Abstract

The advances of information technology have also brought significant changes to the government in carrying out administrative tasks and communication. In this context, sophisticated information systems enable governments to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness, to reduce costs, and to improve strategic decision-making. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) carries out Research and Research activities in all provinces in Indonesia. The regsosek application itself is an application that is used to facilitate the collection and processing data related to the socio-economic needs of the community such as employment, health, education, and so on. The focus of this research is to find out the deficiencies or problems that exist in the application by measuring the users’ experience of the research and study application using the User Experience Questionnaire. Data analysis and evaluation are divided into two, namely quantitative data analysis for validity and reliability tests and descriptive statistical analysis using UEQ analysis tools version 11 to determine the average value (mean) of each variable. The results of the quantitative data analysis show that the validity value of the Pearson Product Moment correlation exceeds the value of 0.304 and the Croncbach alpha value of 0.613, thus the tests carried out can be relied upon to accurately and consistently measure user experience. Furthermore, the results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that the value on the clarity aspect has the lowest average value of the six aspects of UEQ, so that the conclusion is that the Regsosek application users do not understand the function and purpose of the application

Abstract

PT Trans Berjaya Khatulistiwa or commonly called Tiketux is a travel ticket booking service company, and mobile and web application developer. Currently Tiketux is developing a web application regarding car rental, to get the results of a UI/UX design that are right on target with user needs using the design thinking method. The design stage in this method is to take an approach that does not only focus on what is seen (the user interface) and felt by the user, but also focuses on the user experience. The research method used is a mix method, namely conducting observations, distributing questionnaires, and searching for data literature through books or journals related to research. The results obtained in this car rental application have good usability for users. This can be seen from the SUS trial regarding the designed user interface prototype

Abstract

Along with the times, more and more developments are being carried out, starting from the construction of buildings, housing, supermalls, hotels, and so on. More and more buildings cause the order on the earth's surface to change and make more and more roads. Roads are becoming more and more narrow, making it difficult for people to travel to a destination, especially in foreign areas. Departing from this problem, there is anxiety among the people who do not know the distance to their destination, making it difficult to go anywhere. However, with the presence of increasingly developing technology, it can be used as a practical solution to this problem. The technology that can be utilized is called a Geographic Information System (GIS). With the help of the haversine algorithm for distance calculation, GIS provides geographic information on the earth's surface in the form of a system. This review aims to present a comprehensive picture of the accuracy of the haversine algorithm in geographic information systems that is useful for helping these community problems

Abstract

This writing aims to assess the satisfaction of students regarding the implementation of online lectures, categorized into three classes: positive, neutral, and negative. Data collection was conducted using Twint from the social media platform Twitter, with a total of 25,000 tweets. The data processing process to determine sentiment analysis utilized the support vector machine algorithm. With this algorithm, the obtained results show an accuracy rate of 76.86% for positive sentiment. The precision is 0.49, recall is 0.53, and the F1 score is 0.51

Abstract

The large number of travel document transactions, credit cards, and invoice payments is a problem that complicates the finance department. In actual work, many travel documents are printed more than once, which burdens printing costs, loads the capacity of archive space which must be stored for five years, and requires destroying documents whose expired shelf life. The verification and validation process carried out by officers experienced problems because the system had not been integrated, so travel documents became past due and caused delays in supplier payments. The design and construction of operational applications for the finance department aim to digitize and integrate operational and financial processes to become combined, especially in managing travel documents, debt cards, and bill payments. The software development method used in this study is the waterfall which consists of the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Based on the testing results, the application shows that the application can assist in the operational process of the financial section, especially the data collection of travel documents into debt cards, then processing and paying bills based on invoices.

