Abstract

The continuity of the organization or company is determined by the existinghuman resources, both quality and quantity. Each organization has differentobjectives and in the implementation is done by employees. Employees are thereforea major factor in corporate activities. Each organization will basically have differentpolicies on the human resources it has to achieve employee productivity. In theachievement that affects the productivity of employees there are many factors thataffect work productivity, among others, is the existence of job satisfaction. With asense of satisfaction in working the employee will show a good personal in thecompany, a positive performance that satisfies the company and arises willingness towork high level of work productivity for the interests of the company, and facilitatethe achievement of corporate goals. Job satisfaction is an evaluation that describes aperson for feeling his attitude, happy or not happy, satisfied or not satisfied in workThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employeeproductivity at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Area Manado. Job Satisfaction ismeasured through five indicators, namely Jobs, rewards, supervision of superiors,co-workers, and promotional opportunities. This research is a quantitative researchby using simple linear regression approach. Data collection techniques were done bydistributing questionnaires filled by 39 respondents and analyzed using simpleregression analysis and using test t test hypothesis. From the results of simple linearregression analysis of job satisfaction variables affect the productivity of employeesof PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Area Manado. And result of hypothesis test showthat job satisfaction variable simultaneously have a significant effect to workproductivity of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Area Manado. Based on the resultsof this study, the company can continue to facilitate employees in improving jobsatisfaction so that employee productivity can be achieved..Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Productivity.

Bank SulutGo is the Regional Bank of North Sulawesi which has a very influential impacton the sustainability of the economy in North Sulawesi, especially in the Government andInstitutional or Community Institutions of Bank SulutGo's vision is 'To become aprofessional banking services company and grow in a healthy way'.Transformational leadership is the process by which people engage with others, and createrelationships that enhance motivation and morality in leaders and followers. This type ofleader has an interest in the needs and motivation of followers, and tries to help followersachieve their best potential.Collection data is done by spreading the research instrument, the questionnaire thatcontains questions to measure Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance.The collected data is further processed by using simple linear regression analysisBased on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is '' to know the effect oftransformational leadership on employee performance on the bank sulut Go KawangkoanBranch ''Results of data processing shows that there is a significant positive effect given byTransformational Leadership on Employee Performance PT.Bank SulutGo KawangkoanBranch. The large number of existing motorcyclecompany raises competitive. Pressure on industi motorcycle Consumer needs anddesires are very multiform against type or brand of motorcycles then request thecommunity againts motorcycles continue to experience increased, therefore, marketinkrekatif and put the market strategy, take advantage of opportunities that arise in themarket related to the desires of the commonity therefore companies should set theprice according to the quality of the product because the price setaffect the quantitysold is because the price of the very influential towards the success of the productsmarketed by the company. The aim in this study is whether there is a connectionbetween the market segmentation with the price of motorbikes and detect otherfactorsthat also affect the market share within the company bike motors. Thisresearch is quantitative reseacrch using a simple linear regression analysisapproach. Engineering data collection done by spreading the questionnaire filled by75 respondents and analyzed using simple regression analysis and use test resultsfrom t. Linear regression analysis is a simple variabel market segmentationneffect against prices. Hypothesis test andresults showedthat thevariables simultaneously influential market segmentation significantly to price. Abstract

We know that every company aims to survive and thrive. Goals can be achieved throughefforts to maintain and even increase profits. Profits can only be achieved if the companycan maintain and increase the sales volume of goods and services sold. The purpose of thisstudy is to determine the effect of lending rates to consumers. The interest rate is the priceof the use of money or loan services or can also be viewed as rent or use of certain termmoney. And the consumer is any user of goods / services available in the community eitherfor their own interests, family, or other living creatures. The type of research used in thisstudy is quantitative research. Based on the results of research on PT.Tridjaya MuliaSuccess when the money or the amount of money is greater than the amount of moneyneeded then the price of goods or services will tend to rise and vice versa. Abstract

Conflict comes from the Latin verb configere which means to hit each other. Sociologically,conflict is defined as a social process between two or more people (or groups) where oneparty attempts to remove the other by destroying it or making it powerless. The purpose ofthis study is to determine the effect of conflicts that occur in the performance of employees atPT. Pegadaian (Persero) Manado samples taken as many as 30 respondents. Data collectionmethods used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed usingdescriptive research method of research that is research which combine between qualitativeand quantitative method. In this research, the result of simple correlation shows strongcorrelation or influence between conflict variable and performance equal to 0,87% and basedon that calculation hence sought the amount of contribution of conflict to performance withresult of 75,69%. And in this research the authors get the result of conflict impact terhadapaemployee performance that has a positive impact. The conclusion of this research result showsthe reality of Manado Pegadaian employees handling and managing employees conflicts doneefficiently and effectively then positive impact will arise through the behavior that is seen byemployees as potential human resources with various consequences such as improving order,discipline in using work time, increasing productive cooperative relationship, work motivation.And suggestions to try to improve or sustain the application of existing conflicts through theapplication of a conscious presence of role conflict, accepting the conditions and stressfulsituations in work caused by the conflict, trying to be able to tolerate conflict, will have animpact on the improvement of employee performance.Keywords : Conflict, Employee Performance

