. It is hoped that this socialization can provide a comprehensive understanding of the negative impacts of early marriage on reproductive health, education, and economic welfare, thus contributing to a decrease in early marriage rates among adolescents in Gunung Tuleh.

Abstract

Sufism has many meanings, both in terms of language and terminology. However, in general, Sufism refers to simple behavior, staying away from worldly desires, and people who always worship and draw closer to Allah. Historically, a group of Orientalists thought that Sufism came from Christian sources. However, in Islam, the emergence of Sufism has occurred along with the growth and development of the Islamic religion itself, starting from the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and there are several phases, namely the first and second centuries of the Hijriyah, in the third and fourth centuries of the Hijriyah, in the fifth century of the Hijriyah, the sixth, seventh and eighth centuries of the Hijriyah and in the ninth, tenth centuries and after. In Indonesia, the development of Sufism can be said to have been influenced by Persia (Iran) and India. This article was written with the aim of understanding the meaning of Sufism, both in terms of language and terms put forward by experts, the history of the emergence of Sufism, and the development of Sufism in Indonesia. The method used in this article is the Literature Study Method or Literature Review.

Abstract

This study examines the evolution of the TikTok music logo using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis to understand the dynamics of signs in the platform's rebranding process. Using a qualitative approach, this study analyses primary data in the form of three versions of the TikTok music logo (2016-2018, 2019-2021, 2022-present) and secondary data from official TikTok documentation, media reviews, and user responses. The results show that the evolution of the TikTok music logo represents three phases of meaning transformation: from a simple initial identity (2016-2018), to a more dynamic transition phase (2019-2021), to a sophisticated minimalist design (2022-present). Semiotics analysis reveals a shift in meaning from the level of denotation (physical change of the logo), connotation (transformation of the platform's identity), to myth (TikTok as a pioneer of digital innovation). The study also found that visual changes correlate positively with a 45% increase in brand trust among Gen Z users.

Abstract

Christian Religious Education plays an important role in shaping the character of students through Christian values ​​such as love, honesty, and responsibility. This article analyzes the role of Christian Religious Education in facing the challenges of the contemporary era and effective strategies that can be applied. Literature study is used to explore the concept of character from a Christian perspective, the role of teachers, and the challenges and solutions of implementation. The results of the study indicate that an experiential, technology-based approach, and collaboration with families and churches are essential to increasing the effectiveness of Christian Religious Education. Thus, Christian Religious Education can continue to be a pillar in building the character of the younger generation.

Abstract

Christian theology in Toraja experiences complex dynamics along with the development of the times. This article discusses how the church and Christian society in Toraja balance Christian values ​​and local culture, especially in traditional practices such as Rambu Solo' and Rambu Tuka'. The challenges of globalization and modernization also have an impact on the understanding of faith, especially for the younger generation who are exposed to secular thinking and the influence of social media. The church in Toraja responds to these changes by developing contextual theological strategies, flexible pastoral care, and the use of technology in spreading the gospel. With collaboration between church leaders, academics, and local communities, Christian theology in Toraja is expected to continue to develop without losing its essence. This article highlights the importance of balancing traditional values ​​and innovation to ensure the relevance of Christian theology in the future.

Abstract

Leadership in the church should be based on the example of Jesus Christ as the Great Shepherd who leads with love, protection, and sacrifice. The principles of Christ's leadership emphasize service, humility, and sacrifice, where a leader is not oriented towards power, but towards the welfare of the congregation. In addition, the role of the Holy Spirit is very important in guiding and equipping church leaders to remain faithful in carrying out their duties. The church today faces various challenges, both from within, such as authoritarian leadership and lack of integrity, and from outside, such as secularism and materialism. Therefore, the implementation of Christ's leadership must be realized with a relevant strategy without sacrificing the values ​​of the Gospel. By following the principles of Christ's leadership, the church can remain strong in facing the challenges of the times and be a light to the world.

Abstract

Free association is a serious challenge in the moral development of students, especially in the digital era that accelerates the spread of negative values. Christian Religious Education (PAK) has a strategic role in shaping the character of students so that they have strong faith and are able to reject bad influences from the surrounding environment. This article discusses the nature of free association, the role of PAK in shaping character, and strategies that can be applied in learning to fortify students from deviant associations. In addition, collaboration between schools, churches, and families is presented as an important element in creating an environment that is conducive to the moral and spiritual development of students. With strong synergy between the three institutions, students can grow into individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also adhere to Christian values ​​in their daily lives.

Abstract

The development of technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in Christian Religious Education. The use of technology in religious learning can increase the effectiveness of delivering material, enrich learning methods, and help students understand Christian values ​​more interactively. Various innovations, such as digital Bible applications, learning videos, virtual classes, and artificial intelligence (AI), provide opportunities for students to explore Bible teachings in a more modern way. However, the use of technology also has challenges, such as distractions, the spread of information that is not in accordance with Christian teachings, and the digital divide in some regions. Therefore, an optimization strategy is needed through digital literacy based on Christian faith, choosing the right platform, and monitoring its use. With a good strategy, technology can be a means to support the growth of students' faith and character in living their lives according to the teachings of Christ.

Abstract

Access to justice is a constitutional right of every citizen, including the right to file cases with the Constitutional Court. However, in practice, several obstacles hinder the fulfillment of this right, particularly for underprivileged communities. One of the main issues is the limited availability of legal assistance in constitutional cases, where many petitioners lack legal representation when submitting their cases to the Constitutional Court. This study employs a normative juridical method with a conceptual approach and literature review. The findings indicate that the role of advocates in constitutional cases is crucial to ensuring the protection of citizens' constitutional rights. However, challenges such as the low involvement of advocates in constitutional cases, limited legal aid funding, and a lack of public legal awareness contribute to the suboptimal access to justice. As a solution, this study proposes the establishment of Constitutional Advocates under the Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court. The presence of Constitutional Advocates is expected to ensure that every citizen, particularly the underprivileged, receives adequate legal assistance in constitutional cases. With supportive regulations and increased legal awareness in society, Indonesia’s constitutional justice system can become more inclusive and equitable.
