Abstract

The KasPro application is a digital-based financial application that is used to carry out online transactions. Users can carry out various kinds of transactions, including transfers, payments and other transactions. With this application, it is hoped that users can make transactions anywhere and anytime. However, some users experience bugs or errors, and there are several functions or features that need to be improvised. Therefore, testing is needed to provide suggestions and improvements to users. KasPro financial application testing is carried out using the Alpha and Beta methods. Alpha testing uses a Black box approach to ensure the application functionality meets user requirements based on the user interface. This Alpha Test covers key functions such as login, balance management, payment transactions, and transaction history. Alpha testing results show that 75% of test cases are successful. Beta testing involved 31 respondents aged between 18 and 45 years, who came from the general public and students. Feedback on performance, usability, and stability is collected through questionnaires. Beta testing results show user satisfaction of 72%. Overall, the KasPro application meets most of the technical needs and user expectations, although it still needs improvements in the interface and application performance. This research was conducted to ensure application functionality and user satisfaction, as well as provide suggestions for improvements to the developer.

Abstract

This project aims to develop a real-time hand detection system using Mediapipe and OpenCV technology. This system is able to detect hands, identify hand landmark positions, and calculate numbers based on finger positions. This implementation makes important contributions to gesture recognition and human-computer interaction applications.

Abstract

The Access by KAI application, is an application developed by PT Kereta Api Indonesia to make it easier to order train tickets online. To be able to ensure the application meets user needs and functions as expected, testing is carried out using the Black Box Testing method with the Equivalence Partitioning Technique. This test involves testing the main functions on the login page, personal data page, and train page. Alpha testing is done internally to detect and fix bugs. The alpha test results detect errors or bugs that occur in the personal data menu that require further improvement. This research shows that the Equivalence Partitioning method is effective in identifying errors and ensuring that the application functions properly in various situations.

Abstract

This research focuses on improving library performance through the implementation of an information-based system. The system is designed to help libraries manage information resources more effectively, enhance accessibility, and support learning and research processes. The research methods include problem identification, literature review, knowledge-based system design, and prototype evaluation before full implementation. The benefits of implementing this system include increased operational efficiency, improved service quality, support for learning and research, knowledge management, and information literacy. The data model used applies case-based techniques with similarity calculations between user needs and the information of the books owned, involving features such as genre and publication year. The similarity calculation results are used to provide book recommendations to library visitors. For example, the system recommends the book "To Kill a Mockingbird" because it shares the same genre and publication year as "The Alchemist". Process modeling has proven to be an essential tool in developing an effective and efficient system. This research also includes relevant references to support the findings and methodologies used.

Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) are essential for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the digital era to improve economic performance. MIS enables SMEs to optimize business processes, reduce operational costs, and increase productivity and competitiveness through accurate and real-time business data. SMEs are often hampered by a lack of access to timely information, which affects strategic decision-making. With MIS, SMEs gain in-depth insights into business performance, enabling more effective and efficient decision-making. However, the implementation of MIS is faced with challenges such as limited finances and technological knowledge. Support from the government and related institutions, including software subsidies and training programs, is essential to help SMEs overcome these obstacles. Proper implementation of MIS can increase operational efficiency, improve economic performance, and ensure long-term business sustainability, enabling SMEs to thrive in an increasingly digital and competitive economy.

Abstract

Color detection is a crucial process in recognizing objects based on their color characteristics in an image. This research designs a real-time color detection system using OpenCV and HSV color space to aid individuals in easily identifying colors. The system employs image processing techniques such as Gaussian blur and morphological operations to enhance detection accuracy. Designed to detect and recognize multiple colors including red, green, blue, yellow, orange, purple, brown, black, white, and gray, the system displays detection results by drawing bounding boxes around detected objects and providing clear and readable color labels. Implemented by accessing the camera directly, processing each frame in real-time, and displaying detection results on-screen, the system demonstrates satisfactory performance in good lighting conditions and is capable of detecting objects of various sizes, thereby providing significant visual assistance in color identification and differentiation in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Detecting counterfeit banknotes is a significant issue in the financial and banking sectors. This paper presents the design and implementation of an application for counterfeit banknote detection using OpenCV and PyQt. OpenCV is employed for image processing, while PyQt is utilized for developing the graphical user interface. The system aims to provide an efficient and accurate solution for detecting counterfeit banknotes. Various types of banknotes were tested to evaluate the system's performance. The results indicate that the system can detect counterfeit banknotes with high accuracy.