Abstract

Background This study was conducted at PT. Trans Samudera Sulut Service isone of the companies engaged in the service of the expedition which is usually calledfreight forwarder that serves the freight forwarder services in the form of cargo bothdomestically and abroad. The purpose of this research is to know how the role offreight forwarder in the implementation of import export business. The method ofresearch used in this study is using data analysis that takes place along with datacollection, such as data reduction, presentation and verification. In this research,Freight forwarder is a business entity that aims to provide services for all activitiesrequired for the implementation of the delivery, transport and receipt of goods byusing multimodal transport either by land, sea or air. The role of freight forwarder inthe import export business is the role in the consolidation of cargo, as the carrier, inthe documentation, in the packaging, in insurance. Result of this research then therole of freight forwarder in the implementation of import export business has beendone well although there may still be a few obstacles arises when import exportactivities take place as in the case of incompatibility between documents withchecked goods, weather factor effects and shipping facilities that have not used owncompanies such as aircraft and ships. Therefore, companies should pay more attentionto the roles of freight forwarders available at the time of export import. PT. TransSamudera Sulut Services also contribute in providing services to assist someentrepreneurs from North Sulawesi who use their services to facilitate the delivery ofgoods either outside or outside the country.Keywords: Role of Freight Forwarder, Export and Import

Abstract

PT. Wenang Permai Sentosa continues to create innovations and growth forcorporate excellence. In connection with it is important for PT. Wenang PermaiSentosa to continue to maintain the progress and excellence of his company bycreating organizational culture to be the basis, value and guidance for its employees(HR) which is as the main driver of the company in achieving business goals andprofitability. With strong organizational culture owned by employees then thecompany will continue to grow and survive. In general, the results of the analysisstates strongly agree to organizational culture and performance variables. This statesthe influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT.Wenang Permai Sentosa is at a good level. With analysis test proved thatOrganizational Culture have positive effect on Employee Performance so thathypothesis accepted. So with the results of the authors concluded the factors thatmake the organizational culture effect on employee performance that employees havea commitment in the company and can work well with a team and understand whatthe company goals. The better the organization culture the employee has, the higherthe employee's performance. Abstract

At Bank Mandiri KC.Dululolong Lasut Manado experienced theproblem of unstable customer savings rate. This unstable number of subscribersis biased by the downturn in the client's economic condition, or there are otherfactors between services that do not correspond to unsatisfactory interests orunsatisfactory facilities that customers turn to other banks. Planting thecredibility of the company, certainly not an easy thing, it takes an appropriatestrategy for the purpose and objectives can be achieved optimally, especially inthe field of marketing. Basically Relationship marketing is a long-termrelationship and bond between producers, consumers, suppliers, and otheractors. Customer loyalty is a behavior associated with a product's brand,including possible renewal of a contract in the future. This research usesquantitative method, sampling technique in this study using Simple RandomSampling, The formula used in calculating this simple correlation coefficient isproduct moment. From the results of statistical testing can be seen clearly thatthe free variable Relationship Marketing affect the dependent variableCustomer Loyalty. the influence of the given free variable is positive whichmeans the more active relationship marketing then result in higher loyalty ofcustomers generated. These results are also in accordance with the proposedhypothesis. This shows that relationship marketing is one of the determinants ofcustomer loyalty because good relationship marketing will create and maintaincustomer loyalty. Abstract

To maintain the viability of the company, companies are often faced with the problem,such as the difficulty in increasing the volume of sales of the existence of competition fromsimilar companies increased the complexity of consumer behavior against a product,changing consumer tastes, as well as the uncertain economic conditions. Promotion is anactivity that can be done by the company with the aim to inform, persuade, and influenceconsumers to select or purchase products offered by the company. Promotions at ColumbiaKotamobagu PT. is seen from the 6 indicators i.e. advertising, personal selling, salespromotion, public relations, direct marketing tools, measurement scales use the ratin scale.This research is quantitative research using a simple correlation analysis and regressionanalysis. Data collection techniques in the study was collected in the form of primary dataand secondary data, and tools that on the collection of data through a questionnaire filledout by 300 respondents and analyzed using a simple correlation analysis and analysissimple regression. Based on the results of the analysis of simple correlation and simpleregression analysis showed that the independent variable is. promotion of the dependentvariables simultaneously affecting the increase in sales which means promotion toincreased influence sales are still in the low category. It is recommended also to companyPT. Columbia Kotamobagu so need to pay attention to the marketing mix policy especiallythe issue price is set so that the company can be reached by the consumer, so that it canincrease the level of sales.Keywords: promotion, increased sales