Abstract

Technological advancements have a significant impact on businesses, particularly in the realm of sales. XYZ store currently relies on manual business processes, leading to a non-computerized and uncoordinated sales system. Consequently, there is a need for an innovative new business model that utilizes web and mobile-based systems. In this study, Rosa A.S.'s Prototype research method is employed to design the sales system using UML notation in the form of diagrams. The designed sales system caters to three user categories: customers accessing the mobile platform, store clerks, and store owners accessing the website platform. The study's outcomes consist of an analysis report and the design of a web- and mobile-based sales information system (mock-up) for XYZ store. The aim is to create a user-friendly interface that facilitates understanding for the sellers, making sales transactions more efficient. Moreover, the system aims to enhance convenience for customers and buyers, enabling them to conduct transactions and access product information from any location

Abstract

The Academic System is the management of academic data in an educational institution including at SDIT Al-Qudwah Pangkalpinang, which consists of managing student data, schedule data, attendance data, and grades data. However, management is currently still carried out manually without using technology. The downside is that the manual method is vulnerable to human error, the amount of time and effort needed to record and calculate so that data collection becomes less efficient and accurate, and it is prone to losing data values ​​that have been recorded. Therefore it is necessary to build a web-based information system that can manage academic data in a modern way so that time efficiency and data accuracy can be increased. To design, analyze and develop the system, the writers use the FAST method and UML tools. Using this web based academic information system can overcome the weaknesses faced by SDIT Al-Qudwah Pangkalpinang

Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology that combines real-world objects with virtual or digital objects in a real-world setting. Real and virtual objects are merged using appropriate technologies, and interactions occur through specific tools and devices. The use of AR in solving everyday life problems has expanded across various fields, including advertising. Brochures are one of the print media that can be used for advertising and integrated with augmented reality technology. The use of augmented reality technology in brochures can provide a new solution in brochure creation, making them more creative, engaging, and accessible to a wider audience. Abstract

Seperti yang kita ketahui bahwa perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komputerisasi membawa dunia ke sebuah era digital. Begitu pula dengan sistem informasi yang terus berkembang dalam keuangan khususnya dalam proses transaksi pemasukan serta pengeluaran kas sekolah dan aplikasi pembayaran SPP hanya memberikan layanan fitur transaksi pembayaran SPP saja sehingga ada beberapa pemasukan dari luar itu tidak terkomputerisasi membuat kinerja dua kali pengerjaan dalam merekap data keuangan yang terpisah dari pembayaran SPP.Teknik pengumpulan informasi dalam riset ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Setelah itu hasil riset dianalisis memakai metode kualitatif yang ialah proses mencari serta menyusun secara sistematis informasi yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi serta wawancara, dengan metode mengorganisasikan informasi dalam jenis, menjabarkan kedalam unit- unit, menyusun didalam pola, memilah mana yang berarti serta menarik kesimpulan yang mudah dimengerti banyak orang.Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan software sublimtext dan XAMPP dengan menerapkan framework codelgniter dalam Bahasa pemograman PHP dilengkapi rangkaian HTML dan Desain CSS.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah proses pengelolaan keuangan yang sedang berjalan sekarang dikembangkan menjadi aplikasi keuangan dengan tambahan fitur pemasukan dari luar selain SPP, dan pengeluaran perharinya secara terkomputerisasi di sekolah agar transparan dan juga dapat memudahkan bagian keuangan dalam proses transaksi di sekolah

Abstract

The increasing population level of society makes the level of public consumption of natural resources also increase, in this case the increase occurs in the use of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) fuel. With the increasing use of LPG fuel, it is possible for fires to occur caused by LPG gas leaks. However, not all LPG gas cylinder providers provide additional safety systems on the LPG cylinders they sell. So an LPG gas leak detection device and a system that can provide information in the event of an LPG cylinder leak are needed. For this reason, an LPG gas leak detection device is made using a Telegram notification system, and an MQ-2 Sensor that can detect LPG gas and provide an alarm sound and LED indicator and LCD display display. so that it can provide a warning if the owner of the LPG cylinder is outside the house. All of these components are controlled using a Nodemcu Microcontroller. This tool has the advantage of being easy to use and compatible with all Telegram-based communication devices.
