Abstract

PT Angkasa Pura I, a leading airport operator in Indonesia with over 60 years of experience, generates significant revenue of IDR 8.8 trillion annually. However, the company faces challenges in managing diverse customer segments and improving engagement through effective marketing strategies. This study aims to propose a digital marketing strategy to enhance operational performance and financial revenue by optimizing the company's existing resources and leveraging digital platforms. The research employs both internal and external analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Internally, PT Angkasa Pura I demonstrates strong human resources and infrastructure capabilities but requires strategic development to strengthen its competitive advantage. Externally, the growth of the transportation and tourism sectors, along with advancements in digital technology, presents significant opportunities. The study highlights threats from competitors offering cost-efficient services, emphasizing the need for differentiation.  A proposed digital marketing strategy includes the implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), integrated web services, and collaboration with strategic partners in aviation, tourism, and technology sectors. Enhancing customer satisfaction through operational efficiency and facility quality is also emphasized to build loyalty and trust. The study further suggests strengthening existing marketing programs with innovative, data-driven approaches to attract international customers and business partners. The findings indicate that integrating digital platforms and applying targeted marketing strategies can improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The proposed solutions aim to position PT Angkasa Pura I as a leader in digital transformation within the aviation industry, driving sustainable business growth while meeting customer expectations.

Abstract

The global automotive industry is experiencing development with the presence of cars or Electric Vehicles (EV). This development is driven by changes in technology, consumer preferences and market trends. Electric cars are considered a smart innovation for the automotive industry that cares about the environment. Build Your Dreams or known as BYD, is one example of an electric car automotive industry brand that is famous for its innovation in battery technology to new energy vehicles. Marketing strategy is key for BYD. The approach taken in the marketing strategy is by conducting Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP). This study aims to analyze the global marketing strategy by segmentation, targeting & positioning on the Build Your Dreams (BYD) electric car.

Abstract

This article explores the maximization of marketing strategies to enhance market share amid declining demand, specifically focusing on the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) UD. Murni. The rapid economic growth in Indonesia has intensified competition, particularly following the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to operational and sales challenges for many MSMEs. This research employs linear programming through graphical methods to develop a mathematical model aimed at efficiently allocating resources in sandal and shoe production to maximize profits. The study identifies key issues faced by UD. Murni, including a lack of adaptation to online marketing trends and changing consumer preferences. By implementing innovative marketing strategies, particularly digital marketing, the research aims to improve product visibility and customer engagement, ultimately increasing sales and market share for UD. Abstract

The phenomenon of online gambling is increasingly becoming a serious concern among society, especially among teenagers. Wide access to information technology, such as smartphones connected to the internet, makes it easy for teenagers to engage in online gambling. In contrast to conventional gambling, online gambling offers anonymity, easy access, and various types of interesting games. The characteristics of adolescence, which tend to be full of exploration, search for identity, and a tendency to take risks, make this age group vulnerable to environmental influences and the temptation of online gambling. Individual factors such as curiosity, economic pressure, and the need for entertainment are the main causes of teenage involvement. Additionally, aggressive promotions from digital gambling platforms often attract their attention. The impacts include financial problems, mental health problems, and potential future destruction. This research aims to analyze the factors that cause teenage involvement in online gambling, examine its impact, and formulate effective preventive solutions. It is hoped that this research can make a real contribution to efforts to prevent online gambling among teenagers through education, policy and community participation approaches.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing terhadap minat beli pada J.CO Donuts di Kota Tangerang. Tipe penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. dan pengujian hipotesis. Dengan teknik survei, menyebar kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Teknik penentuan sampel dengan proporsional random sampling digunakan rumus Slovin diper-oleh 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan Analisis deskriptif dan Analisis statistik in-feresial yaitu: 1. Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, 2. Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana, 3. Analisis Koefisien Korelasi, 4. Analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R2), 5. Pengujian Hipotesis dengan Uji t. Hasil pengujian dan analisisnya adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara harga terhadap minat beli pada J.co Donuts di Tangerang dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 79% dan nilai hitung se-besar 3,489 dengan signifikansi t sebesar 0,001

