Abstract

Himmatul Ummah Al Islamiah Orphanage in Kuningan Regency has a vital role in providing social assistance through the management of Infak and Shodaqoh. However, manual financial management presents challenges related to efficiency and transparency. Manual processes in managing Infak and Shodaqoh increase the risk of administrative errors, difficulty tracking funds, and lack of transparency in the distribution of donations. Therefore, technological innovation is needed to improve the effectiveness of financial management. This research aims to develop a web-based application that optimizes the Management of Infak and Shodaqoh in Orphanages, focusing on efficiency, transparency, and accountability. Application development is carried out by applying Rational Unified Process (RUP) as a structured system development method. Application design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) to visually model the structure and functionality of the application. The results of the research are that the application developed has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of Infak and Shodaqoh management. The integration of RUP and UML ensures structured development and clear design, resulting in an easy-to-use, transparent, and accountable application. This research contributes positively to the effectiveness of Infak and Shodaqoh Management at Himmatul Ummah Al Islamiah Orphanage. The results can be used as a basis for similar charities to adopt similar technologies to improve the quality of financial management and donation distribution.

Abstract

E-Health, a public service that leverages Information Technology to enhance the health sector's knowledge base, faces developmental challenges. At Gading Health Center in Surabaya City, dissatisfied assessments of the health center's rating stem from discontent with both services and the e-Health system. Issues include disparities in service time compared to the targeted e-Health Service System queue, as well as variations between online registration times and the actual services provided at the health center. Moreover, human resource factors such as knowledge, experience, and technological skills among Gading Community Health Center staff significantly influence the successful implementation of the e-Health system. This study employs e-GovQual and IPA methods to evaluate the effectiveness of e-Government Implementation, focusing on dimensions like efficiency, trust, reliability, and citizen support. The research findings, analyzing the effectiveness of e-Health at Puskesmas Gading using e-GovQual and IPA methods, lead to the conclusion that the implementation of e-Health at Puskesmas Gading in Surabaya City positively impacts the quality of health services

Abstract

The computer laboratory management application plays an important role in managing computer laboratory resources, such as scheduling, equipment maintenance, and usage monitoring. In today's digital era, the development of computer laboratory management applications must take into consideration the need for efficiency and effectiveness in management. Therefore, in this research, a computer laboratory management application will be developed using the web based Content Based Filtering method. The Content Based Filtering method will assist in managing the computer laboratory usage schedule by considering the preferences and needs of each user. This application is developed using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter framework. The results of this research are expected to help computer laboratory managers improving the efficiency and effectiveness of computer laboratory management.

Abstract

Cv Cahaya Makmur Abadi is a modern cotton distributor company located in Banyumas. Currently, Cv Cahaya Makmur Abadi is facing several operational issues in using the New Modern system. To enhance operational effectiveness, this research implements the ITIL V3 framework, particularly in the service operation domain, which includes Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfillment, and Access Management. It is expected that through the implementation of ITIL V3, the issues faced by Cv Cahaya Makmur Abadi can be minimized, and the company's operations can run more efficiently and effectively. In addressing the challenges encountered during the operation of the New Modern System at Cv Cahaya Makmur Abadi, the author recommends the use of the ITIL V3 approach in the Service Operation section. ITIL V3 is a framework that can help improve the operational effectiveness of information systems. Although an analysis has been conducted, there are still some areas within the Service Operation domain that need improvement.

Abstract

Hampir semua perusahaan besar menciptakan sebuah sistem seleksi karyawan yang kompetitif untuk memilih dan memberi penghargaan kepada karyawan terbaiknya guna meningkatkan kinerja produktivitas, dan motivasi karyawan. Namun sayangnya, ada banyak faktor yang menyebabkan timbulnya masalah dalam pengambilan keputusan, seperti faktor diskriminasi, subjektifitas informasi yang dominan, dll. Untuk itulah dibentuk sebuah metode sistem pengambilan keputusan, akan tetapi semakin majunya perkembangan zaman, maka semakin kompleks juga perkembangan dari metode pengambilan keputusan yang telah ditemukan, hal ini akhirnya menjadi sebuah tantangan tersendiri untuk memilih metode mana yang lebih akurat untuk digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan metode Profile Matching, TOPSIS, dan MOORA untuk mengetahui nilai keakuratannya dengan melakukan pengujian sensitivitas. Dari hasil percobaan didapatkan untuk metode Profile Matching memiliki hasil tertinggi A6 dengan nilai preferensi sebesar 4,72, disisi lain untuk metode Topsis didapatkan hasil tertinggi A3 dengan nilai preferensi 2,97, dan metode Moora dengan hasil tertingginya yaitu A2 dengan nilai preferensi 18,92. Jika didasarkan dengan menggunakan pengujian sensitivitas metode Topsis merupakan metode yang lebih baik yang menghasilkan 2 nilai terendah dari 3 pengujian sensitivitas, dengan nilai sebesar 0,51 untuk sensitivitas 1 dan 1,91 untuk sensitivitas 3.