Abstract

The phrase “metaverse” refers to the concept of an ever-expanding virtual world that offers new opportunities and changes various aspects of daily life, including marriage. The goal of this article is to investigate how metaverses can transform traditional marketing strategies by providing consumers with more immersive, interactive, and personalized experiences. In the metaverse, users can interact with other users through avatars and digital environments, enabling more mature and nuanced communication. This study uses case studies and literature analysis to identify best practices and barriers in developing a metaverse marketing strategy. Some forward-thinking individuals have utilized technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) to create innovative marketing campaigns. For example, using avatars to represent oneself in cyberspace, launching products in cyberspace, and holding virtual events are some strategies that have proven successful. All research shows that the metaverse offers meaningful opportunities to increase customer loyalty and engagement. Immersive virtual and augmented reality experiences allow users to experience products and services in a highly realistic setting, enhancing their sense of touch and emotional connection with the brand. Additionally, virtual environments and avatar interactions allow users to collect more detailed and accurate consumer data, which can be used to personalize broader marketing strategies. This new Metaverse technology also presents various challenges. First, developing a robust digital infrastructure is critical to driving a seamless metaverse experience in the long term. Additionally, understanding consumer behavior in virtual environments is necessary to develop effective marketing strategies. Consumers may have different expectations and experiences in the metaverse compared to the real world, so they need to adapt and gain new experiences. One of the main strategies is to use augmented reality (AR) to create a more interactive learning experience. For example, AR can be used to allow customers to “try on” products such as clothing or furniture in a virtual environment before making a purchase. This not only increases profitability but also reduces product sales rates, which is often a problem in e-commerce. Another recognizable characteristic is the broadcast of virtual events. Through the use of virtual reality, businesses can use virtual reality to create products, content or other promotional events that can be seen by consumers around the world without the need for geographic restrictions. These kinds of events not only increase consumer exposure but also create unique and valuable experiences for them. The use of avatars as human representations is also becoming more common. In the metaverse, avatars can be used as brand messengers in consumer interactions, enabling more intimate and human interactions. Avatars can be customized to reveal a person's identity and interact with customers in a variety of ways, from providing product information to offering customer service. This study shows that the metaverse has the potential to become a major communication platform in the future. However, to realize this potential, collaboration between technological advances, market research, and policy development is needed to ensure that the metaverse develops in an intuitive, safe, and ethical manner. Businesses that successfully adapt and innovate in the metaverse will have a significant competitive advantage in attracting and retaining customers in the ever-evolving digital era.

Abstract

PT Olifant, as a company operating in the manufacturing sector, has its address in Pasir Jaya village, Jatiuwung District, Tangerang City, carries out energy management in the form of energy usage planning, namely the process of predicting energy usage using average values from historical data. However, it turns out that it does not have high accuracy, especially if there are data anomalies within that period. To get better accuracy, it is necessary to classify the reference data (training data) so that it can be sorted out which data needs to be used and which data is not necessary. This classification process can be done with Support Vector Machine (SVM), which is one application of Machine Learning. By using SVM, it is proven to have good capabilities on limited historical data. The steps that will be used in this research are collecting electricity consumption data through literature studies of documents or energy consumption records and field observations. The data obtained will be processed using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method which consists of 2 phases; First, the Training Phase to recognize energy consumption patterns from historical data. The input data will be classified and will be represented in a formula. Second, the Testing Phase is for applying the formula from the training phase to actual data on electrical energy consumption. Predicted data will be tested with actual data to see any deviations that occur. This is a measure of success that is monitored, namely the level of accuracy in predicting electrical energy consumption patterns resulting from the introduction of electrical energy consumption patterns in the training phase.

Abstract

Al-Falaah Islamic Middle School is an educational institution at the junior high school (SMP) level, established in 2009 and has a vision to produce the next generation of people who believe and fear Allah SWT. Al-Falaah Islamic Middle School has a problem with facilities and infrastructure, namely where there are still many weaknesses in receiving this service, so that it has not been able to meet the quality expected by students and parents. Therefore, in solving this problem, a decision support system was created to manage service strategies in facilities and infrastructure using the Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System method. The author conducted research by selecting the best criteria for service quality so as to improve the quality of school facilities and infrastructure. In this writing the author uses the programming language HTML, PHP, and MySQL Database to store data. From the results of this study it is hoped that the application of determining the level of satisfaction with the mamdani method can make evaluations for schools in improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure for schools so that they continue to be trusted by the community and prospective parents of students.
