This study was compiled using qualitative methods. This study uses a descriptive approach and a literature study. Data were obtained from journal literature, books, and policy documents. The results of this study indicate that the achievement of financial inclusion in 2016 was 67.80%, and in 2019, it increased to 76.19%. The digital financial literacy index 2016 reached 29.70% and increased in 2010 to 38.03%. This shows that out of every 100 people there are around 38 people who are well literate. The government's role is crucial, but it's not a one-man show. It needs to provide encouragement and support to various entities, both government, private, and third sectors. Only through a collaborative effort can we overcome the various challenges and optimize financial inclusion and digital financial literacy programs in Indonesia.

Then, the primary data source for this study was obtained through direct observation at the research location and interviews with the leaders of the Modern Islamic Boarding School of Gontor and the aqidah learning curriculum development team. At the same time, secondary data were obtained from documents, books, magazines, and journals. The study results indicate that implementing the aqidah learning curriculum at the Modern Islamic Boarding School of Darussalam Gontor is carried out in class, outside class, and in the dormitory. The talqin method, lectures, discussions, questions and answers, recitations, prayers, dictations (imla), and memorization methods are used in class. The material for grades 1–3 discusses the pillars of Islam, while grades 4–6 discuss the pillars of faith. The material for grade 1 is delivered in Indonesian, and for subsequent classes, it is delivered using Arabic. While outside the classroom, aqidah learning is delivered using the talaqqi method, amaliyah practice, halaqah, mudzakarah, and demonstration methods. The teaching of aqidah is also strengthened through good deeds. To improve the quality of aqidah learning, the author recommends using a dialogue method between philosophy and Islamic aqidah. With this method, students are taught to understand the challenges of modern thought and answer them with Islamic arguments. In addition, it is also necessary to learn aqidah in a contemporary context by training students to apply the concept of aqidah in everyday life, especially in facing modern phenomena such as liberalism, secularism, materialism, and pluralism, as well as the challenges of digital technology developments that influence the process and implementation of learning.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia has undergone various changes since independence, reflecting the dynamics of the development of the education system that continues to adapt to the challenges of the times. This article discusses the role of teachers and parents in education, the concept of education according to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and the challenges in implementing Islamic education in Indonesia today. The methods used in writing this article are qualitative w, descriptive approach, and a literature study. The discussion results show that teachers have a central role in shaping the character and intelligence of students. From the Islamic education perspective, teachers act as teachers and guides who instill the values of manners and good morals. As the Qur'an commands, Parents are primarily responsible for educating their children. So education during the Prophet Muhammad SAW took 24 hours, from early childhood education to higher education. The education of the Prophet SAW emphasized the importance of integration between knowledge and manners, which needs to be applied continuously throughout life. However, Islamic education in Indonesia faces significant challenges, such as digitalization that changes learning methods, the dichotomy between religious knowledge and general knowledge, and the influence of secular culture. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize the curriculum and integrate Islamic values in all aspects of education to produce a civilized and knowledgeable generation. Thus, the Islamic education system can remain relevant and face the challenges of the modern era.

Around 50% of students in Garut Regency are still unable to read the Qur'an, indicating a significant challenge in Islamic literacy and the quality of human resources. This study aims to identify strategies for eradicating illiteracy in the Qur'an (BTQ) in Garut. The method used is a literature study, which analyzes relevant literature such as books and scientific journals. The study results show the importance of developing Qur'an instructors and teacher cadres from the regional to village levels and innovation in learning methods. Collaboration with the government and non-governmental organizations is needed to form study groups and Qur'an houses and tackle assemblies in various regions. The implementation of competency certification and improving teacher welfare are also essential in order to maintain the quality and sustainability of the program. Then, this research implies that there is a need for a collaboration-based economic support system, such as business and donations, is needed to ensure teachers' welfare. This strategy can significantly reduce the Qur'an illiteracy rate in the Garut Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to describe employee engagement from a philosophical perspective, through three main dimensions: ontology, epistemology, and axiology. The method used is a literature study that examines various relevant scientific references. This study examines the nature of engagement ontologically, the basis and source of its epistemological knowledge, and the value and appropriateness of its implementation axiologically. The study's results show that ontologically, employee engagement is a reality reflected in work behavior full of enthusiasm, dedication, and absorption. Epistemologically, engagement is understood as a scientific construct developed through valid theories, data, and research methods. On the other hand, engagement has strategic value axiologically because it contributes to forming work ethics, loyalty, and organizational productivity. The implication is that paying attention to employee engagement within a philosophical framework is important to provide a strong conceptual foundation in formulating competent and sustainable human resource development strategies.