Abstract

The use of portal hotspots as network authentication and enhancing wireless network security is commonly implemented by combining it with the Radius database (Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service) as a means of storing user credentials that can be accessed by network devices. Problems occur when a company that has an intranet network is geographically separated where the radius user database must be run on each intranet network, so that the same user registration process must be carried out repeatedly at branch companies. Kuningan University has branch campuses that are geographically located at different distances, so a centralized and secure technology is needed in exchanging data. In this study, the application of VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology was examined to combine two or more different networks with the application of security to data communications. The Radius database will be stored in a data center that uses a public IP so that it can be accessed by both sites connected using a VPN, so that the hotspot user data changes. The topology design was successfully simulated using the vmware and gns3 applications as a simulator for Mikrotik-based network devices according to the devices used in the research object. The results obtained, each site that is connected using remote vpn l2tp can be connected to each other to the radius database in the datacenter, and can be authenticated by a login hotspot that is activated on the Mikrotik router.

Abstract

The development of an innovative interactive assisted learning (IVAL) model for mildly mentally retarded students is an effort to create solutions related to the need for digital-based media to stimulate mildly mentally retarded students in assisting the learning process, in this context, in early childhood learning assessment courses at the PG-PAUD STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan. In fact, it has not used digital media to help students with special needs due to limited innovation of digital-based media. Through the research and development process carried out, the results of this research creates an android application entitled "Interactive Assisted Learning (IVAL) which is suitable to be applied as a learning medium for students with special needs and mild mental retardation to stimulate students in receiving, processing and storing information in brain memory. The feasibility of IVAL media is proven from the validation results of software engineering experts 73.3%, media experts 80.8% and PAUD lecturer practitioners 71.4%. The evidence of effectiveness is proven from the results of trials in the PG-PAUD Study Program which shows that the ability of students with special needs mild mental retardation is up to 90.3% with a gain score of 0.70 in the medium category and in class of assessment subjects, it is increased to 90.1% with a gain score of 0.70 in the medium category.

Abstract

Travel Janyakng Group is a travel company that operates in the car rental sector, where currently the company is facing several problems such as consumer inconvenience in ordering, apart from that, there are also difficulties in managing car maintenance data at the company. Seeing these problems, with the era of information technology Currently, companies can take steps, namely creating a website-based information system with the aim of improving the taxi ordering and maintenance process, as well as improving service to consumers. There are several methods used, namely the software development method using a prototype model and the data collection method using observation, interviews and literature study, while for building website-based applications the PHP and MySQL languages ​​are used, while for the application prototype the Balsamiq Wireframes application is used. In this application there will be three activities involved, namely user, admin and taxi driver. By using this application, it is hoped that the company can improve the quality of service to customers, make the ordering and maintenance process more efficient and the company can make better strategic decisions

Abstract

Student attendance at school is very important to ensure that they get a good education and are successful in the future. Parents are an important part in supporting their children's education, communication between parents and schools is very important in supporting children's education. Currently, there are still many schools that use attendance books as a medium for recording student attendance. This makes it difficult for parents to monitor their child's attendance regularly, especially if they are at work or unable to visit school every day. The purpose of writing this Final Project (TA) is to create a website-based application to monitor student attendance at SMP Negeri 13 Sungai Raya, which is in Kabupaten Kubu Raya. The method used in developing this software uses the waterfall method and data collection methods. With this web-based application, it can assist parents in monitoring their children's attendance at school and increase parental involvement in children's education by providing accurate and up-to-date information about children's attendance at school

Abstract

Monitoring a network and its device resources is very necessary in a data communications network, because based on the monitoring results, we can find out how much network resources are used, especially firewall and server devices. The monitoring carried out previously used an application that was accessed via remote desktop, where the application could only monitor data communication traffic used by users on the network. The use of remote desktops is very vulnerable from a network security perspective because it is often the target of exploration by cybercriminals or so-called black hackers. For this reason, monitoring of network devices is optimized using an open-source based application that can visualize the results of monitoring these devices on a web basis. By implementing this application, it can be concluded that it is able to fulfill the need for monitoring the use of resources and data communication traffic in the network so that if there is something unusual it can be immediately addressed by a System Administrator.
