Abstract

The role of information technology is very beneficial for many industries. It is necessary for data to meet the needs of data users. Support in the field of education can be included in one of these fields. The library of SMPN 3 Pacet Bandung contains various textbooks and other complementary books. The library itself still uses a manual system in recording or bookkeeping for loan transactions, book returns, book checks, and library reports. Such a manual method is not possible, because the volume of transaction data is increasing, resulting in increased difficulty in processing library data. With these problems, SMPN 3 Pacet Bandung needs an information system to overcome the problems of using a manual system. This system is a web-based application using the codeigniter framework to facilitate the design of the system. The author hopes that making this library application can help the library more easily, effectively and efficiently for staff and all parties involved in library data processing.

Abstract

A hospital nutrition service is an inseparable part of other health services in hospitals, besides that nutrition service is an effort to improve the quality of health services for inpatients or outpatients in hospitals. In implementing the Scrum work frame in the architectural design of the nutrition service information system at the Regional Public Hospital Ciamis (RSUD. Ciamis) it is expected to produce products that are in accordance with the client's needs. The stages from preparation (Initialization), making a product backlog, making a sprint backlog to the execution stage of this method indicate an iterative method because it prioritizes product functions. The Scrum framework implements work functions according to its role, namely the Product Owner who is fully responsible for the products that it produces, the Development team is responsible for project work, and the Scrum master is the person who controls so that the implementation of the work does not go out of the rules of the Scrum game. The results of designing an information system with application development, this research uses the scrum framework which is carried out with 3 sprints with the estimated processing time for each sprint as follows: sprint 1 reaches 30 days, sprint 2 reaches 27 days and sprint 3 reaches 30 days. According to the rules of the scrum framework, each sprint should not exceed one month so that the project can be implemented quickly and produce the desired results

Abstract

One of the problems of a company is the security of information systems. High security is needed to maintain the confidentiality and misuse of information within the organization. To improve the security of business operations and the quality of information technology resources, it is necessary to evaluate the security of existing information technology assets. Just like one of the systems at PT Infokes Indonesia, namely the Health Center Information System, this is a multi-functional application based on a web base so that it can be used by more than one user at the same time as patient recording is done electronically. The purpose of this study was to conduct a security audit of the Health Center Information System at PT. Infokes Indonesia uses ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and the COBIT 5 framework to document audit findings of information system audits at PT. Infokes Indonesia to make an audit report. Based on the results of research that has been conducted through interviews and questionnaires using the COBIT 5 framework and using the APO13 sub domain, the results show that Existing Capability is at level 1 while the expected Capability Level is at level 3 so that the Capability Gap is 2.

Abstract

Internal and external factors greatly influence the optimal breeding of chickens in the maintenance of chickens, with temperature and humidity being one of the external factors that greatly influences. Improper ambient temperature can cause losses to the chicken farmer as well as a decrease in productivity, while in practice it is necessary to monitor or check the control consistently to monitor the temperature of the coop. Temperature and humidity monitoring  manually are less efficient, so the tools in this study aim to help farmers to facilitate monitoring that can be done through devices with accurate results. This tool is assisted by a DHT11 sensor, lamps, fans, and LCD in temperature monitoring. supported by the application of IoT, which makes it easier to monitor via devices. Test results on components and software show that all devices and software can function as they should. The data from the experimental test results of 15 tests conducted in the laboratory indicate that the tool can detect an average relay delay time of 1 of 0.836 seconds, the lamp in response to the temperature drop of 1.271 seconds, the delay from relay 2 by 0.466 seconds, and the fan in response to the temperature increase of 0.596 seconds.

Abstract

Ensuring a positive user experience is essential for the success of usability testing and meeting user expectations in system development. In this study, the System Usability Scale method is employed for usability testing, utilizing a questionnaire to assess acceptance, grading, and ratings. The research involves end users of the APPFIN application across all branches and head offices, with twenty-nine respondents achieving a notably favorable acceptance rate. The System Usability Scale score of 82 places APPFIN in the "GOOD" category with a B grade, indicating a reasonably high level of user satisfaction. The majority of respondents expressed contentment with their experience using APPFIN, reflecting a positive reception and acceptance among users.

Abstract

Software testing is an important part of expert system application development. This software testing aims to ensure optimal performance and functionality of this application, where the application must be able to run according to a previously created design and application testing must ensure that the program is free from errors. The testing methodology includes a series of steps designed to identify potential bugs, ensure proper integration between components, and verify that the application meets functional and non-functional requirements. Testing is carried out using various functional testing scenarios. Test results show that this application is able to provide accurate and relevant solutions in the context of exercise patterns to achieve the desired body goals. Additionally, application performance is tested to ensure fast response and good user experience, even under high load conditions. The findings from this test provide confidence that the "Exercise Pattern and Food Intake Expert System" is ready for use by end users.