Abstract

Internal communication plays an important role in building volunteer motivation in community-based organizations, including mosques. This study aims to analyze the effect of internal communication on the motivation of volunteers at Nurul Ashri Mosque in implementing the “Flowing Good Energy” program. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved 100 volunteers who actively participated in the program. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a simple linear regression method. The results showed that internal communication had a significant influence on volunteer motivation, with a contribution of 85%. The recommendation from this study is to improve the quality of internal communication through training, the use of effective communication media, and routine evaluations to support the sustainability of volunteer motivation.

Abstract

Otitis externa (OE) is a disease that is often encountered in otorhinolaryngology practice. OE is defined as inflammation of the external acoustic canal (KAE) and can extend beyond the KAE to involve the pinna and surrounding soft tissue. OE can occur by several factors, namely the environment, a decrease in skin pH, and a person's habits such as picking their ears, which can cause trauma. OE is common worldwide, with a higher incidence in tropical regions than in temperate regions due to higher temperatures and humidity. OE can be caused by bacterial, fungal or viral infections. More than 90% of cases of otitis externa are caused by bacteria, most commonly Pseudomonas aeruginosa (22-62%) and Staphylococcus aureus. Based on its onset, OE is called acute if the symptoms experienced last less than 6 weeks and chronic if the symptoms experienced are more than 3 months. The principle of managing OE is to clean the KAE (aural toilet), use topical antiseptics and antimicrobials as well as adequate analgesics. In diffuse OE, the use of tampons containing antibiotics is recommended. This case report describes a 46 year old woman who came with complaints of pain in her left ear accompanied by occasional fever for 3 days. Previously the patient experienced itchy ears accompanied by ringing and hearing had decreased since 1 month ago. The patient said he often rubs his ears with his index finger and regularly cleans his ears using cotton bud Once every 2 or 3 months. Complaints of earlobe pulling pain, tragus tenderness, otorrhea, or vertigo are dismissed. From the physical examination, it was found that the left ear canal was open, erythema and mucosal secretions were present. Treatment for this patient is systemic therapy in the form of ciprofloxacin 500 mg three times daily, dexamethasone 0.5 mg three times daily.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of psychological well-being and psychological contracts on work engagement of employees of Perum DAMRI Lampung branch. The sample of this study was 151 respondents. This study is a quantitative study and the sampling method used probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. Analysis of each variable using instrument test tools including validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and partial t-test processed with SPSS 25. This study supports the proposed hypothesis. So, the results of this study indicate that the psychological well-being variable and the psychological contract variable have a positive and significant effect on work engagement. The conclusion is that the higher the psychological well-being and psychological contract established between employees and the company, the higher the employee's work engagement. Based on the findings of this study, it is expected that company leaders can provide and develop award programs, career development, work schedule flexibility, and employees are expected to manage stress and work enthusiasm by carrying out positive activities.

Abstract

Food is a primary need for human life and an essential requirement for all living beings to survive, as it serves as a fundamental energy source to perform daily activities. Some individuals adopt a vegetarian diet, avoiding foods derived from animals such as meat, eggs, fish, and other animal-based products. In Hinduism, the concept of Satwika food emphasizes the importance of food not only in fulfilling physical needs but also in contributing to physical, mental, and spiritual balance. However, individuals who follow a vegetarian diet often face health challenges, such as joint pain and prolonged recovery times when ill. Addressing these issues, this study explores vegetarian diets from the perspective of Satwika food in Hinduism. This qualitative research employs a descriptive design, combining library and field studies. Using a phenomenological approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The analysis concludes that a vegetarian diet must adhere to the criteria of Satwika food as prescribed in Hindu teachings to ensure not only physical health but also the spiritual and mental well-being of individuals.