Abstract

Information and communication technology plays an important role in supporting and increasing efficiency in managing daily activities, as well as enabling work to be done from anywhere. 13 Bandung Vocational High School is a secondary level school in the city of Bandung which has competency expertise in the fields of Chemical Analysis, Computer Network Engineering and Software Engineering. 13 Bandung Vocational High School needs a website as a school media for conveying information about school activities and as a media for promoting the school to the general public so that people know more about SMKN 13 Bandung. The system development method uses the prototype development method. Prototyping is the creation of an accurate testing system. Through a prototype, managers can get an overview and ideas regarding the application design requirements. The results of this research are to provide the results of the analysis and provide the results of designing the 13 Bandung Vocational High School website with the hope that this website design can be used for the implementation process of creating the 13 Bandung Vocational High School website

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the management of new student admission services at SMA Negeri 22 Palembang using the ITIL Version 3 Framework in the Service Design domain. The problems of this research are that there is no connection between the school website and the PPDB Online application owned by the government, and there is a decrease in bandwidth when using the application together when registration is carried out for new students. This research uses a qualitative method by collecting data techniques through interviews, observation, and analysis. The results showed that the application of ITIL in the management of new student admission services can improve the efficiency and quality of services ensuring the fulfillment of the needs of prospective students and parents, as well as strengthening the relationship between schools and communities around Talang Kelapa Palembang. The conclusion of this research is that the use of ITIL in the management of new student admission services at SMA Negeri 22 Palembang can provide benefits for SMA Negeri 22 Palembang to improve services for new student admissions, and it has a positive impact on the community's view of SMA Negeri 22 Palembang.

Abstract

Advances in technology and information increase the resources and complexity of technology and information project management. According to the 2015-2016 CHAOS Report, there are ten factors that are prerequisites for supporting the success of project management, one of which is implementing an agile methodology approach, the position of which has increased compared to the previous year. Literature studies were used in this research by analyzing, comparing and reviewing several articles related to Agile management projects to determine the factors that support the achievement of project success, as well as steps that can be taken by project team members, stakeholders and the organization. The results of the analysis show that shared leadership in managing team members in agile project management and the interactions contained therein are one of the main keys to maintaining compliance with fixed time, fixed costs and guaranteeing the project scope to achieve project success. Abstrak:Kemajuan teknologi dan informasi meningkatkan sumber daya dan kompleksitas manajemen proyek teknologi dan informasi. Menurut CHAOS Report 2015-2016 terdapat sepuluh faktor yang menjadi prasyarat dalam mendukung keberhasilan proyek manajemen, salah satunya dengan menerapkan pendekatan metodologi Agile yang posisinya naik dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya. Studi literatur digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menganalisa, membandingkan dan menelaah artikel yang berhubungan dengan proyek manajemen agile untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dalam pencapaian keberhasilan proyek, serta langkah-langkah yang dapat ditempuh bagi anggota tim proyek, pemangku kepentingan, dan organisasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan bersama dalam pengaturan anggota tim di dalam manajemen proyek agile serta interaksi yang terkandung di dalamnya menjadi salah satu kunci utama untuk menjaga kesesuaian waktu tetap, biaya tetap dan fleksibilitas ruang lingkup proyek untuk mencapai kesuksesan sebuah proyek.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah perencanaan dan implementasi sistem informasi parkir dengan menggunakan komponen perangkat keras seperti PC atau laptop, kartu mahasiswa dan karyawan, serta Mifare reader. Implementasi sistem parkir dengan Mifare Reader di kampus X melibatkan beberapa langkah krusial. Langkah-langkah tersebut melibatkan identifikasi kebutuhan, pemasangan perangkat, registrasi pengguna, integrasi dengan data kampus, proses masuk dan keluar parkir, pengambilan data, pemberian akses, monitoring parkir, dan verifikasi data. Identifikasi kebutuhan melibatkan penentuan jenis kendaraan yang akan diakomodasi, khususnya kendaraan roda dua, dan pemilihan lokasi pemasangan Mifare Reader di dekat gerbang masuk. Registrasi pengguna dilakukan dengan menggunakan kartu Mifare yang unik untuk setiap pengguna, baik mahasiswa, dosen, maupun karyawan. Proses integrasi dengan data kampus dilakukan dengan menggabungkan sistem parkir dengan database kampus melalui suatu antarmuka khusus yang memfasilitasi transfer data. Langkah ini melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan antarmuka, integrasi identitas dan akses, sinkronisasi data, monitoring dan logging, pemulihan dan keandalan, serta uji dan validasi. Dalam tahap analisis kebutuhan, jenis data yang akan dipertukarkan diidentifikasi dan struktur data antara kedua sistem dipastikan sesuai. Pengembangan antarmuka melibatkan pemilihan protokol komunikasi, desain API, dan implementasi mekanisme keamanan data seperti enkripsi dan otentikasi. Proses integrasi identitas dan akses melibatkan otentikasi serta manajemen izin akses agar pertukaran data dilakukan dengan aman. Sinkronisasi data dapat dilakukan secara real-time sesuai kebutuhan.
